Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mineral plate, in particular double bottom plate, with a base plate and at least one profile strip on one end face, wherein the profile strip consists of a thermoplastically processable material.
  • Such mineral plates from the prior art are provided in particular on their narrow sides with profiled strips in order to protect these edge regions against any damage or moisture, but also to achieve visual effects.
  • the profile strips In order to produce an adhesive bond between the profile strips and the end faces of the mineral plates, the profile strips on one of their surfaces adhesion promoter systems that lead after appropriate activation and supply of an example hot melt adhesive system for the desired adhesive connection between the profile strip of thermoplastic material and the front side of the mineral plate , Due to the material properties of the mineral plates, which generally consist of gypsum or anhydride, problems in the known state of the art with regard to the adhesive strength of the applied profile strips.
  • the EP 1249538 describes an artificial stone, which is plate-shaped, having an upper and a lower main surface and lateral narrow surfaces, which is made in a form composed of a body of granular material, which is obtained from broken natural stones, a polyurethane adhesive and from a frame connected to this body.
  • the body has continuous pores.
  • the frame forms at least the lateral narrow surfaces of the artificial stone and leaves at least one main surface free and forms part of the mold during the production of the artificial stone.
  • the frame is part of the mold needed to make the artificial stone. He is, so to speak, a "lost form".
  • the frame is preferably made of plastic, such as PVC or polypropylene. It can be easily manufactured by injection molding in large quantities.
  • the DE 8717949 U1 describes a composite board, in particular for raised floors, from a filler material such as concrete-filled sheet metal tray, wherein on the edge portion of the sheet metal tray a profile strip is attached, which covers the edge portion at least partially on the top and on the outside, the profile strip so attached to the edge portion is that she forms a unity with this one.
  • the profile strip should consist of a non-corrosive material, such as aluminum or plastic.
  • the profile strip can be integrally connected via, for example, adhesive with the edge portion of the sheet metal tray.
  • the profile strip is fastened to the edge section in such a way that the profile strip forms a unit with the sheet metal trough and its edge section.
  • the sheet metal trough provided with the profile strip is filled with concrete or a corresponding material, wherein the upper edge of the profile strip serves as a scraping edge for the concrete filling.
  • the profile strip can have an approximately L-shaped or an approximately U-shaped cross section.
  • the EP-A-0343543 describes a floor slab for double floor systems with a slab core on the top of a floor covering, on the underside of a metal plate and on the peripheral edge of a lipping is arranged, wherein the peripheral edge is provided with at least one groove for receiving hot melt adhesive, the metal plate has a backsplash , which comprises the peripheral edge, extends to the lower edge of the groove and is aligned with a first edge band and on the first edge band a second edge band is arranged, which covers the groove and a part of the upstand of the metal plate. It is used as a lipping electrically conductive material, such as ABS or PVC.
  • the DE 3726373 A1 describes a composite panel for raised floors, especially for commercial buildings. It consists of an upper plate made of stone, a lower plate made of stone, as well as an intermediate layer of glass-fiber reinforced plastic material connecting the two plates firmly together.
  • the composite plate is provided at its end faces with sealing lips, which may be formed in the form of a single, one-piece seal, which extends over all four end faces.
  • the sealing lips may expediently consist of rubber, plastic, for example a modified epoxy resin, or for reasons of fire protection of metal, for example a lead cord. But the sealing lips can also be connected by gluing with the plates.
  • the sealing lips run in the region and along the upper edge of the upper plate, but they can also be arranged in the region and along the end faces of the intermediate layer.
  • the thickness of the upper plate may be approximately in the range of 15 to 30 mm
  • the thickness of the intermediate layer is about 0.5 to 1.5 mm
  • the thickness of the lower plate may be approximately in the range of 5 to 20 mm.
  • the sealing lips may have a thickness of about 1 mm and a height of about 4 to 5 mm.
  • Another object of the invention is to reduce the noise between two oppositely laid mineral plates.
  • thermoplastically processable material of the profile strip 5 to 70%, preferably 5 to 25% components which are at least partially crosslinkable.
  • the profile strip has a structured surface on its surface.
  • thermoplastically crosslinkable constituents of the thermoplastically processable material of the profiled strip are radiation-crosslinked, which leads to an advantageous degree of crosslinking of approximately at least 30%.
  • the attachable to the front sides of the mineral plate profile strip can be advantageously selected from the group of polyolefins, polyamides, polyvinyl chlorides, ethylene vinyl acetates and the like, so that this profile strip according to the needs and the technical requirements according to the mineral plate is available.
  • the profile strip on its side facing the end of the Mineraistoffplafte side adhesion promoter system which is dimensioned and formulated so that the adhesive force of the adhesive bond between the profile strip and the face of the mineral plate is greater than the tear strength of the thermoplastically processable material of the profile strip ,
  • This can advantageously be achieved that when using or mounting the Mineralstoffplaften invention on construction sites, where these approximately 25 kg heavy Mineralstoffplaften be partially pulled over the not yet fixed ground, it is here only partial chipping on the moldings and not to the full Tearing down the moldings comes from the faces of the mineral plates.
  • a costly post-processing such as the re-bonding of new additional moldings to the mineral plates from the known prior art.
  • the adhesion promoter system which serves in conjunction with an adhesive system for fixing the profile strip to the mineral plate, is selected from the group of polyurethanes, PVC copolymers and the like.
  • the adhesive system is selected from the group of polyamides, ethylene vinyl acetates, polyolefins and the like.
  • the profiled strip of a thermoplastically processable material with an elongation at break of 3 to 80% or a tear strength of 40 to 60 MPa also leads to a more economical production of Mineralstoffplaften invention.
  • the profiled strip of a thermoplastically processable material having at least partially crosslinkable components of preferably 5 to 25%, structurings on their surfaces or these can be produced specifically by the production, which has a surface roughness of about 10 to 40 microns and have to reduce the noise at opposite the profile strips having mineral plates in their use, especially as raised floor panels lead. Furthermore, it is considered advantageous that these structured surfaces lead to a better bonding between the profiled strip and the front side of the mineral plate.
  • Adhesion promoter system based on polyurethane.
