- Procédé pour l'ouverture ou la fermeture télécommandée d'un hayon (2) arrière, en particulier d'un hayon de coffre à bagages (1) ou d'une porte arrière, d'un véhicule automobile avec un attelage de remorque (9), comprenant au moins un interrupteur d'habitacle de véhicule (6), un code radio (8) et/ou un interrupteur (7) disposé dans la zone du hayon (2), caractérisé en ce que, avant l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du hayon (2), on reconnaît par un dispositif (15) si l'attelage de remorque (9) est sollicité, le dispositif (15) comprenant une prise femelle (10) associée à l'attelage de remorque (9) et enregistrant une sollicitation de l'attelage de remorque (9) lorsqu'une prise mâle (13) est enfichée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du hayon (2) au moyen de l'interrupteur d'habitacle de véhicule (6) est empêchée lorsqu'un attelage de remorque (9) est sollicité.
- Dispositif pour l'ouverture ou la fermeture télécommandée d'un hayon (2) arrière, en particulier d'un hayon de coffre à bagages (1) ou d'une porte arrière, d'un véhicule doté d'un attelage de remorque (9), qui comprend un système de commande (5) en liaison avec au moins un interrupteur d'habitacle de véhicule (6), un code radio (8) et/ou un interrupteur (7) disposé au niveau du hayon (2) pour des organes de réglage (3) associés au hayon (2), caractérisé en ce que le système de commande (5) est couplé avec un système (15) pour la reconnaissance d'un attelage de remorque (9) sollicité, qui comprend une prise femelle (10) associée à l'attelage de remorque (9) et enregistre une sollicitation de l'attelage de remorque (9) lorsqu'une prise mâle (13) en enfichée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (5) empêche l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du hayon (2) par un actionnement de l'interrupteur d'habitacle du véhicule (6) lorsqu'un attelage de remorque (9) est sollicité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le système (15) reconnaît la présence d'un filament d'ampoule, relié à la prise femelle (10), d'une remorque ou d'un support de charge (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le système (15) est un composant d'un système d'assistance de stationnement, une information concernant un attelage de remorque (9) rapporté étant stockée dans un appareil de commande et le système d'assistance de stationnement diagnostiquant une remorque ou un support de charge (11) sollicitant l'attelage de remorque (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le système d'assistance de stationnement reconnaît la remorque ou le support de charge (11) fixé à l'attelage de remorque (9) au moyen de capteurs intégrés dans un pare-chocs arrière.
