  • DE 199 28 405 is directed to a process for dyeing a textile substrate in at least one supercritical fluid, which discloses a dosing process which divides the dye-dyeing amount required for dyeing into a plurality of batches and exposes each dye fraction alone to the supercritical fluid until dissolved or dispersed.
  • the disclosed device provides an oscillating and two-sided piston, which is guided transversely to and through the process line of the critical fluid. • a disadvantage of the in DE 199 28 405 presented method and the device disclosed for this purpose is that the device must be designed and dimensioned for the same pressures as the main process. Furthermore, supercritical gas is trapped in the emptied and located in the main flow bore and guided into the filling position, so that here either the same or a higher pressure must be present or each time a relaxation takes place, which hinder the fast filling would. Another critical factor is certainly driving over a high-pressure seal with bores guided by the piston. Damage to the sealing material and thus Dichturigsprobête can be expected here after short periods of use.
