Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher für ein zwangsdurchströmtes Heizgerät mit einem serpentinenartig zwischen einem Rücklauf- und einem Vorlaufanschluss verlaufenden Wasserkanal (1), dessen gerade Teilstücke jeweils benachbart entlang einer Trennwand (2) verlaufen und über eine Umlenkzone miteinander verbunden sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wärmetauscher zur Verwendung bei einem Heizkessel für den Wärmeaustausch zwischen Heizgasen und Kesselwasser zu schaffen, welcher bei möglichst kompakten Abmessungen gute Wärmeübertragungseigenschaften besitzt.
Erfindungsgemäß sind ein oder mehrere Leitelemente (4) zur Strömungslenkung in den Umlenkzonen des Wasserkanals (1) angeordnet, die sich über die gesamte Länge einer Umlenkzone erstrecken und mit der Kontur der Kanalwand (3) korrespondieren. Durch diese Konstruktion werden die wasserseitigen Widerstände verringert und es bildet sich eine gleichmäßige Strömungsverteilung aus.
