Claims (14)

  1. An airtight closing device designed to coact with a receptacle containing a product to be conditioned, comprising a base (3) the circumference of which can be adjusted to fit inner face (13) of receptacle (1) wall so that inner face (4) of base (3) and the product can be brought into contact by movement of base (3) with at least one pluggable hole (7) for evacuating the air once base (3) has been positioned, hole (7) passing through base (3) at its centre, inner face (4) of base (3) having truncated shape with apex directed towards the outside of the device, the device including plug (8) for closing hole (7), characterized in that
    - hole (7) and plug (8) have complementary truncated forms with apex directed towards inner face (4) of base (3),
    - plug (8) is fitted on base (3) by at least one deformable flexible blade between a position in which plug (8) is inactive, suspended above hole (7), and a position in which plug (8) actively plugs hole (7).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that
    base (3) is made of a semi-rigid material flexibly deformable on installation.
  3. Device according to any of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that
    the circumference of base (3) is extended by an edge (9) directed towards outer face (5) of base (3).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that
    edge (9) has the same adjustment as the circumference relative to inner face (13) of receptacle (1) wall.
  5. Device according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that
    it comprises at least two blades (10a, 10b) arranged around hole (7).
  6. Device according to claim 5 in combination with claims 3 or 4 characterized in that blades (10a, 10b) are joined at their edge to the circumference.
  7. Device according to any of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that
    blades (10a, 10b) are configured so as to be stressed in flexure with deflection away from base (3) when plug (8) is in an inactive position and with deflection towards base (3) when the plug (8) forms an active seal.
  8. Device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that
    the circumference is made of an elastomer material.
  9. Device according to any of claims 1 to 8 characterized in that
    the circumference is made of tetrafluoroethylene.
  10. Container with airtight closing, comprising a receptacle (1) for a product to be conditioned, characterized in that
    it is equipped with a closing device (2) according to any of claims 1 to 9.
  11. Container according to claim 10 characterized in that
    the circumference of base (3) fits tightly to allow installation by hand relative to the inner face of receptacle (1) wall.
  12. Container according to any of claims 10 or 11 characterized in that
    the inner face of receptacle (1) wall and the circumference are circular.
  13. Container according to any of claims 10 to 12, characterized in that
    it comprises a lid (15) capping the upper edge of receptacle (1).
  14. Container according to any of claims 10 to 12 characterized in that
    bottom (12) of the receptacle is configured so as to coact by overlaying the upper edge of a similar receptacle.
