Device as described in at least one of claims 1, 4, or 5, characterised by the fact that the means for packaging (12) the agents for treatment of ambient air contains treatment agents suitable for elimination of gaseous pollutant agents, in particular water vapour, oxygen (O2) , ammonia (NH3), alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, sulphurous anhydride (S02), sulph-hydric acid (H2S), mercaptans, alkenes including in particular ethylene, alkynes, carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (N02), alkanes including in particular methane (CH4), halogens including in particular fluorine and bacteria present in the ambient air.
  7. Device as described in claim 6, characterised by the fact that when the pollutant agent is water vapour, the treatment agent is selected from the group formed of silica gels, molecular sieves, in the form of pulverulents or deposited on a pulverulent support.
  8. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 7, characterised by the fact that the lid-plug (1) is provided with a peak for grasping it (17).
  9. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 8, characterised by the fact that the lid-plug (1) is provided with a secure opening system (23) with regard to children.
  10. Device as described in claim 9, characterised by the fact that the security system is installed at right angles to the peak (17).
  11. Device as described in claims 9 or 10 characterised by the fact that the secure opening system (23) is a flexible streamlining strip of the peak forming an integral part of the mounting means (2).
  12. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 11, characterised by the fact that the internal face of the external wall of the lid-plug (1) and the external face of the external wall of the tubular casing (24) of the access orifice (4) of the container (5) are provided with a snap-fit means.
  13. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterised by the fact that the mounting means (2) of the lid-plug (1) is a fixing ring (2) mounted on the tubular casing (24) of the access orifice (4), provided on its internal face with a means for snapping onto the external face of the tubular casing (24), on which there is also a snap-fit means.
  14. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 13, characterised by the fact that the mounting means (2) is force-fitted onto the tubular casing (24).
  15. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterised by the fact that the mounting means (2) is mounted by gluing onto the tubular casing (24).
  16. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterised by the fact that the external peripheral surface of the tubular casing (24) of the orifice for access to the container to be obturated includes two projecting peripheral collars (26 and 27), separated from each other to create a groove (25) presenting a substantially rectangular shape in section, the thickness of the tubular casing inside the groove not being modified, and the fixing ring (2) being force-fitted in the said groove (25).
  17. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterised by the fact that a peripheral groove (25), which may in section have a substantially rectangular, hemispherical, or hemielliptical shape, is hollowed into the thickness of the wall of the tubular casing of the container (24), the thickness of the tubular casing inside the groove being modified and being smaller than that of the tubular casing and the fixing ring being force-fitted in the said groove.
  18. Device as described in at least one of claims 16 to 17, characterised by the fact that the internal surface of the fixing ring presents snap-fit means which, when the said fixing ring is force-fitted in the groove of the container, itself provided with complementary snap-fit means, fit into the corresponding snap-fit means in order to prevent any rotation or translation of the plug relative to the container.
  19. Device as described in claim 18, characterised by the fact that the said snap-fit means present on the internal surface of the fixing ring and on the internal surface of the groove of the container are fluting or slots.
  20. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 19, characterised by the fact that the amplitude of the opening angle controlled by the mechanical assistance means (9) is at most 160° and preferably between 90° and 160°.
  21. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 20, characterised by the fact that the angular deformation of the mechanical assistance means in the shape of an angle between its closed position and its open position is between 0 and at the maximum 30° and preferably between 0 and at the maximum 18°.
  22. Device as described in at least one of claims 1 to 21, characterised by the fact that it is made using thermoplastic polymer compositions from the group formed of polyethylenes (PE), polypropylenes (PP), ethylene/propylene copolymers and their mixtures, polyamides (PA), polystyrenes (PS), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers (ABS), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymers (SAN), polyvinylchlorides (PVC), polycarbonates (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polyethylene terephthalates (PET), employed alone or in mixture.
  23. Device as described in claim 22, characterised by the fact that with the thermoplastic compositions are associated at least one elastomer of natural or synthetic origin, the elastomer or elastomers employed preferably being selectable from the group consisting of elastomers of the type of natural rubbers, synthetic rubber, in particular mono-olefin rubbers, which are isobutylene/isoprene polymers, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene-propylene (EPR), ethylene-propylene-diene (EPDM), ethylene - acrylic esters (EMA - EEA), fluorinated polymers, diolefin rubbers, which are polybutadienes, butadiene-styrene copolymers (SBR), rubbers with a base of condensation products which are polyester and polyurethane thermoplastic rubbers, silicones, styrene rubbers, styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) and styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS).
  24. Application of the device as described in claims 1 to 23 to tight obturation and purification treatment of ambient air, of packaging containers for products sensitive to gaseous pollutant agents.
