Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'intérieur de silos (1), comprenant une buse de pulvérisation (4) reliée à un conduit d'alimentation (2) et disposée sur un bras pivotant (3), le bras pivotant (3) lui-même ou au moyen d'un chariot d'entraînement (5) sous utilisation d'un rail de guidage (6) montable et démontable étant mobile en direction longitudinale du silo et étant disposé de façon rotative et pivotante autour de la direction longitudinale du silo,
    le rail de guidage (6) disposé en direction longitudinale du silo comportant sur l'un des côtés un appui sur le fond supérieur (7) et étant lui-même susceptible d'être assemblé par tronçons ou extensible télescopiquement et le bras pivotant (3) ou le chariot d'entraînement (5) étant mobile le long du rail de guidage (6),
    caractérisé en ce que le rail de guidage s'appuie sur l'autre côté sur une plate-forme (8) intégrée dans le silo (1) et fixée de façon amovible.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    la plate-forme (8), le rail de guidage (6) ou ses éléments (6.1 à 6.n) avec des entraînements et des moyens de fixation, ainsi que le chariot d'entraînement (5) sont dimensionnés de sorte à pouvoir être introduits dans le silo (1) à travers un volet d'accès (9) qui se situe latéralement dans la région inférieure d'un silo (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    la plate-forme (8) dispose d'au moins trois montants (17) disposés sur la périphérie et écartés les uns des autres, conçus en version articulée et réglable, destinés à s'appuyer sur le cône intérieur ou sur une forme analogue d'une paroi intérieure du silo.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    la plate-forme (8) comporte un dispositif de levée (18, 19, 20) pour le rail de guidage (6).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    pour le levage et l'abaissement, le dispositif de levée pour le rail de guidage (6) est susceptible d'être relié à ce dernier au moyen d'une association broche/écrou (20) ou d'une association piston/cylindre pneumatique ou hydraulique.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    la plate-forme (8) est conçue au moins partiellement en forme de cuve pour collecter les résidus de nettoyage.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
    les parties susceptibles d'être assemblées du rail de guidage (6) comportent au moins sur un côté un raccord, de préférence un embout conique (21) sur le haut, pour la complémentarité de forme, transversalement à la direction longitudinale du silo, avec la partie suivante.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que l'appui sur le fond supérieur (7) du rail de guidage (6) est un appui à trois points.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un appui latéral (15) pour le rail de guidage (6) est disposé au-dessus de la plate-forme (8), de préférence dans la région du cône (14) du silo.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que
    l'appui latéral (15) est un appui à trois points.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que
    l'appui latéral (15) pour le rail de guidage (6) est démontable ou susceptible d'être rabattu contre le rail de guidage (6).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que
    le rail de guidage (6) comporte en dessous de l'appui sur le fond supérieur (7) et au-dessus de la plate-forme (8) chaque fois un galet de renvoi (11, 12) pour un câble sous gaine (10) pour le déplacement longitudinal du chariot d'entraînement (5), ou en ce que le galet de renvoi (12) est directement disposé sur la plate-forme (8).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
    le moteur d'entraînement (13) pour le câble sous gaine (10) est disposé sur la plate-forme (8).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que
    la longueur du bras pivotant (3) est variable, le bras pivotant (3) étant susceptible d'être fixé dans la position réglée.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que
