Description

Beschreibung Trocknungskorb und Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb an einem Wäschetrockner
[001] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Trocknungskorb und eine Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb an einem Wäschetrockner.
[002] Trocknungskörbe werden bei Wäschetrocknern mit einer drehbaren Trommel verwendet, um empfindliche Kleidungsstücke oder Schuhe, die keiner Bewegung ausgesetzt werden dürfen, im Luftstrom eines Wäschetrockners zu trocknen. Ein Trocknungskorb wird dazu im Bereich des Türfalzes der Beschickungstür eines Wäschetrockners eingehängt und ragt somit mit seinem Korb in den Innenbereich der Trommel, so dass auf ihm empfindliche Kleidungsstücke oder Schuhe getrocknet werden können, da der Trocknungskorb nicht mitdrehend im Innenbereich des Wäschetrockners befestigt ist. Weiterhin ist es bekannt, das im vorderen Lagerschild unterhalb der Tür untergebrachte Flusensieb zu entnehmen, und in der dadurch entstandenen Öffnung im unteren Lagerschild den Trocknungskorb einzuhängen. Trocknungskörbe sind meist sehr aufwändige Drahtgeflechte mit daran angeschweißten speziellen hakenförmigen Verbindungselementen. Ein Trocknungskorb kann auch aus einer Kombination aus einem Kunststoffkorb mit Verstärkungs- und Befestigungselementen sein.
[003] Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Trocknungskorb für einen Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung zu stellen, der einfach aufgebaut und einfach zu handhaben ist. Weiterhin ist es eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb an einem Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung zu stellen, die einfach aufgebaut und einfach zu handhaben ist.
[004] Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 und/oder des Patentanspruches 5 gelöst.
[005] Ein Trocknungskorb für einen Wäschetrockner hat einen Längsträger und einen daran befestigten gitterformigen Korb. Indem am Längsträger integral eine Verbindungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist, die mit einer am Wäschetrockner vorgesehenen Öffnung in Eingriff bringbar ist, wird ein einfacher Aufbau eines Trocknungskorbs zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch, dass am Längsträger integral die Verbindungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist, wird der Kraftfluss und die Krafteinleitung in die Verbindungseinrichtung optimiert, wobei der konstruktive Aufbau einfach ist und aus wenigen Teilen besteht.
[006] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist der Längsträger als Draht ausgebildet und die
Verbindungseinrichtung ist als ein Haken ausgebildet. Dabei ist der Haken an einem Endabschnitt des Drahtes, bevorzugt durch einen Biegevorgang ausgebildet. Diese Art der Ausbildung eines Hakens am Ende eines Drahtes ist besonders einfach und zweckmäßig.
[007] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung hat die Verbindungseinrichtung am Längsträger einen Absrützabschnitt, mit dem sich die Verbindungseinrichtung an einem Gehäuseabschnitt des Wäschetrockners abstützt. Hierdurch wird eine einfache Verbindungseinrichtung dadurch zur Verfügung gestellt, dass der Trocknungskorb zunächst mit dem Haken in eine Öffnung am Wäschetrockner in Eingriff bringbar ist und anschließend abgesenkt wird und sich mit dem Abstützabschnitt an einem Gehäu- seabschnitt des Wäschetrockners zusätzlich abstützt. Damit wird ein einfach zu handhabender Trocknungskorb zur Verfügung gestellt.
[008] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist an beiden Längsseiten des Trocknungskorbs je ein Längsträger angeordnet, der jeweils mit einer am Wäschetrockner vorgesehenen Öffnung in Eingriff bringbar ist. Dabei ist die Verbindungseinrichtung jeweils als ein Haken an einem Endabschnitt des Längsträgers ausgebildet. Hierdurch wird eine besonders einfache Handhabung beim Einsetzen und Herausnehmen des Trocknungskorbes aus dem Wäschetrockner erzielt.
[009] Indem eine Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb an einem Wäschetrockner mit einem Gehäuse dadurch bewerkstelligt wird, dass an einem Abschnitt des Gehäuses des Wäschetrockners eine Öffnung vorgesehen ist, mit der eine Verbindungseinrichtung eines Trocknungskorbes in Eingriff bringbar ist, kann eine einfache, zuverlässige und keine Bauteile des Wäschetrockners beschädigende Verbindung zwischen einem Trocknungskorb und dem Wäschetrockner erzielt werden. Es ist nicht erforderlich, den Korb in einem Türfalz oder an einer Türdichtung oder dergleichen zu befestigen, so dass die Bauteile des Wäschetrockners geschont bleiben.
[010] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung hat das Gehäuse des Wäschetrockners ein vorderes Lagerschild, wobei die Öffnungen im vorderen Lagerschild angeordnet sind. Diese Anordnung ist daher vorteilhaft, da üblicherweise am vorderen Lagerschild auch der Bereich des Lufteintrittgitters oder des Luftaustrittgitters in den Wäschetrockner ist, so dass die auf dem Trocknungskorb zu trocknenden Gegenstände optimal im Luftstrom liegen.
[011] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist im Gehäuse ein wechselbares Flusenfilter vorgesehen, wobei die Öffnung benachbart zum Flusenfilter angeordnet ist.
[012] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist die Öffnung sowohl bei montiertem Trocknungskorb als auch bei nichtmontiertem Trocknungskorb durch das eingesteckte Flusenfilter abgedeckt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass der Benutzer bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme, wenn er den Trocknungskorb entnehmen will, vorher automatisch das Flusenfilter entnehmen muss. Hierdurch wird der Benutzer darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ein Flusenfilter vorhanden ist, welches auch in regelmäßigen Abständen gereinigt werden muss. Eine Fehlbenutzung des Wäschetrockners wird dadurch vermieden, was zu einer Verringerung der Kundendiensteinsätze führt.
[013] In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist das Flusensieb im unteren Abschnitt des vorderen Lagerschilds angeordnet und je eine Öffnung zu jeder Seite des Flusenfilters angeordnet.
[014] Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels eines erfindungsgemäßen Trocknungskorbs für einen Wäschetrockner und einer Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb an einem Wäschetrockner unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen.

[022] Gemäß Figur 1 ist eine teilweise geschnittene Schrägansicht in den Innenraum eines
Wäschetrockners dargestellt. Der Wäschetrockner hat eine Beschickungsöffnung 1, ein vorderes Lagerschild 2 benachbart zur Beschickungsöffnung 1 auf der Innenseite der Beschickungsöffnung 1, eine drehbare Trommel 3, einen Trocknungskorb 4, der in zwei Öffnungen 5 und 6, die im unteren Abschnitt des Lagerschilds 2 angeordnet sind, einhängbar ist. Die Trommel 3 hat eine Rückwand 7, die mit einer Vielzalil von Einlassöffnungen 8 versehen ist, durch die vorzugsweise warme Prozessluft in die Trommel 3 eintreten kann (Pfeil 9). Am unteren Abschnitt des vorderen Lagerschilds 2 ist ein Auslassgitter 10 mit einer Vielzahl von Austrittsöffnungen 11 angeordnet, über die die Prozessluft aus der Trommel 3 wieder austritt (Pfeil 9). Am unteren Abschnitt der Beschickungsöffnung 1, die im Lagerschild 2 ausgebildet ist, ist eine Aussparung 12 (siehe auch Figur 4) ausgebildet, in die ein Flusensieb 13 gemäß Figur 6 derart einschiebbar ist, dass es hinter dem Auslassgitter 10 bzw. stromab des Auslassgitters 10 quer zur Strömungsrichtung 9 zu liegen kommt. Das Lagerschild 2 ist Teil eines Gehäuses 26 des Wäschetrockners.
[023] Gemäß Figur 4 ist zu beiden Seiten der Aussparung 12 je eine Öffnung 5 und 6 im
Lagerschild 2 angeordnet. [024] Gemäß Figur 3 ist der Trocknungskorb 4 näher dargestellt. Der Trocknungskorb hat zu beiden Längsseiten je einen aus einem dicken Draht hergestellten Längsträger 14 und 15. Auf den beiden Längsträgern 14 und 15 ist ein gitterförmiger Korb 16, der seitlich nach oben gebogen ist, angeordnet. Der gitterförmig Korb 16 ist aus einem dünnen Draht hergestellt. Ein Längsträger 14 oder 15 hat einen langen, geraden Trägerabschnitt 17 und im vorderen Abschnitt eine Verbindungseinrichtung 18, die durch ein Biegeverfahren am Längsträger 14 bzw.15 integral ausgebildet ist. Die Verbmdungseinrichtung 18 hat am vorderen Ende einen Haken 19, der als ein schräg nach vorne, unten ausgebildeter Biegeabschnitt 20 gebildet ist. An den Biegeabschnitt 20 schließt sich ein horizontaler Abschnitt 21 an, an den sich wiederum ein nach schräg, unten gebogener Abschnitt 22 anschließt. An den nach unten gebogenen Abschnitt 22 schließt sich wiederum ein nach oben gebogener Abschnitt 23 an, der in den Trägerabschnitt 17 übergeht.
[025] Das Flusenfilter 13 hat eine obere Blende 24, die bei montiertem Flusenfilter 13 die
Aussparung 12 überdeckt. Die obere Blende 24 hat zu jeder Seite einen Fortsatz 25, der bei montiertem Flusenfilter 13 die Öffnungen 5 und 6 im vorderen Lagerschild 2 abdeckt. Die Öffnungen 5 und 6 im vorderen Lagerschild 2 werden dabei sowohl bei montiertem Trocknungskorb 4 als auch bei nichtmontiertem Trocknungskorb 4 durch die Fortsätze 25 der oberen Blende 24 des Husenfilters 13 abgedeckt.
[026] Zur Montage des Trocknungskorbs 4 wird zunächst das Flusenfilter 13 entnommen, so dass die Öffnungen 5 und 6 zugänglich werden, wie dies in Figur 4 dargestellt ist. Dann wird der Trocknungskorb 4 mit dem Haken 19 bzw. dem schräg nach vorne ausgebildeten Abschnitt 20 in jeweils eine Öffnung 5 und 6 eingesetzt bis der Trocknungskorb 4 mit seinem horizontalen Abschnitt 21 und mit seinem nach unten gebogenem Abschnitt 22 an den jeweiligen entsprechenden Stellen des Lagerschilds 2 anliegt. Nun wird das Flusenfilter 13 wieder montiert, so dass die Blende 24 des Flusenfilters 13 die Aussparung 12 und mit den seitlichen Fortsätzen 25 die Öffnungen 5 und 6 im Lagerschild 2 abdeckt (siehe Figur 2 und Figur 5). Die Demontage des Trocknungskorbs 4 erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Claims

Ansprüche
[001] Trocknungskorb (4) für einen Wäschetrockner mit einem Längsträger (14, 15) und einem daran befestigten gitterformigen Korb (16) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Längsträger (14, 15) integral eine Verbindungseinrichtung (18) ausgebildet ist, die mit einer am Wäschetrockner vorgesehenen Öffnung (5, 6) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
[002] Trocknungskorb nach Ansprach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsträger
(14, 15) als Draht ausgebildet ist, und dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (18) ein Haken (19, 20) ist, wobei der Haken (19, 20) an einem Endabschnitt des Drahtes bevorzugt durch einen Biegevorgang ausgebildet ist.
[003] Trocknungskorb nach Ansprach 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (18) am Längsträger (14, 15) einen Abstützabschnitt (22) hat, mit dem sich die Verbindungseinrichtung (18) an einem Gehäuseabschnitt des Wäschetrockners abstützt.
[004] Trocknungskorb nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Längsseiten des Trocknungskorbes (4) je ein Längsträger (14, 15) angeordnet ist, der mittels den als Haken (19, 20) ausgebildeten Verbindungsein- richtungen (18) mit einer am Wäschetrockner vorgesehenen Öffnung (5, 6) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
[005] Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Trocknungskorb (4) an einem Wäschetrockner mit einem Gehäuse (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Abschnitt des Gehäuses (26) des Wäschetrockners eine Öffnung (5, 6) vorgesehen ist, mit der eine Verbindungseinrichtung (18) eines Trocknungskorbes (4) einbringbar ist.
[006] Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das
Gehäuse (26) ein vorderes Lagerschild (2) hat, und dass die Öffnung (5, 6) im vorderen Lagerschild (2) angeordnet ist.
[007] Befestigungseinrichtung nach Ansprach 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (26) ein wechselbares Flusenfilter (13) vorgesehen ist und dass die Öffnung (5, 6) benachbart zum Flusenfilter (13) angeordnet ist.
