- Machine de marquage (1) permettant de générer des lignes de marquage (50) à partir de matériau de marquage fluide sur des surfaces de circulation (5) telles que des routes, dotée d'un châssis (10) et d'au moins une extrudeuse (4) susceptible d'être guidée sur la surface à marquer (5), ladite extrudeuse (4) présentant au moins un orifice de décharge (41) susceptible d'être alimenté en matériau de marquage par au moins un récipient de matériau de marquage (12) agencé sur le châssis (10), à partir d'au moins une pompe de matériau de marquage (3) par au moins un conduit de matériau de marquage (2), et l'extrudeuse (4) étant susceptible d'être ajustée dans sa position à la transversale d'un sens de déplacement (15) de la machine de marquage (1),
caractérisée en ce que
le récipient de matériau de marquage (12) est disposé sur le châssis (10) en rotation par rapport audit châssis autour d'un axe de rotation vertical (13), et que, en tant qu'unité formée avec le récipient de matériau de marquage (12), le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) et l'extrudeuse (4) sont susceptibles d'être tournés par rapport audit châssis (10). - Machine de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'unité formée par le récipient de matériau de marquage (12), le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) et l'extrudeuse (4) est susceptible d'être tournée jusqu'à 180° autour de l'axe de rotation vertical (13).
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) reliant le récipient de matériau de marquage (12) à l'extrudeuse (4) est agencé dans un espace intermédiaire entre une sous-face du châssis (10) et la surface de circulation (5) à marquer, et que, vu dans le sens de déplacement (15) de la machine de marquage (1), l'extrudeuse (4) est susceptible de changer de position pour passer d'un côté gauche de la machine de marquage (1) à un côté droit de la machine de marquage (1), respectivement en dehors d'un contour latéral (14r, 14l) du reste de la machine de marquage (1).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le récipient de matériau de marquage (12) a sensiblement la forme d'un cylindre debout et que l'axe de rotation vertical (13) s'étend le long de l'axe médian vertical du récipient de matériau de marquage (12).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le récipient de matériau de marquage (12) est agencé sur ou dans un palier rotatif (29) qui est agencé entre le récipient de matériau de marquage (12) et le châssis (10).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que pour tourner le récipient de matériau de marquage (12), un entraînement en rotation (28) est prévu, de préférence un moteur hydraulique ou un moteur à compression ou un moteur électrique.
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'unité formée par le récipient de matériau de marquage (12), le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) et l'extrudeuse (4) est susceptible d'être verrouillée par rapport au châssis (10), à l'aide d'un moyen de verrouillage, sans palier dans des positions de rotation quelconques ou par paliers dans certaines positions de rotation prédéterminées.
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) est réalisé en même temps en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4).
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisé en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4) est relié au récipient de matériau de marquage (12) en rotation ou en pivotement, à l'aide d'une articulation rotative ou de pivotement (23) autour d'un axe de rotation ou de pivotement (23') horizontal et transversal au sens longitudinal d'une partie du conduit de matériau de marquage (2) située à proximité du récipient.
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'extrudeuse (4) est reliée en rotation d'au moins 180° autour d'un axe vertical (40) dans sa position de marquage, à une extrémité (22) du conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisée en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4) et qui se trouve du côté de ladite extrudeuse.
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que l'extrudeuse (4) présente des roues (42) et que, dans une position de marquage de l'extrudeuse (4), le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisé en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4) est susceptible d'être mis en rotation ou en pivotement libre autour de l'axe horizontal de rotation ou de pivotement (23') dans le sens vertical, et les roues (42) roulent sur la surface de circulation à marquer (5).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisé en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4) est susceptible d'être, avec l'extrudeuse (4) à l'aide d'un dispositif d'élévation motorisé, élevé de la position de marquage à une position de repos à laquelle l'extrudeuse (4) est à une distance verticale de la surface de circulation (5), et rabaissé dans le sens inverse.
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité (22) du conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisé en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4), laquelle extrémité se trouve du côté de l'extrudeuse, et l'extrudeuse (4) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un joint pivotant (24).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la pompe de matériau de marquage (3) est intégrée dans le conduit de matériau de marquage (2).
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la pompe de matériau de marquage (3) est une pompe à vis et qu'une vis sans fin (31) de la pompe de matériau de marquage (3) est agencée dans le conduit de matériau de marquage (2).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15, caractérisée en ce qu'en complément du conduit de matériau de marquage (2) réalisé en tant que bras porteur de l'extrudeuse (4), ladite extrudeuse (4) est maintenue à l'aide d'un cadre de retenue (26) séparé ne la reliant que mécaniquement au récipient de matériau de marquage (12), et ce en rotation par rapport au récipient de matériau de marquage (12) autour du même axe (23') que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2).
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de matériau de marquage (2) est réalisé en tant que conduit articulé ou souple, exempt de fonction porteuse, et que l'extrudeuse (4) est maintenue à un cadre de retenue (26) séparé ne la reliant que mécaniquement au récipient de matériau de marquage (12), et ce en rotation par rapport au récipient de matériau de marquage (12) autour d'un axe horizontal.
- Machine de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisée en ce qu'avec le récipient de matériau de marquage (12), un deuxième conduit de matériau de marquage est relié à une deuxième extrudeuse à son extrémité libre.
- Machine de marquage selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que, vu dans le sens d'avancement (15) de la machine de marquage (1), la deuxième extrudeuse est agencée en enfilade de la première extrudeuse (4).
