Claims (9)
- かご(14)と、つり合いおもり(16)と、回転可能な牽引式の駆動綱車(24)と、かご(14)とつり合いおもり(16)とを懸吊して昇降させるために、駆動綱車(24)と接触可能に設けられているとともに該駆動綱車(24)によって駆動される引張り部材(22)と、を備えるエレベータシステムであって、前記引張り部材(22)は、幅w、曲げ方向に測定された厚さt、および該引張り部材(22)の幅方向に延びる接触面(30)を有し、前記引張り部材(22)は、厚さtに対する幅wの比率として定義されるアスペクト比が1より大きく、かつコーティング層(28)内に間隔をあけて互いに離間された状態で収容された複数の荷重運搬コード(26)を有しており、これらの荷重運搬コード(26)は、金属材料で形成されており、前記コーティング層(28)は、非金属材料で形成されており、
前記荷重運搬コード(26)は、複数のワイヤ(29,31,35,202,204,206,208)をそれぞれ含む複数のストランド(37a,37b,200,210)によって構成されており、
前記荷重運搬コード(26)は、中心ストランド(37a,200)と、この中心ストランドの周りに撚られた複数の外側ストランド(37b,210)と、を含み、中心ストランド(37a,200)は、中心ワイヤ(35,202)を含み、この中心ワイヤ(35,202)は、中心ストランド(37a,200)の外側ワイヤ(29,204)よりも直径が大きく、
各々のワイヤ(29,31,35,202,204,206,208)の直径は、0.21mm以下であり、
前記荷重運搬コードの隣接するストランド(37a,37b,200,210)の間の空間、前記荷重運搬コードの少なくとも中心ストランドにおける隣接するワイヤ(29)の間の空間、および隣接する荷重運搬コードの間の前記間隔が前記コーティング層(28)によって満たされており、
前記駆動綱車(24)は、100mm以下の直径を有していることを特徴とするエレベータシステム。 - 直径が最大のワイヤは、中心ストランド(200)の中心ワイヤ(202)であり、直径が最小のワイヤ(208)は、外側ストランドに含まれており、直径が中位のワイヤ(204)が、中心ストランド(200)の中心ワイヤ(202)の周りに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエレベータシステム。
- 中心ストランドの中心ワイヤは、一本の中心ワイヤからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 外側ストランドは、7本の捩られた金属製ワイヤからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 中心ストランドの外側ワイヤは、中心ストランドの中心ワイヤの周りに一方向で捩られており、外側ストランドの外側ワイヤは、外側ストランドの中心ワイヤの周りに反対方向で捩られており、外側ストランドは、中心ストランドにおいて中心ワイヤの周りに外側ワイヤが捩られているのと同じ方向で中心ストランドの周りに捩られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記ワイヤは、約0.10〜0.20mmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記コーティング層(28)は、ポリウレタン材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記コーティング層(28)は、難燃性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 全ての荷重運搬コードの間の前記間隔は等しいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
