Claims (15)

  1. Installation de traitement de sols mobile se présentant sous la forme d'une installation compacte pouvant être posée sur un véhicule pour le transport de conteneurs, comprenant une plate-forme (10), présentant un réservoir de distribution (11) se trouvant au niveau d'une extrémité de l'installation compacte ainsi qu'une bande de reprise (13) adaptée pour être disposée en dessous du réservoir de distribution (11) selon un sens de transport (flèche 27) dirigé dans le sens longitudinal de l'installation compacte par rapport au centre de cette dernière, présentant en outre un dispositif de criblage (15) incliné, s'étendant sous la bande de reprise (13) dans le sens de l'extrémité côté réservoir de l'installation compacte et doté d'un toboggan (16) servant à évacuer le refus supérieur maintenu, et présentant en outre une bande transporteuse (17) disposée sous le dispositif de criblage (15) et s'étendant de manière ascendante depuis l'extrémité du dispositif de criblage (15) jusqu'à un mélangeur (19) disposé de manière adjacente au réservoir de distribution (11) le long du sens longitudinal de l'installation compacte et raccordée, au niveau de son extrémité associée, à une entrée de matériau (20) pour le mélangeur (19), sachant qu'une bascule à bande est installée au niveau de la bande transporteuse (17) et qu'au moins un réservoir (18) servant à ajouter de manière régulée des agrégats est disposé au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (17), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de criblage (15) pourvu d'un toboggan (16) est disposé au niveau de l'extrémité côté réservoir de l'installation compacte, et en ce qu'une bande de produit (25) s'étendant sous le mélangeur (19) dotée d'une tête de déversement (26) dirigée en direction de l'extrémité, opposée au réservoir de distribution (11), de l'installation compacte est disposée à l'intérieur de la plate-forme (10), sachant que la tête de déversement (26), dirigée vers l'extérieur, de la bande de produit (25) peut être déplacée par coulissement dans le sens longitudinal de telle manière que la tête de déversement (26) dépasse, dans la position de déversement, vers l'extérieur de l'installation compacte.

  4. Installation de traitement de sols selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le système de transfert (14) est intégré au niveau de l'extrémité de la bande de reprise (13) sur le dispositif de criblage (15) situé en dessous.
  5. Installation de traitement de sols selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de criblage (15) est constitué de plusieurs étages de criblage installés les uns derrière les autres présentant des grosseurs de criblage différentes.
  6. Installation de traitement de sols selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les étages de criblage sont réalisés sous la forme de sizers à barres et/ou d'un plan de tamis.
  7. Installation de traitement de sols selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que les étages de criblage peuvent être réglés, au niveau de leur angle de criblage, par rapport à l'horizontale.
  8. Installation de traitement de sols selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement pour le dispositif de criblage (15) est réalisé sous la forme d'un excitateur à balourd.
