Claims (11)
- Fenster, Fenstertür, einschließlich einer solchen, bei der der Flügel endgültig in einer Schließposition befestigt worden ist, und/oder bei der die Außen- und/oder Innenverglasung durch eine verdunkelnde Scheibe ersetzt worden ist, mit einem belüfteten Rahmen, mit:- einer ersten Einfassung (101), die geeignet ist, eine Funktion eines Flügels zu gewährleisten, die einen Außenfalz (126) für eine Außenverglasung (102) und einen Innenfalz für eine Innenverglasung (103) aufweist, wobei eine Luftschicht (104) zwischen diesen letzteren eingeschlossen ist,- einer zweiten Einfassung (105), die geeignet ist, eine Funktion einer Zarge zu gewährleisten, in welcher die erste Einfassung dazu bestimmt ist, gemäß einer Schließposition des Fensters, Fenstertür angeordnet zu sein,- Mittel (106) zum Bereitstellen einer Fluidverbindung zwischen der Luftschicht und dem Außenbereich (107), zumindest in der Schließposition,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie aufweist:- zumindest einen Fluiddurchgang (120), von dem ein Ende (121) auf eine Oberfläche eines Zwischenprofils (124) in Kontakt mit dem Außenbereich mündet, und von dem das andere Ende (122) in die Luftschicht mündet,- wobei der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (120) gebildet ist in dem Zwischenprofil (124), das mit der ersten Einfassung verbunden ist, angeordnet zwischen einem peripheren Profil (115), das Bestandteil der ersten Einfassung (101) ist, aufweisend den Außenfalz (126), und der Außenverglasung (102),- wobei das Zwischenprofil (124) in dem Außenfalz (126) des peripheren Profils (115), das Bestandteil der ersten Einfassung ist, mittels einer Deckleiste (127) befestigt ist. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Zwischenprofil (124) zwischen dem tiefer liegenden Außenprofil, das Bestandteil der ersten Einfassung (101) ist, und der Außenverglasung (102) eingesetzt ist. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Zwischenprofil (124) Filtermittel (133) gegen Staub quer zum zumindest einen Fluiddurchgang (120) aufweist. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Zwischenprofil (124) ein männliches Teil (131) aufweist, das einen Rand der Verglasung nachbildet und dazu bestimmt ist, in dem Außenfalz (126) eines peripheren Profils (115) der ersten Einfassung (101) aufgenommen zu sein. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Zwischenprofil (124) aufweist:- einen Zwischenfalz (129), in dem die Außenverglasung (102) mittels einer Dichtung (130) der Verglasung aufgenommen ist,- eine Hüllwand (132), die den Zwischenfalz (129) und das männliche Teil (131) des Zwischenprofils, in dem der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (120) vorteilhafterweise ausgebildet ist, verbindet. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Hüllwand (132) der Verbindung durch zwei durchbrochene Wandungen gebildet ist, welche jeweils innenseitig und außenseitig (107) angeordnet sind, um die Fluiddurchgänge (120) zu gewährleisten. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass:- das Ende des zumindest einen Fluiddurchgangs (120), der auf eine Außenseite des Zwischenprofils in Kontakt mit dem Außenbereich (107) mündet, durch eine Öffnung (121) gebildet ist, die in der durchbrochenen Wandung der Hüllwand (132), die außenseitig (107) angeordnet ist, realisiert ist, und- das Ende des zumindest einen Fluiddurchgangs (120), der in die Luftschicht (104) mündet, durch eine Öffnung (122) gebildet ist, die in der durchbrochenen Wandung der Hüllwand (132), die seitlich in Kontakt mit der Luftschicht angeordnet ist, realisiert ist. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Öffnungen (121, 122), die in der durchbrochenen Wandung der Hüllwand (132), welche außenseitig (107) angeordnet ist, und in der durchbrochenen Wandung der Hüllwand (132), welche seitlich in Kontakt mit der Luftschicht (104) angeordnet ist, realisiert sind, die Form einer Mehrzahl von kreisartigen Löchern oder von länglichen Öffnungen, die über die Länge des Zwischenprofils (124) verteilt sind, annehmen. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach den Ansprüchen 2, 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die außenseitige (107) Öffnung (121) in einer fortlaufenden Weise auf der Länge des Zwischenprofils (124) realisiert ist, und nun einzig die Innenwandung der Hüllwand (132) die mechanische Festigkeit des Zwischenprofils gegen das Gewicht der Verglasung gewährleistet und die Öffnung (122) aufweist, die in der durchbrochenen Wandung der Hüllwand (132) realisiert ist, welche seitlich in Kontakt mit der Luftschicht (104) angeordnet ist. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie zudem aufweist:- ein Zwischenprofil (124), das zwischen dem höher liegenden Außenprofil (115), das Bestandteil der ersten Einfassung (101) ist, und der Außenverglasung (102) eingesetzt ist, und welche aufweist:- ein männliches Teil (131), das einen Rand der Verglasung nachbildet und dazu bestimmt ist, in dem Außenfalz (126) des peripheren Profils (115) der ersten Einfassung (101) aufgenommen zu sein,- einen Zwischenfalz (129), in dem die Außenverglasung (102) mittels einer Dichtung (130) der Verglasung aufgenommen ist,- eine Hüllwand (132), die den Zwischenfalz (129) und das männliche Teil (131) des Zwischenprofils (124) verbindet, und aus den zwei Wandungen gebildet ist, welche jeweils innenseitig und außenseitig (107) angeordnet sind, wobei- eine der Wandungen der Hüllwand (132) eine Öffnung (121) aufweist, die auf eine fortlaufende Weise auf der Länge des Zwischenprofils (124) realisiert ist, und die andere Wandung der Hüllwand (132), die keine Öffnung (122) aufweist, die mechanische Festigkeit des Zwischenprofils gewährleistet. - Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Zwischenprofil (124), das zwischen dem höher liegenden Außenprofil (115), das Bestandteil der ersten Einfassung (101) ist, und der Außenverglasung (102) eingesetzt ist, gemäß einer sogenannten inversen Montage angebracht ist, so dass sich die fortlaufende Öffnung (121) seitlich der Luftschicht (104) befindet.
