Definitions

  • the invention relates to a frame element, in particular safety frame, for attachment in a wall opening of a wall, with at least one spacer element, which is arranged in a formed between the frame member and the wall or the wall opening gap.
  • From the DE 100 28 439 A1 is an arrangement of a frame in a recess of a wall, such as a wall recess, known, in which the frame is connected via a mechanical attachment to the wall.
  • a joint extending between the frame and the wall is filled with a grout material filling it, such as, for example, a foam hardened after insertion.
  • the frame is floatingly supported in the recess of the wall via the mechanical attachment or supported.
  • the mechanical fastening comprises sliding elements, such as sliding pins or sliding pins, which are fixed in the wall and slidably extend into the openings arranged in the frame, such as bores.
  • the mechanical attachment can also be fixed to the frame and slidably extending in the wall arranged in the recesses, such as holes.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a frame member, which provides over the prior art increased burglar resistance, and a method for assembling such a frame member to create.
  • the resulting from the features of claim 1 surprising advantage is that by selecting the mass to form the spacer element has these mutually different state forms.
  • the introduction or attachment of the mass at the predeterminable support points of the frame element in the gap between the wall or the wall opening and the frame element is substantially simplified.
  • a hard or pressure-resistant spacer element has been created, which is as far as dimensionally stable in the possible subsequent attachment of the fastener that subsequent deformation and associated relative displacement of the frame member with respect to Wall or wall opening secured prevented.
  • it is advantageous that a wide variety of gap widths can be bridged and even on uneven surfaces a good surface contact between the frame member and the wall or wall opening can be achieved.
  • the mass for forming the spacer element at predeterminable locations or positions on the wall and / or the frame element can be applied and when moving a simple deformation of the mass and associated adaptation to the masonry can be achieved and so different gap widths can be easily and permanently bridged.
  • a further advantage is an embodiment according to claim 2, since the mass for adapting the spacer element can be adapted to a wide variety of gap widths and, in addition, simple shaping during the displacement process is possible.
  • a spacer element is provided which bridges the gap distance between the frame member and the wall or the wall opening constant and so always the gap is completely bridged in the region of the spacer element after the displacement and setting of the frame member.
  • the frame element is already held with a predeterminable adhesive or adhesive force in the wall opening on the wall or connected thereto.
  • a method for mounting a frame element with the features of claim 15 is also proposed.
  • the fastening system may be a screw.
  • the regions of the gap that are not filled by the spacer element are filled with a mounting foam.
  • the door assembly 1 essentially comprises a door frame 4 and a, on door hinges 5 on the door frame 4 pivotally mounted door leaf 6.
  • the door frame 4 comprises at least one chuck board 7 and both sides adjoining trim elements, in the present embodiment, a trim panel 8 and a folding panel. 9 which together enclose or overlap the wall 3 or the masonry approximately in a U-shaped arrangement.
  • a simplified version for the door frame 4 was selected, but this does not limit to this, but all Holzzargenarten and / or wooden sticks, such as block, frame, board, studs, post frames and / or poles , are included in one or more parts in cross section.
  • door frame 4 instead of the door frame 4 but other frame or frame elements, such as window frames or the like., are mounted in the wall opening 2, wherein the following description, however, refers only to the support and fixation of the door frame 4 and it is analogous to this embodiment of the invention to transfer to these frames and / or frame parts or elements.
  • These frames and / or frame parts or elements can be used for a wide variety of door types, such as single and / or multi-leaf doors, sliding doors, etc., application.
  • the door leaf 6 has a simplified illustrated pusher assembly 10 not shown closure means, which cooperates with a arranged in the door frame 4 strike plate 11.
  • the minimum requirements for burglary protection in the ⁇ NORM B 5338 are regulated.
  • doors which are designed to be fire-retardant are also regarded as security doors, the requirements of which being defined as fire-resistant doors in ⁇ NORM B 3850.
  • the entire door arrangement 1 can also be referred to as a so-called "tested safety door”. Due to the increasing number of burglaries, especially in business premises and apartments, the need for security measures in the door area is increasing. Very often there is no point to install on the existing door leaf 6 additional locks, better locks or security fittings, as this or even the floor or the door frame 4 are too weak.
  • each safety door should have briefly mentioned characteristics below.
  • the door leaf 6 should be resistant to bending or kinking and torsion, in the region of the handle assembly, ie the lock side, has several locks that engage in the door frame 4 and have a stable lock or handle assembly 10.
  • bolts are to be provided which engage in the door frame 4 on the hinge side or in the region of the door hinges 5.
  • stable fishing or door hinges 5 are to be selected, which are dimensioned according to the door weight. But it is also a security fitting, which is optionally provided with a drilling protection, particularly advantageous.
  • the door frame 4 itself is stable according to form and in addition this is still well anchored to the masonry or the wall 3 or the substructure.
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 are simplified, the door frame 4 is shown, again with the same parts the same reference numerals or component names, as in the previous Fig. 1 , be used.
  • the door frame 4 shown here in simplified form is designed as a so-called safety frame and has, in addition to the usual Monbändem 5 and the strike plate 11 more known Safety fittings 12, which are indicated in the right vertical part of the door frame 4 simplified by rectangles. These safety fittings 12 cooperate with fixed and / or changeable in their length formed domes, cones or cones, which in turn are arranged in the region of the door leaf 6, but not shown here. These safety fittings 12 have, inter alia, multiple locks and are well known in the art.
  • the door hinges 5 have been shown only schematically simplified and can be freely selected according to the known prior art in terms of security issues.
  • the additional safety fittings 12 and the striker plate 11 are simplified, in each case a spacer element 13 is shown, which will be shown and described in more detail in the following figures.
  • the one or more spacers 13 are selectively over the longitudinal extent of the door frame in a, in the Fig. 3 arranged schematically, between the door frame 4 and the wall opening 2 and the wall 3 formed gap 14 is arranged.
  • the spacer element 13 is formed from a mass which has a first deformable state form and a second, different, respectively fixed, state form.
  • the mass to form the spacer element 13 is still pasty or doughy and can additionally build up an adhesive force or adhesion force to within the gap 14 on the one hand to the wall opening 2 or wall 3 facing surface of the door frame 4 and on the other hand to stick to the wall 3 or the masonry or the like fixed.
  • the mass When mounting the door frame 4, the mass can be applied partially and / or continuously on the surface of the door frame 4 facing the wall 3 and / or on the wall 3 or wall opening 2 and subsequently at least a portion of the door frame 4 - for example, the feedboard 7 with the folding panel 9 - inserted into the wall opening 2, positioned and aligned accordingly.
  • This process is also referred to as displacement of the door frame 4.
  • the mass automatically bridges the remaining or formed gap 14 between the door frame 4 and the wall opening 2 or the wall 3 due to their limited flow properties. Then it would also be independent of this possible, if previously no mass up to the formation of the spacer element 13 has been introduced or to introduce the mass in the gap 14 and to bridge the gap 14 at least partially over the longitudinal extent of the entire door frame 4. A filling of the entire gap 14 over its cross section is also possible in special applications.
  • the mass used solidification or curing time it is waited for a dependent of the mass used solidification or curing time until the mass has passed into its second, solid state form and bridged gap in this 14 distance. It is advantageous if, starting from the first state form, the mass passes into the second state form forming the spacer element 13 without shrinkage or else with low shrinkage. This ensures a safe bridging of different distances or clearances of the gap 14. In addition, it is advantageous if the mass or the material for forming the spacer element 13 also builds up a sufficient adhesive force and thus adhesion between the frame element to be supported and the wall opening 2 or wall 3. If this is sufficient, the additional mechanical fastening means can be dispensed with.
  • this mass is allowed to swell only slightly or not at all, in order to leave the frame element already pre-positioned in the wall opening 2 unchanged in its position.
  • the spacer element 13 in its second state form sufficient dimensional stability, such as sufficient hardness or compressive strength, which is so high that in the later described in more detail possible fastening operation no relative displacement of the frame member with respect to the wall 3 and Wall opening 2 takes place.
  • sufficient dimensional stability such as sufficient hardness or compressive strength
  • the spacer element 13 is important in order not to cause distortion of the door frame 4, as was the case with otherwise conventionally used mounting foams.
  • a reaction adhesive find use.
  • This may be formed from a two component adhesive, e.g. may be formed on an epoxy resin with a hardener or on an acrylate resin basis with a hardener.
  • Various manufacturers distribute such reaction adhesives for fastening connecting elements, such as Anchor rods, internally threaded sleeves, reinforcing bars, profiles, etc. in concrete, masonry of solid and natural stone.
  • the reaction adhesive can be stored spatially separated from each other in a cartridge and be brought together for the intended use by a mixing element, whereby the reaction is started.
  • an installation situation of the door frame 4 is selected, in which this surrounds a already arranged in the wall opening 2 and connected to the wall 3 steel frame 15 or overlaps.
  • the door frame 4 is shown simplified and includes the feedboard 7 and the trim and folding panel 8, 9.
  • the strike plate 11 by means of an additional mounting plate 16 to form the security frame with the door frame 4, in particular the feedboard 7, respectively.
  • Spacer element 13 shown in detail fills or bridges the gap 14 between the door frame 4, in particular the corner region between the rebate cover 9 and the feed board 7.
  • the assembly of the frame member may be such that a frame part in the wall opening 2 of the wall 3 prepositioned and then introduced at the pre-definable points the mass to form the spacer element 13 in the gap 14. After the curing process described above or the transition to the second state form, the completion of the frame element takes place. It is also possible to fill the remaining gap 14 with a conventionally used and known mounting foam.
  • Another possibility of mounting the door frame 4 would be that the mass to form the spacer element 13 before the displacement of the door frame 4 at least partially mounted on the door frame 4 and / or partially applied to the wall opening 2 at predeterminable positions, it then the door frame 4 is displaced and in this aligned position of the door frame 4, the mass solidifies or hardens to form the spacer element 13.
  • the mass for forming the spacer element 13 through it into the gap 24 contribute. This can be done for example by means of a tube which is inserted through the opening into the gap 14 and then introduced thereto by this the mass.
  • the mass for forming the spacer element 13 is pasty or doughy in its first state form, an automatic bridging or filling of the gap 14 takes place between the door frame 4 and the wall 3 or the steel frame 15. After hardening or solidification the mass and formation of the spacer element 13, bridged this gap in its second state form the gap 14 distance. Subsequent to solidification or curing, the additional arrangement of a fastener 17 shown in simplified form, which in the present embodiment, the mounting plate 16 passes through for secure and tear-resistant mounting of the strike plate 11 and projects in a known manner in the wall 3 and there over a variety, not closer shown holding means, such as dowels, gluing, etc., is held.
  • the solidified or hardened spacer element 13 is penetrated by the fastening element 17. This can be done for example by simple drilling, due to the through the fastener 17 on the mounting plate 16 and subsequently applied to the door frame 4 compressive force and the pressure-resistant or stable formation of the spacer element 13 a deformation or displacement of the door frame 4 relative to the wall 3 and the wall opening 2 is prevented.
  • FIG. 5 an identical installation situation of the door frame 4 in the wall opening 2 at the opposite of the strike plate 11 portion of the door frame 4 is shown.
  • the steel frame 15 is arranged in the wall opening 2 in a simplified manner, the spacer element 13 being arranged in the region of the door hinge 5 in the gap 14 arranged between the wall opening 2 and the steel frame 15.
  • the door hinge 5, in particular its hinge axis in turn, the fastening element 17 associated with the formation of the safety frame.
  • fitting parts such as door hinges 5, additional security fittings 12, etc., was omitted for the sake of clarity.
  • the wall opening 2 in the wall 3 is formed irregularly, for example by a wall opening or the like.
  • the same reference numerals or component names are used here for the same parts, as in the preceding Fig. 1 to 5 used. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the detailed description in the preceding is preceded Fig. 1 to 5 referred or referred.
  • the spacer element 13 is shown in its gap-bridging, cured position in the gap 14.
  • the complete, permanent bridging becomes the gap 14 between the door frame 4 and the wall opening 2 and the wall 3 guaranteed.
  • the additional fastening element 17 in the region of the mounting plate 16 in conjunction with the strike plate 11 is shown again to form the safety frame. This fastener 17 is preferably attached later after reaching the second state form in a known manner.
  • An additional stabilization of the door frame 4 relative to the wall 3 can in turn be achieved by the previously described assembly adhesive or mounting foam.
  • the spacer element 13 is arranged in the corner region of the door frame 4, namely the folding panel 9 and the chopping board 7. This is because the fastening element 17 is mounted in an oblique position to the wall 3 in the end face of the wall opening 2.
  • the door frame 4 described here does not necessarily have to be, but that spacer elements 13 can also act in the case of window frames or other frame or frame elements that can be arranged in a wall opening 2 and should also be covered by the teaching according to the invention ,
