Claims (22)

  1. Tisch (1) für eine Behäiterbehandiungsmaschine (2), umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (3) mit einer oberen Platte (4) und einer beabstandeten unteren Platte (5), und
    - ein Netzwerk (10) von Versteifern (9), die in dem Gehäuse (3) zwischen der oberen Platte (4) und der unteren Platte (5) angebracht sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tisch (1) ferner eine Mehrzahl von Fässern (7) umfasst, die auf dem Gehäuse (3) angebracht sind, wobei die Fässer (7) zur Aufnahme von funktionalen Elementen (8) von der Behälterbehandlungsmaschine (2) geeignet sind, und darin, dass das Netzwerk von Versteifern Versteifer (9) enthält, die Fässer (7) untereinander verbinden.
  2. Tisch (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Versteifer (9), welche Fässer (7) untereinander verbinden, an die Fässer (7) geschweißt sind.
  3. Tisch (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Versteifer (9) an die untere Platte (5) geschweißt sind.
  4. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Versteifer (9) an die obere Platte (4) geschweißt sind.
  5. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Tisch (1) ferner Beine (6) umfasst, die an dem Gehäuse (3) befestigt sind, und wobei das Netzwerk (10) zumindest einen Versteifer (9) enthält, der zumindest ein Bein (6) und ein Fass (7) untereinander verbindet.
  6. Tisch (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei zumindest ein Versteifer (9), der zumindest ein Bein (6) und ein Fass (7) untereinander verbindet, an das zumindest ein Bein (6) und zumindest ein Fass (7) geschweißt ist.
  7. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Tisch (1) Beine (6) umfasst, die an dem Gehäuse (3) befestigt sind, und wobei das Netzwerk (10) zumindest einen Versteifer (9) enthält, der zumindest ein Bein (6) und ein weiteres Bein (6) untereinander verbindet.
  8. Tisch (1) gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei zumindest ein Versteifer (9), der zumindest ein Bein (6) und ein weiteres Bein (6) untereinander verbindet, an beide Beine (6) geschweißt ist.
  9. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, ferner umfassend Beine (6), die an dem Gehäuse (3) befestigt sind, wobei das Netzwerk (10) von Versteifern ferner zumindest einen weiteren Versteifer (9) enthält, der ein Bein (7) oder ein Fass (6) mit einem anderen Versteifer (9) verbindet.
  10. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Versteifer (9) aus im Wesentlichen rechteckigen bzw. rechtwinkligen metallischen Platten bestehen.
  11. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Versteifer (9) mit Öffnungen (11) dort hindurch versehen sind.
  12. Tisch (1) gemäß Irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei Jedes Fass (7) aus einem hohlen Zylinder besteht.
  13. Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die untere Platte (5) mit Aussparungen (12) versehen ist, welche Streifen (13) von Material begrenzen, welche Anbringungsbereiche (16) zum Anbringen der Fässer (7) verbinden, und wobei die Versteifer (9) auf den Streifen (13) angebracht sind.
  14. Behälterbehandlungsmaschlne (2) umfassend einen Tisch (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
  15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tisches (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, umfassend die Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen der unteren Platte (5),
    - Bereitstellen der Fässer (7),
    - Anbringen der Fässer (7) auf der unteren Platte (5) an vorbestimmten jewei-ligen Anbringungsbereichen (16),
    - Befestigen der Fässer (7) an der unteren Platte (5),
    - Bereitstellen der Versteifer (9),
    - Anbringen der Versteifer (9) auf der unteren Platte (5), um so die Fässer (7) zu verbinden,
    - Befestigen der Versteifer (9) an der unteren Platte (5) und an den Fässern (7),
    - Bereitstellen der oberen Platte (4),
    - Anbringen der oberen Platte (4) auf den Fässern (7) und den Versteifern (9),
    - Befestigen der oberen Platte (4) an den Fässern (7) und den Versteifern (9).
  16. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 15, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Fässer (7) an der unteren Platte (5) aus provisorischem Schweißen der Fässer (7) an die untere Platte (4) besteht.
  17. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Fässer (7) an der unteren Platte (5) aus Punktschweißen der Fässer (7) an die untere Platte (5) besteht.
  18. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 17, umfassend einen weiteren Schritt des permanenten Schweißens der Fässer (7) an die untere Platte (5).
  19. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Versteifer (9) an der unteren Platte (5) und an den Fässern (7) aus provisorischem Schweißen der Versteifer (9) an die untere Platte (5) und an die Fässer (9) besteht.
  20. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 19, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Versteifer (9) an die untere Platte (5) aus Punktschweißen der Versteifer (9) an die untere Platte (5) und die Fässer (7) besteht.
  21. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 19 oder 20, umfassend einen weiteren Schritt des permanenten Schweißens der Versteifer (9) an die untere Platte (5).
  22. Verfahren gemäß Irgendeinem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, wobei der Schritt des Fixierens der oberen Platte (4) an die Fässer (7) und an die Versteifer (9) aus Schweißen der oberen Platte (4) an die Fässer (7) und an die Versteifer (9) besteht.
