Claims (10)

  1. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen, mit einem atmungsfähigen Rahmen, mit
    - einer ersten Einfassung (301), die geeignet ist, eine Funktion eines Flügels zu gewährleisten, die einen Außenfalz (326) für eine sogenannte Außenverglasung (302) und einen Innenfalz für eine sogenannte Innenverglasung (303) aufweist, wobei eine Luftschicht (304) zwischen diesen letzteren begrenzt wird,
    - einer zweiten Einfassung (305), die geeignet ist, eine Funktion einer Zarge zu gewährleisten, wobei die erste Einfassung dazu bestimmt ist, in der zweiten Einfassung gemäß einer Schließposition des Fensters, der Fenstertür oder dergleichen angeordnet zu sein,
    - Mittel zum Bereitstellen einer Fluidverbindung zwischen der Luftschicht und dem Außenbereich (307), zumindest in der Schließposition,
    - zumindest einem Fluiddurchgang (320), der in der Außenverglasung (302) ausgebildet ist und einen Rand (341) dieser letzteren unterbricht, und von dem ein Ende (321) in den Außenbereich mündet und von dem das andere Ende (322) in der Luftschicht mündet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (320) insbesondere auf einer Außenseite der ersten Einfassung in Kontakt mit dem Außenbereich mündet und
    - die Außenverglasung (302) durch den Zwischenbereich einer Deckleiste (342) fixiert wird, die Teil der ersten Einfassung (301) ist, die den zumindest einen Fluiddurchgang aufweist, der sie durchströmt.
  2. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (320) Filtermittel (333) gegen Staub aufweist.
  3. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (320) eine schützende Mündung (340) aufweist, die in einer Öffnung der Außenverglasung (302) fixiert ist.
  4. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - das Ende des zumindest einen Fluiddurchgangs (320), der auf einer Außenseite der ersten Einfassung (301) in Kontakt mit dem Außenbereich (307) mündet, durch die Ausgangsöffnung (321), die in der schützenden Mündung (340) realisiert ist, gebildet ist und
    - das Ende des zumindest einen Fluiddurchgangs (320), der in die Luftschicht (304) mündet, durch die Eingangsöffnung (322), die in der schützenden Mündung (340) seitlich in Kontakt mit der Luftschicht (304) realisiert ist, gebildet ist.
  5. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zumindest ein Teil des Endes (322) des zumindest einen Fluiddurchgangs (320), der in die Luftschicht (304) mündet, mit dem Boden der Luftschicht fluchtet.
  6. Fenster, Fenstertür oder ähnliches nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (320) bevorzugt eine Öffnung (322) auf der Innenseite der Außenverglasung (302) aufweist, die in die vertikale Seite der Luftschicht (304) mündet, und eine Öffnung (321) aufweist, die auf einer Außenseite der ersten Einfassung (301) in Kontakt mit dem Außenbereich (307) mündet, und nach unten gerichtet ist, um jedes Eindringen von Wasser in die Luftschicht zu vermeiden.
  7. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zumindest eine Fluiddurchgang (320) eine Neigung nach unten aufweist, die durch eine Neigung der schützenden Mündung (340) vorgegeben ist.
  8. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine schützende Mündung (340) eine rohrartige Form, eine zylindrische Form mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt oder eine leicht konische Form annimmt.
  9. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine schützende Mündung (340) einen Anschlag (350) aufweist, der seitlich zur Luftschicht (304) versetzt ist.
  10. Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine schützende Mündung (340) Klemmmittel (351) auf der Deckleiste (342) aufweist.
