Claims (10)
- Einsatzformteil, umfassend eine Basis (2), mit einem zentralen Bereich, wobei der zentrale Bereich eine Länge in einer ersten Richtung und eine Breite in einer zur ersten Richtung senkrechten zweiten Richtung aufweist, und wobei von einer ersten Seite dieselben Haken (3) ausgehen, die das männliche Teil eines Klettelements bilden; zwei Bereichen (16, 17), die Ränder seitlich auf jeder der beiden Seiten des zentralen Bereichs bilden; und magnetischen Mitteln (5), die mit einem Magneten zusammenarbeiten können, um das Einsatzformteil anzuziehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- die Ränder jeweils mindestens zwei Rippen (40, 41, 42) aufweisen, die von den Rändern von der gleichen Seite der Basis wie die Haken vorspringen, wobei die Rippen über die ganze Länge des zentralen Bereichs derart fortlaufend sind, dass der Schaum nicht über die Rippen in die zweite Richtung gelangen kann; und- die Rippen in der Höhe, d.h. senkrecht zur Basis, eine Ausdehnung aufweisen, die geringer als die der Haken ist. - Einsatzformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (40, 41, 42) eine, im Querschnitt, spitzige Form, insbesondere ein dreieckige Form, aufweisen.
- Einsatzformteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen eine gekrümmte Form aufweisen, wobei sie einen Bereich eines in Bezug auf den Rippenkörper schrägen Keils aufweisen, wobei der schräge Keil vorzugsweise in der sich von dem Bereich der Haken entfernenden Richtung ausgerichtet ist.
- Einsatzformteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen eine Ausdehnung in der Höhe aufweisen, die in Bezug auf die Haken um einen Faktor von mindestens zwei, noch besser mindestens fünf geringer ist.
- Einsatzformteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis von im Wesentlichen ebener Form ist.
- Einsatzformteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ränder seitlich von der Seite der Rippen, die von den Haken entfernt ist, über eine Strecke erstrecken, die größer als der Abstand zwischen den Haken und den Rippen ist.
- Einsatzformteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Rippen angebracht sind.
- System, das eine Grundform aufweist, von der eine oder mehrere, vorzugsweise vertikale Wände ausgehen, die im Inneren einen Hohlraum abgrenzen, der von allen Seiten mit Ausnahme der oberen, die offen ist, verschlossen ist, wobei die Öffnung des Hohlraums durch die oberen Ränder der Wände begrenzt ist, und andererseits von einem Einsatzformteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 verschlossen ist, dessen Ränder zumindest teilweise auf den oberen Rändern der Wände unter Vermittlung der Rippen ruhen.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder seitlich über die Wände an der gegenüber dem Hohlraum äußeren Seite hinaus vorstehen.
- Formteil aus einem Schaum, an dem ein Einsatzformteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 befestigt ist.
