Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum luftdichten Verschließen, bestimmt zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Behälter eines zu verpackenden Produkts, bestehend aus einer Basis (3), deren Umfang an die Innenwand (13) des Behälters (1) in der Weise anpassbar ist, dass sich die Innenseite (4) der Basis (3) durch Verschieben der Basis (3) an das Produkt anlegen kann, bestehend aus mindestens einer Öffnung (7) zum Ablassen der Luft, die verschließbar ist, nachdem die Basis (3) eingesetzt worden ist, bei der die Öffnung (7) mittig durch die Basis (3) hindurchgeht, bei der die Innenseite (4) der Basis (3) die Form eines Kegelstumpfs besitzt dessen Deckfläche zur Außenseite der Vorrichtung gerichtet ist und wo die Vorrichtung einen Stopfen (8) zum Verschließen der Öffnung (7) besitzt, gekennzeichnet dadurch,
    - dass die Öffnung (7) und der Stopfen (8) die Form einander komplementärer Kegelstümpfe besitzen, deren Deckflächen auf die Innenseite (4) der Basis (3) gerichtet sind,
    - dass der Stopfen (8) auf der Basis (3) mit mindestens einer elastischen Feder montiert ist, deren Verformung die Bewegung zwischen einer Stellung, in der der Stopfen (8) inaktiv ist und über der Öffnung (7) gehalten wird, und einer Stellung, in der der Stopfen (8) aktiv die Öffnung (7) verschließt, erlaubt.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Basis (3) aus einem halbsteifen, beim Einsetzen elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Umfang der Basis (3) durch einen in Richtung auf die Außenseite (5) der Basis (3) gerichteten, vorspringenden Rand (9) verlängert wird.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der vorspringende Rand (9) die gleiche Anpassung, wie der Umfang in bezug auf die Innenwand (13) des Behälters (1) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens zwei Federn (10a, 10b) besitzt, die um die Öffnung (7) herum angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 5, zusammen mit den Patentansprüchen 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Federn (10a, 10b) an ihren am Umfang des Randes liegenden Enden miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Federn (10a, 10b) so gestaltet sind, dass sie auf Biegung mit Durchbiegung in Richtung auf die Außenseite der Basis (3) beansprucht werden, wenn der Stopfen (8) in der inaktiven Stellung ist, und mit einer Durchbiegung auf die Basis (3), wenn der Stopfen (8) in der aktiven Verschlussstellung ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Umfang aus einem Elastomerwerkstoff ist.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Umfang aus Tetrafluorethylen ist.
  10. Behälter mit luftdichtem Verschluss, bestehend aus einem Behälter (1) für ein zu verpackendes Produkt, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass er eine Verschlussvorrichtung (2) gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9 besitzt.
  11. Behälter gemäß Patentanspruch 10, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Umfang der Basis (3) so angepasst ist, dass er eng anliegt, jedoch sein Einsetzen von Hand relativ zur Innenwand des Behälters (1) möglich ist.
  12. Behälter gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 10 oder 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Innenwand des Behälters (1) und der Umfang kreisförmig sind.
  13. Behälter gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass er einen Deckel (15) besitzt, der den oberen Rand des Behälters (1) überdeckt.
  14. Behälter gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Boden (12) des Behälters so gestaltet ist, dass er durch Überdeckung mit dem oberen Rand eines gleichartigen Behälters zusammenwirken kann.
