Abstract

Es wird ein Kraftstoffinjektor mit einer direkten Nadelsteuerung für eine Brennkraftmaschine vorgeschlagen, mit einer in einem Düsenkörper (11) geführten Düsennadel (13), die auf einen Düsennadeldichtsitz (15) einwirkt, mit einem Aktor (20) und einem hydraulischen Übersetzer (30). Der hydraulischen Übersetzer (30) weist einen mit dem Aktor (20) in Verbindung stehenden aktorseitigen Übersetzerkolben (31) und einen mit der Düsennadel (13) in Verbindung stehenden düsennadelseitigen Übersetzerkolben (51) auf, wobei als Übersetzerraum ein aktorseitiger Kopplerraum (36) ausgebildet ist, dem eine Druckfläche (38) des aktorseitigen Übersetzerkolben (31) zugeordnet ist, und wobei in Abhängigkeit vom Druck im aktorseitigen Kopplerraum (36) die Düsennadel (13) vom Düsennadeldichtsitz (15) abgehoben wird und dadurch mit Hochdruck beaufschlagter Kraftstoff eingespritzt wird. Zusätzlich zum aktorseitigen Übersetzerkolben (31) ist ein hubverstellbares Steuerelement (40) vorgesehen, das mit einer ersten Steuerfläche (47) mit dem aktorseitigen Kopplerraum (36) hydraulisch gekoppelt und mit einer zweiten Steuerfläche (46) einem Steuerraum (37) zugeordnet ist. Der der aktorseitige Übersetzerkolben (31) weist eine zweite Druckfläche (48) auf, die als weitere Steuerfläche dem Steuerraum (37) zugeordnet ist.
