Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine grüne Pigmentpräparation, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an C.I. Pigment Yellow 214 und des Kupferphthalocyaninpigments C.I. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.I. Pigment Blue 15:1, wobei das Verhältnis von C.I. Pigment Yellow 214 zum Kupferphthalocyaninpigment 1 zu 20 bis 20 zu 1 beträgt. Die erfindungsgemässen Pigmentpräparationen sind insbesondere zum verzugsarmen Einfärben von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen mit reinen grünen Farbtönen geeignet.

Beschreibung
Grüne Pigmentpräparationen Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Pigmentpräparationen, die ein blaues Kupferphthalocyaninpigment und ein gelbes Pigment enthalten, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zum Pigmentieren von hochmolekularen organischen Materialien, besondere von Kunststoffen, insbesondere zum verzugsarmen Pigmentieren von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen, beispielsweise von Polyolefinen, mit reinen grünen Farbtönen.
Bei der Einfärbung von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen mit organischen Pigmenten treten häufig Beeinflussungen der Kristallitbildung im Material auf, die als Verzugserscheinungen bezeichnet werden. Die Pigmentierung großvolumiger Spritzgussteile, insbesondere solcher aus Polyethylen, führt häufig zu Verformungen, Schrumpfungen und Rissbildungen (durch innere Spannungen, sogenannte Spannungsrissbildungen), die je nach Anwendungsgebiet die eingefärbten Artikel unbrauchbar machen. Beispielsweise ist bei Flaschenkästen aufgrund von Deformation mit dem Verlust der Stapelbarkeit zu rechnen und bei Verschlüssen mit einer Passungenauigkeit.
Diese Nachteile beziehen sich auf die Mehrzahl organischer Pigmente, während sich die anorganischen Pigmente und eine Minderzahl von organischen Pigmenten relativ neutral verhalten. Es wird angenommen, dass Pigmente bei der Erstarrung der Polymerschmelze als Nukleierungszentren wirken können und so zu einem zum Verzug neigenden Polymer führen.
Neben der beschriebenen Formstabilität der gefärbten Spritzgussteile sollen die Färbungen gute anwendungstechnische Eigenschaften besitzen, wie Hitzestabilität, Lichtechtheit und Migrationsechtheit. Die Dispergierbarkeit der zur Herstellung der Pigmentpräparationen verwendeten Pigmente muss sehr gut sein, um Färbungen mit der gewünschten hohen Farbstärke zu ermöglichen. Hohe Anforderungen werden besonders an die Reinheit des Farbtons gestellt.
Zum Erzielen von grünen Farbtönen für die Kunststoffeinfärbung durch Mischen blauer und gelber Pigmente existieren verschiedene Vorschläge:
Die JP 59-147 039 offenbart eine Mischung aus Kupferphthalocyaninen mit Chromgelb-Pigmenten, mit der PVC in moosgrünen Farbtönen gefärbt werden kann. Die Verwendung von chromhaltigen Pigmenten wird heutzutage wegen der daraus folgenden Umweltproblematik gemieden. Für reine Grüntöne sind die vorgeschlagenen Mischungen nicht geeignet. Aussagen zum Verzugsverhalten oder gar zu einer Verbesserung des Verzugsverhaltens werden nicht gemacht.
Die DE-A-36 23 335 offenbart grüne Mischkristallpigmente von gelben Chinacridonchinonen mit blauem Indigo. Sie zeigen jedoch mangelhafte Licht- und Wetterechtheiten, die erst durch den Einsatz einer dritten Komponente verbessert werden. Auch wird darauf hingewiesen, dass erst durch die Erzeugung eines Mischkristalls eine "kräftige grüne Farbe" erhalten wird, die mechanische
Mischung weist einen schmutzigbraunen Farbton auf. Dazu ist ein zusätzlicher Verfahrensschritt notwendig, der zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Im vorliegenden Verfahren fallen große Mengen verdünnter Schwefelsäure an, die entsorgt werden müssen. Aussagen zum Verzugsverhalten oder gar zu einer Verbesserung des Verzugsverhaltens werden nicht gemacht.
Die CS-A-277 656 offenbart ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von grünen Mischpigmenten durch Fällung von löslichen Vorstufen gelber Pigmente auf Kupferphthalocyaninpigmente.
Die JP 2000-063699 offenbart spezielle Mischungen aus Kupferphthalocyanin- und Azopigmenten, die sich durch Chlorfreiheit auszeichnen. Besondere anwendungstechnische Eigenschaften oder gar Vorteile beim Einfärben von Kunststoffen wurden nicht gefunden.
Gewöhnlicherweise werden, wie auch in der CS-A-277 656 beschrieben, durch das Mischen eines blauen und eines gelben Pigments Farbtöne erzielt, deren Reinheit und Sättigung (Chroma) unter dem der einzelnen Komponenten liegt.
Auch der Einsatz des bekannten P.Y.180 in Kombination mit einem blauen Pigment genügt den heutigen Anforderungen nicht, da zwar verzugsarme und hitzestabile Einfärbungen erhalten werden, aber die Reinheit des Farbtons unbefriedigend ist.
Es bestand die Aufgabe, Pigmentpräparationen für das Färben von hochmolekularen Materialien, insbesondere für das verzugsarme Einfärben von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen mit reinen grünen Farbtönen zugänglich zu machen. Es wurde nun gefunden, dass die Aufgabe überraschenderweise durch Einsatz von Pigmentpräparationen, enthaltend ein blaues Kupferphthalocyaninpigment und C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 gelöst wird.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Pigmentpräparation, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt von vorzugsweise 1 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 und vorzugsweise 1 bis 40 Gew.-% des Kupferphthalocyaninpigments C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1 , wobei das Verhältnis von C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 zum Kupferphthalocyaninpigment 1 zu 20 bis 20 zu 1 , vorzugsweise 1 zu 10 bis 10 zu 1 , insbesondere 1 zu 5 bis 5 zu 1 , beträgt.
Bevorzugte Pigmentpräparationen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten a) 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,5 bis 40 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 40 Gew.-%, C.l. Pigment Yellow 214, b) 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,5 bis 40 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 40 Gew.-%, C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder 15:1 , c) 20 bis 98 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 20 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 20 bis 90 Gew.-% an Polyolefinen, vorzugsweise Polypropylenen und Polyethylenen, wie handelsüblichen LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE oder Polyolefinwachsen, d) 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 25 Gew.-%, bei der Masterbatchherstellung üblicher Additive, e) 0 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, eines oder mehrerer Weißpigmente, wie z.B. Titandioxid,
wobei die Anteile der jeweiligen Komponenten a) bis e) auf das Gesamtgewicht der Pigmentpräparation (100 Gew.-%) bezogen sind, sowie f) 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Summe der Gewichte der Komponenten a) und b), eines oder mehrerer Nuancierfarbmittel, wie z.B. Russ, Chromtitanat, Nickeltitanat oder Bismutvanadat.
Die bei der Masterbatchherstellung üblichen Additive sind beispielsweise Stabilisatoren, wie UV-Absorber oder Antioxidantien, optische Aufheller, Füllmittel, Antistatika, Gleitmittel und Dispergierhilfsmittel.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen können nach den üblichen und bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Masterbatches hergestellt werden. Beispielsweise werden die Pigmente a) und b) separat, gegebenenfalls mit den Komponenten d), e) und f), als trockene Mischung oder als Mischung zweier Pigmentpräparationen homogen in die Komponente c) eingearbeitet. Dabei werden beispielsweise die beiden Pigmente oder die Pigmentmischung mit einem handelsüblichen Polyolefin und/oder einem Polyolefinwachs in einem Heißkühlmischer angesintert und anschließend die Mischung extrudiert; im zweiten Fall, wenn bereits von zwei Pigmentpräparationen ausgegangen wird, reicht eine Coextrusion der beiden Präparationen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen eignen sich hervorragend zum verzugsarmen Einfärben von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen mit besonders reinen grünen Farbtönen.
Daher ist ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen zum verzugsarmen Pigmentieren von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen mit besonders reinen grünen Farbtönen.
Im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet der Begriff „verzugsarm" einen im Vergleich zu einer nicht erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparation deutlich herabgesetzten Verzug.
Unter teilkristallinen Kunststoffen werden solche verstanden, welche bei der Erstarrung kleine kristalline Kerne oder Aggregate bilden, manchmal auch nur in Gegenwart von Nukleierungsmitteln (zum Beispiel organischen Pigmenten). Teilkristalline Kunststoffe sind im allgemeinen thermoplastische hochmolekulare organische Materialien mit einem Molekulargewicht (Mw) von 104 bis 108 g/mol, bevorzugt 105 bis 107 g/mol, und einem Kristallinitätsgrad (Xc) von 10 bis 99,9 %, bevorzugt von 40 bis 99 %, besonders bevorzugt von 80 bis 99 %. Bevorzugte teilkristalline Kunststoffe sind Homopolymere, Block- oder statistische Copolymere und Terpolymere von Ethylen, Propylen, Butylen, Styrol und/oder Divinylbenzol, insbesondere Polyolefine, wie Polyethylen (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), Polypropylen, insbesondere Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE), weiterhin auch POM (Polyoxymethylen).
Die teilkristallinen Kunststoffe können noch Additive in üblichen Mengen enthalten, wie z.B. Stabilisatoren, optische Aufheller, Füllmittel und Gleitmittel.
Bei der Einfärbung der teilkristallinen Kunststoffe wird die erfindungsgemäße Pigmentpräparation zweckmäßigerweise in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Kunststoff, eingesetzt. Die Einfärbung selbst kann nach üblichen Methoden, wie z.B. durch Extrusion oder Spritzgießen, erfolgen.
Die Prüfung der Verzugsbeeinflussung von Polyolefin durch die erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Pigmentpräparation erfolgt an einem Spritzgießfertigteil in Form einer Platte. Nach der Alterung werden die Dimensionen der Platte (Länge, Breite) ausgemessen und der Verzug bzw. Schrumpf nach der folgenden Gleichung ermittelt:
% Verzug = 100 % x (% Verzug vertikal - % Verzug horizontal)/(% Verzug horizontal)
Die Verzugswerte werden dabei sowohl bei 220°C als auch bei 280°C bestimmt.
Es war überraschend und nicht vorherzusehen, dass sich mit der Kombination aus C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 mit dem Kupferphthalocyaninpigment C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1 nicht nur verzugsarme Spritzgussteile herstellen lassen, sondern dass die Färbungen sich auch durch deutlich höhere Reinheiten gegenüber Mischungen mit anderen Gelbpigmenten auszeichnen. Eine Herstellung eines Mischkristalls ist nicht notwendig, um die hohe Reinheit zu erzielen. Außerdem weisen die mit den erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen hergestellten Färbungen hohe Farbstärken, gute Hitzestabilität und Lichtechtheiten auf. Die Migrationsechtheit ist sehr gut.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen können natürlich auch zum Pigmentieren von Kunststoffen, die nicht unter den oben ausgeführten Begriff „teilkristallin" fallen, verwendet werden. Sie lassen sich allgemein zum Pigmentieren von hochmolekularen organischen Materialien natürlicher oder synthetischer Herkunft einsetzen, beispielsweise von Kunststoffen, Harzen, Lacken, Anstrichfarben, elektrophotographischen Tonern und Entwicklern, Elektretmaterialien, Farbfilter sowie von Tinten, Druckfarben und Saatgut.
Hochmolekulare organische Materialien, die mit den erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen pigmentiert werden können, sind beispielsweise Celluloseverbindungen, wie beispielsweise Celluloseether und -ester, wie Ethylcellulose, Nitrocellulose, Celluloseacetate oder Cellulosebutyrate, natürliche Bindemittel, wie beispielsweise Fettsäuren, fette Öle, Harze und deren Umwandlungsprodukte, oder Kunstharze, wie Polykondensate, Polyaddukte, Polymerisate und Copolymerisate, wie beispielsweise Aminoplaste, insbesondere Harnstoff- und Melaminformaldehydharze, Alkydharze, Acrylharze, Phenoplaste und Phenolharze, wie Novolake oder Resole, Harnstoffharze, Polyvinyle, wie Polyvinylalkohole, Polyvinylacetale, Polyvinylacetate oder Polyvinylether, Polycarbonate, Polyolefine, wie Polystyrol, Polyvinylchlorid, Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, Poly(meth)acrylate und deren Copolymerisate, wie
Polyacrylsäureester oder Polyacrylnitrile, Polyamide, Polyester, Polyurethane, Cumaron-Inden- und Kohlenwasserstoffharze, Epoxidharze, ungesättigte Kunstharze (Polyester, Acrylate) mit den unterschiedlichen Härtemechanismen,
Wachse, Aldehyd- und Ketonharze, Gummi, Kautschuk und seine Derivate und Latices, Casein, Silikone und Silikonharze; einzeln oder in Mischungen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob die erwähnten hochmolekularen organischen Verbindungen als plastische Massen, Schmelzen oder in Form von Spinnlösungen, Dispersionen, Lacken, Anstrichstoffen oder Druckfarben vorliegen. Je nach Verwendungszweck erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen als Blend oder in Form von Präparationen oder Dispersionen zu benutzen. Bezogen auf das zu pigmentierende, hochmolekulare organische Material setzt man die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 15 Gew.-%, ein. Es ist in manchen Fällen auch möglich, anstelle einer gemahlenen und/oder gefinishten erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentzusammensetzung ein entsprechendes Crude mit einer BET-Oberfläche von größer als 2 m2/g, bevorzugt größer als 5 m2/g, einzusetzen. Dieser Crude kann zur Herstellung von Farbkonzentraten in flüssiger oder fester Form in Konzentrationen von 5 bis 99 Gew.-%, allein oder gegebenenfalls in Mischung mit anderen Crudes oder Fertigpigmenten, verwendet werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen sind auch geeignet als Farbmittel in elektrophotographischen Tonern und Entwicklern, wie beispielsweise Ein- oder Zweikomponentenpulvertonem (auch Ein- oder Zweikomponenten-Entwickler genannt), Magnettoner, Flüssigtoner, Polymerisationstoner sowie Spezialtoner. Typische Tonerbindemittel sind Polymerisations-, Polyadditions- und Polykondensationsharze, wie Styrol-, Styrolacrylat-, Styrolbutadien-, Acrylat-, Polyester-, Phenol-Epoxidharze, Polysulfone, Polyurethane, einzeln oder in Kombination, sowie Polyethylen und Polypropylen, die noch weitere Inhaltsstoffe, wie Ladungssteuermittel, Wachse oder Fließhilfsmittel, enthalten können oder im nachhinein mit diesen Zusätzen modifiziert werden.
Des weiteren sind die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen geeignet als Farbmittel in Pulver und Pulverlacken, insbesondere in triboelektrisch oder elektrokinetisch versprühbaren Pulverlacken, die zur Oberflächenbeschichtung
von Gegenständen aus beispielsweise Metall, Holz, Kunststoff, Glas, Keramik, Beton, Textilmaterial, Papier oder Kautschuk zur Anwendung kommen. Als Pulverlackharze werden typischerweise Epoxidharze, carboxyl- und hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyesterharze, Polyurethan- und Acrylharze zusammen mit üblichen Härtern eingesetzt. Auch Kombinationen von Harzen finden Verwendung. So werden beispielsweise häufig Epoxidharze in Kombination mit carboxyl- und hydroxylgruppenhaltigen Polyesterharzen eingesetzt. Typische Härterkomponenten (in Abhängigkeit vom Harzsystem) sind beispielsweise Säureanhydride, Imidazole sowie Dicyandiamid und deren Abkömmlinge, verkappte Isocyanate, Bisacylurethane, Phenol- und Melaminharze, Triglycidylisocyanurate, Oxazoline und Dicarbonsäuren.
Außerdem sind die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen als Farbmittel in Ink-Jet Tinten auf wässriger und nichtwässriger Basis sowie in solchen Tinten, die nach dem Hot-melt-Verfahren arbeiten, geeignet. Ink-Jet-Tinten enthalten im allgemeinen insgesamt 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 ,5 bis 8 Gew.-%, (trocken gerechnet) einer oder mehrerer der erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen. Mikroemulsionstinten basieren auf organischen Lösemitteln, Wasser und ggf. einer zusätzlichen hydrotropen Substanz (Grenzflächenvermittler).
Mikroemulsionstinten enthalten im allgemeinen 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 ,5 bis 8 Gew.-%, einer oder mehrerer der erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen, 5 bis 99 Gew.-% Wasser und 0,5 bis 94,5 Gew.-% organisches Lösungsmittel und/oder hydrotrope Verbindung. "Solvent based" Ink-Jet-Tinten enthalten vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer der erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen, 85 bis 99,5 Gew.-% organisches Lösungsmittel und/oder hydrotrope Verbindungen. Hot-Melt-Tinten basieren meist auf Wachsen, Fettsäuren, Fettalkoholen oder Sulfonamiden, die bei Raumtemperatur fest sind und bei Erwärmen flüssig werden, wobei der bevorzugte Schmelzbereich zwischen ca. 60°C und ca. 140°C liegt. Hot-Melt Ink-Jet-Tinten bestehen z.B. im wesentlichen aus 20 bis 90 Gew.-% Wachs und 1 bis 10 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer der erfindungsgemäßen
Pigmentpräparationen. Weiterhin können 0 bis 20 Gew.-% eines zusätzlichen Polymers (als "Farbstofflöser"), 0 bis 5 Gew.-% Dispergierhilfsmittel, 0 bis 20 Gew.-% Viskositätsveränderer, 0 bis 20 Gew.-% Plastifizierer, 0 bis 10 Gew.-% Klebrigkeitszusatz, 0 bis 10 Gew.-% Transparenzstabilisator (verhindert z.B. Kristallisation der Wachse) sowie 0 bis 2 Gew.-% Antioxidans enthalten sein.
Weiterhin sind die erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen auch als Farbmittel für Farbfilter, sowohl für die additive wie auch für die subtraktive Farberzeugung, sowie als Farbmittel für elektronische Tinten („electronic inks" bzw. „e-inks") oder „electronic paper" („e-paper") geeignet. Bei der Herstellung von Farbfiltern, sowohl reflektierender wie durchsichtiger Farbfilter, werden Pigmente in Form einer Paste oder als pigmentierte Photoresists in geeigneten Bindemitteln (Acrylate, Acrylester, Polyimide, Polyvinylalkohole, Epoxide, Polyester, Melamine, Gelantine, Caseine) auf die jeweiligen LCD-Bauteilen (z.B. TFT-LCD= Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Displays oder z.B. ((S) TN-LCD = (Super) Twisted Nematic-LCD) aufgebracht. Neben einer hohen Thermostabilität ist für eine stabile Paste bzw. einem pigmentierten Photoresist auch eine hohe Pigmentreinheit Voraussetzung. Darüber hinaus können die pigmentierten Color Filter auch durch Ink Jet- Druckverfahren oder andere geeignete Druckverfahren aufgebracht werden.
In den folgenden Beispielen bedeuten Prozentangaben Gewichtsprozente, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Bei den für die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Pigmentpräparationen eingesetzten Pigmentpräparationen werden das Pigment und sein Gehalt angegeben, die restlichen Anteile bestehen aus einem Gemisch aus handelsüblichem Polyethylen und Polyethylenwachs.
Beispiel 1
16,4 Teile einer Pigmentpräparation, enthaltend 38 % C.l. Pigment Yellow 214, werden mit 24,5 Teilen einer Pigmentpräparation, enthaltend 30 % Kupferphthalocyaninpigment C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3, mit 12,3 Teilen einer Pigmentpräparation, enthaltend 70 % Titandioxidpigment C.l. Pigment White 6,
und mit 47,6 Teilen LDPE coextrudiert. Man erhält 100 Teile erfindungsgemäßer Pigmentpräparation, die 17,6 Teile Titandioxidpigment C.l. Pigment White 6, 6,2 Teile C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 und 7,4 Teile Kupferphthalocyaninpigment C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 enthält.
Die Beispiele 2, 3 und 4 sind Vergleichsbeispiele und wurden analog wie Beispiel 1 durch Coextrusion hergestellt, wobei an Stelle der C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 - Präparation eine gleiche Menge einer anderen Gelbpigmentpräparationen eingesetzt wurde. Diese vier Pigmentpräparation wurden zum Einfärben von Polyethylen verwendet.

Die Pigmentpräparation aus Beispiel 3 zeigt zwar ein vergleichbares Verzugsverhalten und eine vergleichbare Hitzestabilität, es lassen sich jedoch nur Färbungen mit einem bedeutend niedrigerem Chroma, das heißt mit einer inakzeptablen Reinheit herstellen. Die Pigmentpräparation aus Beispiel 2 zeigt neben der geringeren Reinheit ein deutlich schlechteres Verzugsverhalten, die Pigmentpräparation aus Beispiel 4 zeigt neben der geringeren Reinheit eine deutlich schlechtere Hitzestabilität.
Claims
Patentansprüche:
1 ) Pigmentpräparation, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 und des Kupferphthalocyaninpigments C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1 , wobei das Verhältnis von C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 zum Kupferphthalocyaninpigment 1 zu 20 bis 20 zu 1 beträgt.
2) Pigmentpräparation nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von C.l. Pigment Yellow 214 zum Kupferphthalocyaninpigment 1 zu 10 bis 10 zu 1 , insbesondere 1 zu 5 bis 5 zu 1 , beträgt.
3) Pigmentpräparation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, enthaltend 1 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Yellow 214, und 1 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1.
4) Pigmentpräparation nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, enthaltend a) 1 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Yellow 214, b) 1 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1 , c) 20 bis 98 Gew.-% an Polyolefinen, d) 0 bis 40 Gew.-% bei der Masterbatchherstellung üblicher Additive, e) 0 bis 25 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Weißpigmente, wobei die Anteile der jeweiligen Komponenten a) bis e) auf das Gesamtgewicht der Pigmentpräparation (100 Gew.-%) bezogen sind, sowie f) 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Summe der Gewichte der Komponenten a) und b), eines oder mehrerer Nuancierfarbmittel.
5) Pigmentpräparation nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, enthaltend a) 2,5 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Yellow 214, b) 2,5 bis 40 Gew.-% C.l. Pigment Blue 15:3 und/oder C.l. Pigment Blue 15:1 , c) 20 bis 95 Gew.-% an Polyolefinen,
d) 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 25 Gew.-%, bei der Masterbatchherstellung üblicher Additive, e) 0 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, eines oder mehrerer Weißpigmente, wobei die Anteile der jeweiligen Komponenten a) bis e) auf das Gesamtgewicht der Pigmentpräparation (100 Gew.-%) bezogen sind, sowie f) 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Summe der Gewichte der Komponenten a) und b), eines oder mehrerer Nuancierfarbmittel.
6) Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pigmentpräparation nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pigmente a) und b) und gegebenenfalls die Komponenten d), e) und f) separat, als trockene Mischung oder als Mischung zweier Pigmentpräparationen homogen in die Komponente c) eingearbeitet werden.
7) Verwendung einer Pigmentpräparation nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zum Pigmentieren von hochmolekularen organischen Materialien natürlicher oder synthetischer Herkunft.
8) Verwendung nach Anspruch 7 zum Pigmentieren von Kunststoffen, Harzen, Lacken, Anstrichfarben, elektrophotographischen Tonern und Entwicklern, Elektretmaterialien, Farbfiltern sowie von Tinten, Druckfarben und Saatgut.
9) Verwendung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8 zum verzugsarmen Pigmentieren von teilkristallinen Kunststoffen.
10) Verwendung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 zum verzugsarmen Pigmentieren von Polyolefinen, insbesondere Polyethylenen.
