Abstract
Description
・ エレベータ昇降路1内に固定され、駆動プーリ4.1を備えた駆動ユニット2と、
・ ケージ案内レール5で案内され、ケージフロア6の下に取り付けられたケージ支持ローラ4.2を備えたエレベータケージ3と、
・ 釣り合いおもり案内レール7で案内され、釣り合いおもり支持ローラ4.3を備えた釣り合いおもり8と、
・ くさび形リブ付きベルト12として構成された、エレベータケージ3および釣り合いおもり8用の支持手段であって、駆動ユニット2の駆動プーリ4.1からエレベータケージおよび釣り合いおもりに駆動力を伝達する支持手段(実際のエレベータ設備の場合、平行に配置された少なくとも2つのくさび形リブ付きベルトが存在する)と、が図示されている。
Claims (10)
- 駆動プーリ(4.1)によってエレベータケージ(3)を搬送する、少なくとも1つの平ベルト形の支持手段(12.1、12.2)を駆動する、駆動モータ(2)を備えるエレベータ設備であり、
支持手段が、少なくとも駆動プーリ(4.1)に対面する走行面上に、支持手段の長手方向に平行に延びる複数のリブ(20.1、20.2)と、支持手段の長手方向に配向するリブ毎に少なくとも2つの牽引支持体(22)とを有する、エレベータ設備であって、
全牽引支持体(22)の全体断面積が、支持手段(12.1、12.2)の断面積の少なくとも25%であることを特徴とする、エレベータ設備。 - 全牽引支持体(22)の全体断面積が、支持手段(12.1、12.2)の断面積の30%から40%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエレベータ設備。
- 牽引支持体の外径がリブ間隔(T)の少なくとも30%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のエレベータ設備。
- リブ(20.1、20.2)が、60°から120°のフランク角(β)を有するくさび形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載のエレベータ設備。
- 特定のリブに対応する隣接する牽引支持体(22)の中心間の間隔(A)が、隣接リブの隣接する牽引支持体(22)の中心間の間隔(B)よりも最大で20%小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータ設備。
- 牽引支持体(22)の外側輪郭とリブ(20.1、20.2)の表面との間の最小間隔(X)が、支持手段(12.1、12.2)の全厚み(s)の最大で20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータ設備。
- リブ(20.1、20.2)に対応する牽引支持体(22)のうち、それぞれ外側の牽引支持体が、リブの各フランクの垂直射影(P)の領域内に実質的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータ設備。
- リブ(20.1、20.2)に対応する牽引支持体(22)のうち、それぞれ外側の牽引支持体が、リブの各フランクの垂直射影(P)の領域内に完全に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータ設備。
- 牽引支持体(22)が鋼線ケーブルからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータ設備。
- 鋼線ケーブル(22)が、全体で50本を超える個々のワイヤ(23)を含む複数のストランドからより合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエレベータ設備。
