Claims (9)

  1. Steuergriff für Tiefbaumaschinen, der einen Mantel (2) umfasst, der innen einen Hohlraum (3) begrenzt, und auf dem Steuerelemente (12) montiert sind, die Knöpfe und/oder Schieber haben, die von einem Bedienungsmann zu betätigen sind, um die Steuerung verschiedener Funktionen der Maschine zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) zumindest auf einem Teil seiner Oberfläche von einer Umhüllung (9) bedeckt ist, die aus einer Schicht besteht, die aus mindestens einem wärmeaushärtenden, mit Niederdruck gespritzten Polymerschaum gebildet ist.
  2. Steuergriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufgebrachte Kunststoffschicht (9) aus Polyurethan besteht.
  3. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung (9) in einem einzigen Stück auf den Mantel (2) aufgebracht wird.
  4. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) aus einem verstärkten thermoplastischen Material hergestellt ist.
  5. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Umhüllung (9) mindestens 4 mm beträgt.
  6. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufgebrachte Umhüllung (9) mindestens einen massiven Teil (10) umfasst.
  7. Steuergriff nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein massiver Teil (15) mindestens einen Hohlraum umfasst, der zur Montage eines Steuerelements oder einer elektromechanischen oder elektronischen Komponente (16) dient.
  8. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerelemente (12) nach Aufbringen der Umhüllung (9) durch Klammerung auf dem Mantel (2) befestigt werden.
  9. Steuergriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Heizkabel (8) um den Mantel (2) herum angeordnet wird, bevor dieser durch die aufgebrachte Umhüllung (9) bedeckt wird.
