Claims (11)
- 超臨界液がプロセス媒体として実質的に存在する高圧プロセスで顆粒状、粒状または粉末状固体物質を懸濁および配量供給する方法であって、該方法が高圧プロセスの懸濁段階でありそして懸濁容器および液体混合装置並びに供給および排出導管で構成され、その際に
− 第一段階で固体物質および液体を懸濁容器に供給し、その際に液体が液化ガスであり、
− 固体物質を液体の攪拌装置によって液体中に懸濁させそしてその懸濁状態を維持する、
上記方法において、
− 懸濁段階で適用する圧力がプロセス媒体の超臨界圧の90%より低く、好ましくは60barよりも低く、その際に懸濁容器中で気相が液相の上に存在しており、
そして
− 最後の段階に懸濁液がポンプによって高圧プロセスに搬送される
ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 懸濁容器中の圧力を、高圧プロセスに懸濁物を供給する際に固体物質不含のガスの導入供給によって実質的に安定に維持する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体混合装置が容器中に据えつけられた攪拌機である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 液体混合装置が、吸引および圧入導管を介して懸濁容器に連結されたポンプであり、懸濁液の一部がこのポンプによって循環系に連続的にポンプ搬送される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 懸濁段階の液体が高圧プロセスのプロセス媒体と化学的に実質同じである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 液体に固体でない別の物質、例えば水または環状および非環状短鎖炭化水素または短鎖のアルコール類、アルデヒド類またはケトン類並びにそれらの混合物が混入されてる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 高圧プロセスに懸濁液を導入する間に懸濁容器中の圧力を維持するために後から供給されるガスが気体状である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 高圧プロセスに懸濁液を搬送する際にその懸濁液を液体混合装置によって連続的に安定に維持する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 供給される固体が高圧プロセスで溶解すべき物質、例えば染料粒子、接着性付与剤、漂白剤、香料、臭い物質またはそれらの混合物である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 高圧プロセスへの懸濁物の供給を、容器を空にする間連続的に行い、その際に容積供給流を一定に維持されるようにまたは変更するように調整することができ、その際に懸濁容器中の濃度が実質的に一定である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 高圧プロセスへの懸濁液の導入の際に懸濁液と高圧プロセス媒体との容積流比が1:50より小さく、理想的には1:100以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
