Claims (37)
- Dispositif pour un portillon de soute à bagages (1) d'un véhicule, auquel cas le dispositif présente :- un bras de guidage (3) fixé de manière pivotable à l'une de ses extrémités (4) et relié par articulation au niveau de son autre extrémité (5) au portillon de soute à bagages (1),- au moins un élément pousseur (6) fixé de manière pivotable à l'une de ses extrémités (7) et relié par articulation au niveau de son autre extrémité (8) au portillon de soute à bagages (1),- au moins un deuxième élément pousseur (11) commandable au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (10) de telle manière que le portillon de soute à bagages (1) puisse être actionné à distance,
auquel cas le deuxième élément pousseur (11) est relié par articulation à l'une de ses extrémités à l'aide d'un bras de guidage et est un élément pousseur pneumatique de telle manière que le portillon de soute à bagages (1) puisse également être actionné manuellement dans une position ouverte ou dans une position fermée. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, auquel cas le premier élément pousseur (6) est un élément pousseur pneumatique.

- Processus pour actionner à distance un portillon de soute à bagages (1) à l'aide d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, auquel cas le processus de fermeture du portillon de soute à bagages (1) présente les étapes :- Détection de la position ouverte du portillon de soute à bagages (1) au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (10),- Détection du signal « fermé » au moyen du dispositif de commande (10),- Pilotage du deuxième élément pousseur (11) au moyen du dispositif de commande (10) de telle manière que le portillon de soute à bagages (1) se déplace de sa position ouverte en direction de sa position fermée.
- Processus selon la revendication 21, auquel cas le dispositif de commande (10) détecte le signal de fermeture de manière ininterrompue.
- Processus selon la revendication 22, auquel cas le dispositif de commande (10) détecte le signal de fermeture de manière ininterrompue pendant une durée définie.
