Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmeübertrager mit einem Einlasssammelkasten (1), um das eine Medium in flache Wärmeübertragerrohre (2) zu verteilen, bzw. mit einem Auslasssammelkasten, um das eine Medium aus den flachen Wärmeübertragerrohren (2) aufzunehmen und weiterzuleiten, wobei der Sammelkasten (1) eine Wand (3) aufweist, die sich um den Umfang des Endes (4) eines Stapels der Wärmeübertragerrohre (2) und über einen gewissen Längenabschnitt (5) derselben erstreckt, wobei die Wand (3) wenigstens einen Einlass (20) und / oder einen Auslass (21) für das andere Medium, welches zwischen den Wärmeübertragerrohren (2) strömt, besitzt, und wobei in den flachen Wärmeübertragerrohren (2) ein Inneneinsatz (15) angeordnet ist, der mit den beiden Breitseiten (55) des Wärmeübertragerrohres (2) metallisch verbunden ist.
Ferner wird ein flaches Wärmeübertragerohr beschrieben. Um die Widerstandfähigkeit gegen Temperaturwechselbelastungen deutlich zu verbessern, wurde erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Inneneinsatz (15) mit wenigstens einer Reihe (95) von Ausschnitten (10) und einem Zwischensteg (11) ausgebildet ist, um Temperaturwechselbelastungen zu kompensieren.
