Claims (7)
- Installation d'ascenseur avec un moteur d'entraînement (2) qui entraîne par l'intermédiaire d'une poulie motrice (4.1) au moins un moyen de suspension en forme de courroie plate (12.1, 12.2) portant une cabine d'ascenseur (3), étant précisé que le moyen de suspension comporte au moins sur une surface de roulement tournée vers la poulie motrice (4.1) plusieurs nervures (20.1, 20.2) parallèles dans le sens longitudinal du moyen de suspension et à section transversale cunéiforme, et, pour chaque nervure, au moins deux éléments de traction (22) orientés dans le sens longitudinal du moyen de suspension (12.1, 12.2),
caractérisée en ce que les écartements (A) entre les centres d'éléments de traction (22) associés à chaque nervure sont inférieurs de 20% au maximum aux écartements (B) entre les centres d'éléments de traction (22) voisins qui sont associés à deux nervures disposées côte à côte, étant précisé qu'une surface de section transversale totale de tous les éléments de traction (22) représente au moins 25% d'une surface de section transversale du moyen de suspension (12.1, 12.2). - Installation d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la somme des surfaces de section transversale de tous les éléments de traction (22) représente 25% à 40% de la surface de section transversale totale du moyen de suspension (12.1, 12.2).
- Installation d'ascenseur selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de traction (22) sont répartis dans le sens transversal de l'élément de suspension (12.1) de telle sorte qu'exactement deux éléments de traction (22) soient associés à chacune des nervures (20.1), étant précisé qu'au moins 90% de la surface de section transversale de chaque élément de traction sont situés à l'intérieur de la projection verticale (P) d'un flanc incliné de l'une des nervures (20.1).
- Installation d'ascenseur selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un diamètre extérieur d'un élément de traction représente au moins 30% d'un écartement entre nervures (T).
- Installation d'ascenseur selon l'une de s revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les nervures (20.1, 20.2) présentent une section transversale cunéiforme ou trapézoïdale avec un angle de flancs (β) de 60° à 120°.
- Installation d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un écartement minimal (X) entre un contour extérieur d'un élément de traction (22) et une surface d'une nervure (20.1, 20.2) représente au maximum 20% de l'épaisseur totale (s) de l'élément de suspension (12.1, 12.2).
- Installation d'ascenseur selon l'une de s revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de traction (22) se composent de câbles métalliques qui sont toronnés à partir de plusieurs torons contenant en tout plus de 50 fils individuels (23).
