Definitions
- the present invention relates to a glazed assembly comprising a profiled frame surrounding at least one glazing unit.
- This glazed assembly is intended primarily to form a window or French window.
- Such glazed assemblies are known from the state of the art. Indeed, it is known that such a glass unit provides a thermal insulation and / or sound thanks to a glazing comprising at least two sheets of glass and commonly called double glazing. The two sheets of glass are separated from each other by an area called intervitration zone.
- This interstage zone is advantageously isolated from the outside air in order to contain and maintain between the two glass sheets dehydrated air or an insulating gas such as argon, which prevents the risk of condensation in the zone of intervitrage.
- glazed units formed of a double glazing spaced from a single glazing where there is a communication with the outside air.
- a glazed unit is commonly referred to as breathable insulating glass or breathable window.
- These glazed assemblies comprise means which put in communication the zone between the inner double glazing and the single outer glazing, with the outside, in order to achieve the balancing of pressures between said zone and the outside and to limit the risks of condensation between these windows.
- the document GB2467649-A - relates to a window frame or glass door that can receive various types of glazing. No air circulation is expected between the glazings.
- the invention relates to a method of mounting such a glazed assembly, characterized in that an operator performs the mounting of the first module or the second module by the longitudinal side of the inner side of the assembly.
- the step of placing the outer glazing is carried out, then the positioning step is performed, then the placement step of the inner glazing is carried out.
- the technical effect obtained is a better adaptability of a frame of a glazed assembly to various glazings, this adaptation being obtained in particular by the presence of a frame provided with at least three grooves intended to cooperate with at least two modules of glazing to give two different configurations of glazed assembly.
- the invention represents a considerable simplification of the assembly of these glazings.
- Such a glazed assembly may have pressure equalizing characteristics on both sides of the glazing inside the glazed assembly when this assembly is provided with means of fluid communication with the interior atmosphere delimited by the structure of the building carrying this glazed assembly.

- At least one of the chambers 19 or 20 comprises a drainage pipe 24 disposed towards its bottom in order to balance the pressure between the outside air and the bottom of the chamber, which limits the possibilities of penetration of the water and condensation while promoting the evacuation of possible infiltrations.
- a drainage pipe may also have the advantage of reducing the thermal stress on the edges of the glazing.
- At least the seal 16 located on the outer side 22 of the inner glazing 4 has at least one interruption so that air of the air knife 8 'can pass through the first chamber 19.
- the other seal 16 of the inner pane 4 that is to say the seal located on the inner side 23 of the inner pane 4, also has at least one interruption.
- interruption is meant the presence of light in the seal (s) 16.
- the seal (s) 16 are therefore discontinuous.
- the interrupts may or may not be traversing.
- the interruptions in a seal 16 are pointwise and offset on the height of the seal 16. That is to say that the fluidic communication is between the interruptions staggered through the seal 16 by the body of said seal 16 which is hollow .
- an interruption of the seal 16 on each side of the inner glazing 4 as fluidic communication means but this is not limiting.
- This or these interruptions may also be located on the upper cross member of the profiled frame 5, in particular by at least one orifice in a portion of the spacer element, in particular through the innermost portion of the bead 7.
- Such a glazed assembly 1 may be referred to as a breathable glazed unit from the inside.
- a filter 10 or a screen may be advantageously provided on the passage of the air through the profiled frame 5.

- a breathable glazed assembly 1 unlike the breathable glazed assemblies of the state of the art, where the fluidic communication is with the atmosphere on the outside of the glass unit, in the preferred embodiment of the invention described in figure 2 such a communication is made with the atmosphere of the inner side 23 of the glazed assembly, that is to say, in the mounted position of the glazed assembly 1 on the building structure carrying it, in the interior space limited by said building structure.
- This circulation of air according to the invention limits the risks of condensation between the inner glazing 4 and the outer glazing 2 at the level of the air knife 8 '. The influence of turbulence and external hydrometric variations are reduced.
- the fluid communication means are adapted to amplitudes of pressure, humidity and / or easily predictable temperatures between the indoor air and the air knife 8 '. Ventilation is therefore much more efficient.
- a window at least double thickness in the first chamber 20 of the outer side 22, a single glazing, preferably with high sound insulation, in the second chamber 19 of the inner side 23 and a fluidic communication of the blade air 8 'separating the glazing of the first chamber 20 of the glazing of the second chamber 19 with the interior atmosphere provides a glazed assembly whose thermal and sound insulation properties are superior to the glazed sets breathable or not of the state of the art while having a much easier assembly process and a lower cost.
- no space between the glazings comprises a blind, such a blind being generally provided with control means allowing it to extend in the length of the space or to be raised.
- the space between the inner glazing 4 and the outer glazing 2 contains only air. This space contains only the air knife 8 '. The absence of blind facilitates ventilation in the air gap 8 'and reduces the risk of fogging.
- the invention relates to a method of mounting such a glazed assembly 1 characterized in that the operator carrying out the assembly is positioned on one side of the assembly and preferably on the side of the inner longitudinal face 23 of the assembly . All stages of the assembly process can be performed on the same side of the glass assembly, which is a simplification of the assembly of the glass unit and whatever the configuration of the glass unit.
- the method comprises a step of positioning on the frame 5 of a spacer element comprising a second chamber 19 with means for receiving the inner glazing 4, this element also serving as spacing element between the outer glazing 2 and the inner glazing 4.
