Abstract

L'invention concerne un hayon (118) en plusieurs parties pour véhicule, ledit hayon comprenant une partie supérieure (121), montée pivotante sur la carrosserie (8, 108), et une partie inférieure (127), montée pivotante sur la partie supérieure (121). Le hayon comprend un premier dispositif de verrouillage (4, 104) destiné à accoupler la partie supérieure (121) du hayon à la carrosserie pour permettre de placer le hayon dans une première position d'ouverture et un second dispositif de verrouillage (5, 105) destiné à assembler la partie supérieure (121) et la partie inférieure (127) du hayon (118) en un bloc pour permettre de placer le hayon dans une seconde position d'ouverture. Le hayon comporte en outre au moins un dispositif d'actionnement (9, 16) qui agit sur au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (4, 102; 5, 105). L'objectif de l'invention est de proposer un hayon dont les dispositifs de verrouillage fonctionnent de manière efficace et effective avec un nombre réduit de pièces. A cet effet, un élément élastique (12, 112, 119), en particulier un élément de réglage pneumatique, est associé en tant qu'élément de verrouillage à au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (5, 105, 104). De plus, selon l'invention, seule une paire d'éléments de réglage pneumatiques (237) sont destinés à actionner aussi bien la partie supérieure (221) que la partie inférieure (227) du hayon.
