Definitions
- the invention relates to an interior light in a flat construction with at least two center-symmetrically arranged, substantially over the respective length of the lamp extending, capped at both ends fluorescent lamps and supported in housing parts housing space and / or ceiling side light exit surfaces.
- Luminaires of this type are known, for example from the EP 1 338 845 A2 and the DE 199 61 491 A1 .
- the fluorescent lamps are arranged in peripherally located housing regions and between these lamp housing for particular lateral housing areas, a light emitting surface is formed at least on the room side, which has a special prism design.
- Reflectors associated with the fluorescent lamps in cooperation with the prism surface, attempt to achieve as uniform a luminance as possible at the light emission surface.
- the achievable reduction in the height of the luminaire is limited by the required uptake of the fluorescent lamps in the lateral housing areas and also the achievable illuminance and luminance distribution over the light emitting surface of the luminaire leave something to be desired.
- a lamp of the generic type is further from the DE 103 44 066 A1 known.
- This lamp has two end fitting carrier with which at the two end faces of the lamp a support frame is connected, which has a bottom and a raised edge with respect to the bottom.
- the bottom is formed as a perforated plate, wherein within the raised edge on this perforated plate a translucent plate rests, on which in turn is a light-scattering film.
- Centered between two over the length of the lamp extending fluorescent lamps designed as a polygonal hollow part reflector is provided with flat walls, in the interior of a ballast can be added.
- Cover walls extend between the two end walls, which initially extend laterally next to the fluorescent lamps and then obliquely toward the support frame. These walls can be assigned inside reflectors.
- the object of the invention therefore, above all, to make the lamp both under technical and aesthetic aspects so that it offers an extremely flat appearance absolutely minimized height in the suspended state and at the same time it is ensured that at least the room side a largely uniformly illuminated, glare-limited light emission surface for high direct light component is available, which is limited only by narrow, strip-shaped housing areas or limited in part.
- a centrally arranged support hollow profile with high deflection stiffness which is also designed as a multi-functional profile and with respect to the adjacently arranged fluorescent lamps defined reflection surfaces, it succeeds in conjunction with the edge region of the lamp down in height reducing light guide chambers, both marginally a minimum Achieve overall height as well as to achieve a high proportion of direct light and uniform light distribution over the entire room-side light exit surface.
- the room-side light exit surface which limits the light guide chambers down, consists in its construction, viewed from the room side, preferably from a glass or a corresponding plastic plate, a prism plate with glass side located, in particular pyramidal prism elements and optionally an adjoining diffuser film.
- This light exit surface is acted upon by the arranged on both sides of the hollow profile fluorescent lamps by the interaction between the provided on the hollow profile reflection surfaces and the specially designed Licht Replacementshuntn to achieve a high direct light component very uniform over the entire surface with light, to this homogenization of the light exposure of the light exit surface and diffuser strips contribute, which are located directly below the fluorescent lamps.
- the central region of the luminaire in the suspended state of the lamp is practically always in the visual shadow even with lateral line of sight, so that of the lamp only the room-side light exit surface is perceived with the unusually narrow edge areas, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing flat appearance of the lamp.
- the central region of maximum height, in which the carrier hollow profile is located extends over approximately one quarter of the total width of the luminaire, and the height of the edge strips or height of the frame bordering the luminaire is less than 20% of the maximum height of the luminaire ,
- This small edge height is essentially predetermined by the material thickness of the components used to form the light exit surface.
- the centrally symmetrical multifunction carrier profile facing the respective fluorescent lamp, has a first concave reflection surface and an adjoining second concave reflection surface.
- the first reflection surface is directed in such a way that it directs light in particular into the light guide chamber assigned to it and / or to achieve an indirect light component to the ceiling side, while the second reflection surface guides the incident light mainly in the direction of the room-side light exit surface or distributed over the light exit surface.
- the entire outer surface of the carrier profile is preferably used as a reflection surface, wherein the room-side, designed as a tip end of this hollow profile is located immediately adjacent the room-side light exit surface to use all possibilities for minimizing the overall height of the lamp.
- a lamp according to the invention may have a length of more than 3 m, it is important that the carrier profile used has a high deflection stiffness.
- the desired high deflection stiffness is achieved by the selected cross-sectional shape of the profile on the one hand and on the other hand, in that sections of a stiffening profile can be clipped into the hollow profile, which lead to a stiffening multi-chamber structure.
- the top open side of the carrier profile can be closed by a strip-shaped stiffening lid, so that overall an unusually rigid overall arrangement arises.
- the light guide chambers located laterally of the respective fluorescent lamp are made of transparent material and are preferably connected to a one-piece component via a bottom-side connecting wall.
- the room-side direct light exit surface is exposed to light both directly from the fluorescent lamps and an indirect exposure to reflected light, it is possible by using reflective and / or scattering and / or partially transparent or totally reflective coatings or films and / or inserted or integrated linear prism structures targeted to realize each optimum light distribution, with light not only on the room-side light exit surface is evenly distributed, but also a freely selectable proportion of light can be passed to the ceiling side.
- the area between the carrier profile and the light guiding chambers situated above the fluorescent lamps also contributes to the respective desired light distribution, which can be closed by an at least partially translucent and / or at least partially reflecting and / or diffusing cover, the cover being suitably suitable for this purpose
- Foils, coatings or prismatic structures can be combined.
- the preferably linear and transverse to the longitudinal extension of the luminaire prismatic structures can also be integrated with the cover formed and in particular provided on the outside.
- a preferred embodiment of the luminaire according to the invention is characterized in that a predetermined lamp and Scarprofilin several self-contained individual modules are assigned in the form of a support frame for the components of the light exit surfaces and for the Lichtleitschn and optionally other Abdeckorgane, wherein the individual modules on Stabilizing coupling elements are connected to each other, which subdivide the light exit surface on the room side in the manner of transverse webs.
- This modular design not only leads to a particularly stable overall structure, but it is achieved in this way that lights of different lengths, which is determined by the fluorescent lamps used and the associated support profile can be constructed from the individual modules, the division of Modules adapted to the common lamp lengths.
- each self-contained support frame frontally each have a profiled, at least partially adapted to the shape of the Licht Installationshuntn (2004)stegteil and two adjacent frame web parts via a coupling web part form and locks are connected to each other.
- the individual modules can also be formed in each case by transparent light guide chambers combined to form a structural unit, to which end face also transparent connecting web parts are integrally formed.
- Adjoining modules are connected to one another using a coupling web portion which divides the room-side light exit surface in a transverse manner, wherein the coupling web portion is positively and non-positively attached to the frame web portions provided on the light guiding chambers, in particular screwed.
- the frame web parts engage to ensure the positive connection in corresponding recesses in the coupling web portion, so that the usual coupling distance can be omitted.
- the frame web parts formed on the light guiding chambers are transparent, only the coupling web parts dividing the web-like cross-section in this case are visible on the room-side light exit surface as non-translucent elements.
- the edge strips can either be formed as separate elements or edge integrally formed on the translucent plate, which limits the light exit surface on the room side.
- the edge strips can also be integrally formed on the light guide chambers, in which case the components forming the light exit surface are laterally inserted into the edge strips guiding these components.
- these embodiments offer the possibility, in the case of separate edge strips, of different types of edge strips, e.g. transparent or differently colored edge strips to use, while in directly molded edge strips these are usually transparent, so that the edge of the light has no opaque boundary.
- the frame web parts to be connected to the coupling web parts are integrally formed with the light guiding chambers and transparent according to these chambers. This leads in the room-side view of the lamp to the fact that as the luminaire in the transverse direction dividing webs substantially only the frame web parts positively receiving coupling web parts visible in appearance.
- FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the central carrier hollow profile 1, which is positioned between two fluorescent lamps 2, 3, which are accommodated at both ends in sockets 4, which are attached to corresponding lamp end parts 5.
- the walls of the carrier profile 1 are - viewed from the outside - concave, whereby the carrier profile is a multi-functional profile, since it not only supporting function and in terms of its interior 17 recording function for ballasts and the like, but its outer surfaces are used simultaneously as reflective surfaces for which purpose, if appropriate, a corresponding coating or coating with reflective foils can be provided.
- This embodiment as a multi-functional profile ensures that this support profile 1 and the associated integrated elements between the two fluorescent lamps can be arranged.
- first reflection surface 18 and 20 respectively adjacent to the associated fluorescent lamp 2, 3, and a second reflection surface 19 and 21.
- the axes of the respective first and second reflection surfaces close between them, for example Angle of about 90 °.

- the room side is below the light guide chambers 6, 7 - as well as the connecting wall 29 - seen from the room side - a glass or correspondingly transparent plastic plate 8, a prism plate 9 and a respectively adjoining diffuser film 10.
- the prism plate 9 is used to achieve the required Ausblend bins, the preferably pyramidal prisms are located on the side of the glass plate and this glass plate thus simultaneously protects the prisms from contamination and ensures a smooth, easy to clean outer surface.
- the components 8, 9, 10 and the light guide chambers 6, 7, 29 are accommodated in a support frame 11, the height of which is minimized for the appearance of the luminaire and practically determined only by the material thicknesses of the components 8, 9, 10 forming the light exit surface 13 ,
- This support frame 11 is kept in the end parts 5 and in the case of a still to be explained in detail modular construction of the lamp in additional coupling web parts.
- the prism surfaces are preferably linearly structured and the linear prism elements extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the lamp.
- the prisms which may also be integrated into the respective translucent element, are directed outwards and covered by a suitable cover surface, so that there is always a protective surface against contamination smooth surface, which can also be easily cleaned.
- reversible prismatic films may be used in this connection, but instead of using corresponding films, it is also possible to form the prisms integrated with the respective transparent walls or wall regions.
- the proportion of directed towards the ceiling indirect light can be influenced as well as by choosing a more or less translucent or reflective cover 23 above the fluorescent lamps 2, 3. This can at the Inside this cover 23 may be provided a suitable film 24 or prismatic film or an integrated prismatic structure, so that in each case desired ceiling-side light exit surfaces 14, 15 are obtained.

The invention relates to an interior light in a flat construction with at least two center-symmetrically arranged, substantially over the respective length of the lamp extending, capped at both ends fluorescent lamps and supported in housing parts housing space and / or ceiling side light exit surfaces.

Luminaires of this type are known, for example from the
In these known luminaires, the fluorescent lamps are arranged in peripherally located housing regions and between these lamp housing for particular lateral housing areas, a light emitting surface is formed at least on the room side, which has a special prism design. Reflectors associated with the fluorescent lamps, in cooperation with the prism surface, attempt to achieve as uniform a luminance as possible at the light emission surface.
Despite the constructive effort taken in the known solutions, the achievable reduction in the height of the luminaire is limited by the required uptake of the fluorescent lamps in the lateral housing areas and also the achievable illuminance and luminance distribution over the light emitting surface of the luminaire leave something to be desired.
The object of the invention, therefore, above all, to make the lamp both under technical and aesthetic aspects so that it offers an extremely flat appearance absolutely minimized height in the suspended state and at the same time it is ensured that at least the room side a largely uniformly illuminated, glare-limited light emission surface for high direct light component is available, which is limited only by narrow, strip-shaped housing areas or limited in part.
This object is achieved by the subject matter of
By using a centrally arranged support hollow profile with high deflection stiffness, which is also designed as a multi-functional profile and with respect to the adjacently arranged fluorescent lamps defined reflection surfaces, it succeeds in conjunction with the edge region of the lamp down in height reducing light guide chambers, both marginally a minimum Achieve overall height as well as to achieve a high proportion of direct light and uniform light distribution over the entire room-side light exit surface.
The room-side light exit surface, which limits the light guide chambers down, consists in its construction, viewed from the room side, preferably from a glass or a corresponding plastic plate, a prism plate with glass side located, in particular pyramidal prism elements and optionally an adjoining diffuser film. This light exit surface is acted upon by the arranged on both sides of the hollow profile fluorescent lamps by the interaction between the provided on the hollow profile reflection surfaces and the specially designed Lichtführungskammern to achieve a high direct light component very uniform over the entire surface with light, to this homogenization of the light exposure of the light exit surface and diffuser strips contribute, which are located directly below the fluorescent lamps.
Due to the positioning of all raumbeanspruchenden components in the central region of the lamp and the pronounced reduction of the luminaire height to the edge sides, the central region of the luminaire in the suspended state of the lamp is practically always in the visual shadow even with lateral line of sight, so that of the lamp only the room-side light exit surface is perceived with the unusually narrow edge areas, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing flat appearance of the lamp.
Preferably, the central region of maximum height, in which the carrier hollow profile is located, extends over approximately one quarter of the total width of the luminaire, and the height of the edge strips or height of the frame bordering the luminaire is less than 20% of the maximum height of the luminaire , This small edge height is essentially predetermined by the material thickness of the components used to form the light exit surface.
The centrally symmetrical multifunction carrier profile, facing the respective fluorescent lamp, has a first concave reflection surface and an adjoining second concave reflection surface. The first reflection surface is directed in such a way that it directs light in particular into the light guide chamber assigned to it and / or to achieve an indirect light component to the ceiling side, while the second reflection surface guides the incident light mainly in the direction of the room-side light exit surface or distributed over the light exit surface.
While the interior of the carrier hollow profile for receiving functional components such. serves a ballast, the entire outer surface of the carrier profile is preferably used as a reflection surface, wherein the room-side, designed as a tip end of this hollow profile is located immediately adjacent the room-side light exit surface to use all possibilities for minimizing the overall height of the lamp.
Since a lamp according to the invention may have a length of more than 3 m, it is important that the carrier profile used has a high deflection stiffness. The desired high deflection stiffness is achieved by the selected cross-sectional shape of the profile on the one hand and on the other hand, in that sections of a stiffening profile can be clipped into the hollow profile, which lead to a stiffening multi-chamber structure. In addition, the top open side of the carrier profile can be closed by a strip-shaped stiffening lid, so that overall an unusually rigid overall arrangement arises.
The light guide chambers located laterally of the respective fluorescent lamp are made of transparent material and are preferably connected to a one-piece component via a bottom-side connecting wall.
Since the room-side direct light exit surface is exposed to light both directly from the fluorescent lamps and an indirect exposure to reflected light, it is possible by using reflective and / or scattering and / or partially transparent or totally reflective coatings or films and / or inserted or integrated linear prism structures targeted to realize each optimum light distribution, with light not only on the room-side light exit surface is evenly distributed, but also a freely selectable proportion of light can be passed to the ceiling side.
The area between the carrier profile and the light guiding chambers situated above the fluorescent lamps also contributes to the respective desired light distribution, which can be closed by an at least partially translucent and / or at least partially reflecting and / or diffusing cover, the cover being suitably suitable for this purpose Foils, coatings or prismatic structures can be combined. The preferably linear and transverse to the longitudinal extension of the luminaire prismatic structures can also be integrated with the cover formed and in particular provided on the outside.
The suspension of the respective lamp via the end portions provided at both ends, which are bolted to the carrier profile, carry the lamp holders and also ensure form-fitting connections with the other lighting components.
A preferred embodiment of the luminaire according to the invention is characterized in that a predetermined lamp and Trägerprofillänge several self-contained individual modules are assigned in the form of a support frame for the components of the light exit surfaces and for the Lichtleitkammern and optionally other Abdeckorgane, wherein the individual modules on Stabilizing coupling elements are connected to each other, which subdivide the light exit surface on the room side in the manner of transverse webs.
This modular design not only leads to a particularly stable overall structure, but it is achieved in this way that lights of different lengths, which is determined by the fluorescent lamps used and the associated support profile can be constructed from the individual modules, the division of Modules adapted to the common lamp lengths.
A trouble-free juxtaposition of modules is ensured by the fact that each self-contained support frame frontally each have a profiled, at least partially adapted to the shape of the Lichtführungskammern Rahmenstegteil and two adjacent frame web parts via a coupling web part form and locks are connected to each other.
As an alternative to the use of a self-contained support frame in conjunction with the individual modules, the individual modules can also be formed in each case by transparent light guide chambers combined to form a structural unit, to which end face also transparent connecting web parts are integrally formed. Adjoining modules are connected to one another using a coupling web portion which divides the room-side light exit surface in a transverse manner, wherein the coupling web portion is positively and non-positively attached to the frame web portions provided on the light guiding chambers, in particular screwed. The frame web parts engage to ensure the positive connection in corresponding recesses in the coupling web portion, so that the usual coupling distance can be omitted. Moreover, since the frame web parts formed on the light guiding chambers are transparent, only the coupling web parts dividing the web-like cross-section in this case are visible on the room-side light exit surface as non-translucent elements.
The edge strips can either be formed as separate elements or edge integrally formed on the translucent plate, which limits the light exit surface on the room side. The edge strips can also be integrally formed on the light guide chambers, in which case the components forming the light exit surface are laterally inserted into the edge strips guiding these components.
In particular, these embodiments offer the possibility, in the case of separate edge strips, of different types of edge strips, e.g. transparent or differently colored edge strips to use, while in directly molded edge strips these are usually transparent, so that the edge of the light has no opaque boundary. In the case of the luminaires without closed frames, the frame web parts to be connected to the coupling web parts are integrally formed with the light guiding chambers and transparent according to these chambers. This leads in the room-side view of the lamp to the fact that as the luminaire in the transverse direction dividing webs substantially only the frame web parts positively receiving coupling web parts visible in appearance.
It is particularly advantageous in the context of the invention that for the creation of extending between two end portions light band assemblies modular or non-modular single luminaires on both sides frame holder for fluorescent lamps having intermediate carrier screwed together, these preferably connected to a suspension intermediate carrier on the room side light exit surface transverse webs analog form the coupling web parts of the individual modules.
In this way, the juxtaposition of modular or non-modular individual luminaires, which is made possible in this way, makes it possible to create unusually light-acting light bands with a structure which is uniform in terms of the visible frame parts.

On each side of the center symmetrically formed
In each case laterally of the two
The room side is below the

Wandungsbereichen auszubilden. To even out the luminance and to achieve a high proportion of direct light on the room-side
By choosing the translucency of the

It has already been pointed out that, with regard to the

Also in this embodiment, a continuous over the length of the
According to a modified and simplified embodiment, the frame web parts are integrally formed on the end faces of the
If the edge strips required for holding the components forming the room-side light exit surface are not formed directly on the unit comprising the light guide chambers or if these edges are not formed on the translucent panel delimiting the light exit surface, in particular edge strips of different material and different colors can be used. in which case the room-side visible surface of the luminaire is structured only by the edge strips and by the coupling web parts, since the transparent, integrally formed with the Lichtleitkammern frame web parts not or only slightly appear in appearance.
According to a further embodiment, the edge strips can be integrally formed integrally on the room side located transparent plate of the light exit surface, so that there is a light exit surface, which is structurally divided only by the originating from the coupling web parts transverse webs.
In special applications, especially in correspondingly large rooms so-called light band arrangements are often required, and such light band arrangements can be created in a particularly simple and effective manner, starting from the lamp according to the invention that modular or non-modular single luminaires on both sides socket holder for fluorescent lamps having intermediate carrier without the usual coupling distance are virtually seamlessly screwed together, these preferably connected to a suspension intermediate carrier on the room-side light exit surface transverse webs form analogous to the double-web parts of the individual modules.
In this way, formally and structurally uniform and large-scale light strips are realized, which are distinguished both in terms of lighting technology due to the achievable high and uniform luminance as well as aesthetically by their extremely flat appearance.
