Claims (13)

  1. Beleuchteter Drehknopf für einen Stromkreis, mit einem Stellhebel (20), der um eine Achse (X) schwenkbar montiert ist, um mindestens ein elektrisches Schalterbauteil (12) zu betätigen, und von einer Lichtquelle (S) beleuchtet wird, die im Wesentlichen gemäß der Achse (X) angeordnet ist, wobei der Stellhebel (20) eine Kappe (22) aufweist, die eine Scheibe (22B) und einen Greifhenkel (22A) bildet, der in einer diametralen Ebene vorsteht und einen Hohlraum (23) begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Kappe (22) aus durchscheinendem oder durchsichtigem Material ist, das das Licht nach außen dringen lassen kann,
    - die Kappe (22) eine integrierte mechanische Grundplatte (21) aus undurchsichtigem und mechanisch festem Material bedeckt,
    - ein im Stellhebel (20) angeordnetes Lichtverteilerelement (30) das von der Lichtquelle (S) kommende Licht von unter der Grundplatte (21) bis zum Hohlraum (23) des Greifhenkels (22A) führt.
  2. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Grundplatte (21) eine allgemeine Ringform hat und an der Unterseite mindestens ein Betätigungsorgan (25) aufweist, das mit einem Mechanismus (40) zusammenwirkt.
  3. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lichtverteilerelement (30) eine Lichteingangsseite (37) aufweist, die ringförmige Grundplatte (21) über eine zentrale Öffnung (26) durchquert, die mit der Achse (X) fluchtet, und einen Lichtemitter (31) im hohlen Innenraum (23) des Henkels aufweist, um das Licht auf den Seiten zu streuen.
  4. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Hohlraum des Henkels angeordnete Lichtemitter (31) die Form eines Prismas (32) hat und das Licht von einem Lichteingangsbauteil (34) empfängt, das an der Unterseite des Stellhebels befestigt ist.
  5. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lichtverteilerelement (30) im Stellhebel angeordnet und durch Einfügen oder Einrasten und dicht im Stellhebel befestigt ist, wobei der Lichtemitter selbst dicht im Hohlraum des Henkels angeordnet ist.
  6. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellhebel im Greifhenkel (22A) einen Anzeigeindex (27) der Winkelposition aufweist, der aus dem gleichen Material wie die mechanische Grundplatte (21) besteht und mit dieser zusammen geformt wird.
  7. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Index (27) von allgemeiner L-Form ist.
  8. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellhebel (20) durch Bi-Injektion des Materials der Grundplatte (21) und des Materials der Außenkappe (22) hergestellt wird.
  9. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellhebel (20) fest mit einem rohrförmigen drehbaren Aktuator (50) verbunden ist, dessen zentrale Bohrung den von der Quelle (S) kommenden Lichtstrahl durchlässt und der mit Nockenformen (52) versehen ist, die auf mindestens einen Läufer (71, 72) zur Steuerung des Stromkreises einwirken.
  10. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der drehbare rohrförmige Aktuator (50) einen rohrförmigen Teil aufweist, der nahe einem Ende auf einem zentralen Bundring (22) des Stellhebels (20) eingerastet ist und am anderen Enden die Nockenformen (52) aufweist, um die Läufer zu verschieben.
  11. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er am Boden einer Mulde, die im Kragen (80) angeordnet ist, der selbst den Stellhebel aufnimmt, eine Dichtung (60) aufnimmt, die eine Lippe (61) aufweist, die gegen den rohrförmigen Aktuator (50) anliegt.
  12. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (60) mittels einer Armierung (63) versteift wird.
  13. Beleuchteter Drehknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifhenkel (22) aus farblosem durchscheinendem oder durchsichtigem Material ist, wobei die Farbe des von der Quelle (S) emittierten und zum Greifhenkel übertragenen Lichts mit derjenigen des Materials der mechanischen Grundplatte (21) korreliert ist.
