Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication simultanée d'au moins deux pièces séparées (6, 7) par formage intérieur haute pression. Selon ledit procédé, une ébauche est insérée dans un outil de formage (2) dont la paroi intérieure (3) comporte au moins une fente de séparation (8), disposée entre deux moules négatifs (4, 5), s'étendant sur l'ensemble de la périphérie des pièces (6, 7), délimitée par deux arêtes de coupe libres (9, 10), espacées l'une de l'autre. Lors du formage, l'ébauche pénètre dans la zone de la ou des fentes de séparation (8) de manière que les arêtes de coupe (9, 10) découpent une section (15) entre deux pièces (6, 7).
