Therefore, all of the ink 5 stored in the air chamber 13 can be quickly returned to the ink chamber 7 by the action of a negative pressure sucking force generated by a thermal shrinkage of the air in the ink chamber 7 and the action of a gravity in the thermal shrinkage. Even if the cycle of the thermal expansion and shrinkage is repeated, the stored ink 5 can be prevented from being consumed wastefully due to the residue of the ink 5 in the air chamber 13.

Claims (13)

  1. Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1), der entfernbar an einem Behälteranbringabschnitt einer Vorrichtung anbringbar ist, der umfasst:
    eine Flüssigkeitskammer (7) zum darin Aufnehmen einer Flüssigkeit (5);
    eine Flüssigkeitszufuhröffnung (9) in Kommunikation mit der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) und verbindbar mit einem Flüssigkeitsaufnahmeabschnitt der Vorrichtungsseite;
    einen zur Luft offenen Durchgang (11) zum Veranlassen der Flüssigkeitskammer (7), mit einer Außenseite zu kommunizieren, und Einbringen von Außenluft in die Flüssigkeitskammer (7), wenn die Flüssigkeit in der Flüssigkeitskammer verbraucht wird; und
    eine Luftkammer (13), die in einem Abschnitt des zur Luft offenen Durchgangs (11) vorgesehen ist und imstande ist, die Flüssigkeit, die in den zur Luft offenen Durchgang eintritt zu speichern,
    bei dem der zur Luft offene Durchgang enthält:
    einen unteren offenen Durchgang (15, 115), der ein Ende (15a, 115a), das an einer Position in der Nähe einer Innenoberfläche einer Bodenwand der Flüssigkeitskammer zur Flüssigkeitskammer (7) geöffnet ist, und das andere Ende (15b, 115b) aufweist, das an einer Position in der Nähe einer Innenoberfläche einer Bodenwand der Luftkammer (13a) zur Luftkammer geöffnet ist; und
    einen oberen offenen Durchgang (17, 87), der ein Ende (17a, 87a), das an einer Position in der Nähe einer Innenoberfläche einer Deckenwand der Luftkammer (13b) zur Luftkammer geöffnet ist, und das andere Ende (17b, 87b) aufweist, das imstande ist, nach außen geöffnet zu werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das andere Ende (15b) des unteren offenen Durchgangs (15) in der Nähe eines Eckabschnitts der Innenoberfläche der Bodenwand (13a) der Luftkammer angeordnet ist;
    das andere Ende (17a) des oberen offenen Durchgangs (17) in der Nähe eines Eckabschnitts der Innenoberfläche der Deckenwand (13b) der Luftkammer (13) angeordnet ist; und
    der Eckabschnitt der Innenoberfläche der Deckenwand (13b) der Luftkammer (13) bezüglich des Eckabschnitts der Innenoberfläche der Bodenwand (13a) der Luftkammer (13) diagonal positioniert ist, betrachtet in einer Richtung, in der sich die Deckenwand der Luftkammer und die Bodenwand der Luftkammer gegenüberliegen.
  2. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das andere Ende (17b) des oberen offenen Durchgangs (17) auf einer Seite angeordnet ist, auf der eine Deckenwand (7b) der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) angeordnet ist.
  3. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das andere Ende (17b) des oberen offenen Durchgangs (17) auf einer Seite angeordnet ist, auf der die Bodenwand (7a) der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) angeordnet ist.
  4. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Luftkammer (13) in einem oberen Teil der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) angeordnet ist.
  5. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach Anspruch 4, bei dem ein Teil der Deckenwand (7b) der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) in einer Ebene liegt, in der die Deckenwand (13b) der Luftkammer (13) liegt.
  6. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem ein Volumen der Luftkammer (13) gleich oder größer als 10% und gleich oder kleiner als 30% eines Volumens der Flüssigkeitskammer (7) ist.
  7. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, der ferner einen Dichtungsfilm (21) zum Abdichten des anderen Endes (17b) des oberen offenen Durchgangs (17) umfasst, wobei der Dichtungsfilm entfernbar ist, um das andere Ende des oberen offenen Durchgangs nach außen zu öffnen.
  8. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, der ferner einen Gas/Flüssigkeitstrennfilm (25) umfasst, der in dem oberen offenen Durchgang vorgesehen ist, zum ermöglichen, dass ein Gas durch diesen tritt, und zum vermeiden, dass die Flüssigkeit durch diesen tritt.
  9. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der ferner umfasst:
    eine Trennwand (32, 132) zum Unterteilen der Flüssigkeitskammer in eine erste Flüssigkeitskammer (71, 171) und eine zweite Flüssigkeitskammer (72, 172);
    einen Kopplungsdurchgang (33, 133) zum Veranlassen der ersten und zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer, miteinander zu kommunizieren, wobei der Kopplungsdurchgang ein Ende (33a, 133a), das an einer Position in der Nähe einer Innenoberfläche einer Bodenwand der ersten Flüssigkeitskammer zur ersten Flüssigkeitskammer geöffnet ist, und ein anderes Ende (33b, 133b) aufweist, das an einer Position in der Nähe einer Innenoberfläche einer Bodenwand der zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer zur zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer geöffnet ist,
    wobei eine der ersten und zweiten Flüssigkeitskammern durch den unteren offenen Durchgang mit der Luftkammer kommuniziert.
  10. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die erste Flüssigkeitskammer (71) und die zweite Flüssigkeitskammer (72) Volumina aufweisen, die nahezu gleich sind.
  11. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem ein Innendurchmesser des Kopplungsdurchgangs (33) festgelegt ist, um einen Durchgang von Luftbläschen zu blockieren, durch Ausbildung eines Wulstrands.
  12. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, bei dem:
    die Trennwand (32) sich im Wesentlichen vertikal erstreckt;
    die erste Flüssigkeitskammer (71) mit der Flüssigkeitszufuhröffnung kommuniziert; und
    das andere Ende (15a) des unteren offenen Durchgangs (15) an der Position in der Nähe der Innenoberfläche der Bodenwand der zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer (72) so zur zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer (72) geöffnet ist, dass die zweite Flüssigkeitskammer (72) durch den unteren offenen Durchgang (15) mit der Luftkammer (13) kommuniziert.
  13. Flüssigkeitsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, bei dem:
    die Trennwand (132) sich im Wesentlichen horizontal erstreckt;
    die erste Flüssigkeitskammer (171) mit der Flüssigkeitszufuhröffnung (9) kommuniziert; und
    das eine Ende (115a) des unteren offenen Durchgangs (115) an der Position in der Nähe der Innenoberfläche der Bodenwand der zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer so zur zweiten Flüssigkeitskammer (172) geöffnet ist, dass die zweite Flüssigkeitskammer durch den unteren offenen Durchgang (115) mit der Luftkammer (13) kommuniziert
