技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于市政工程车辆的控制手柄。
背景技术
用于建筑和市政工程的越来越多的车辆使用人类工程学的手柄操纵的遥控系统。将这些手柄设计成不仅控制电动液压装置,而且还控制例如灯或喇叭形扬声器的其它较简单的功能。
以一已知的方式由形成一空腔的两个半壳体形成一手柄。这两个半壳体通过螺纹或焊接连接在一起。该手柄配备有由操纵者操作的诸按钮和/或滑动钮,用于控制车辆的许多功能。在两半壳体之间设置的空腔用作按钮或滑动钮连接于被控制的诸部分的导线的通道。
这类型的手柄产生了密封和强度问题。而且,所使用的材料的手感硬,造成使用者不愉快。还难于定制手柄,换句话说难以用合理的成本增加某些用于美学的或功能性的目的的可选用的附件。这是因为已知手柄的半壳体通过在高压下注射材料由合成材料制成。这就需要使用价格高的钢模,对于短时期的生产过程制造专用模子是不可行的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供以致一种带有一简单结构的控制手柄,对于操纵者该手柄具有令人愉快的手感,能够在外观和结合有某数量的控制部分方向按照顾客的要求定制,同时保持良好的机械性能,尤其在刚度方面。
为此,如本发明所要求保护的手柄包括一形成内部空腔的芯子,在该芯子上安装将由操纵者操作的诸按钮和/或滑动钮形式的诸控制件,用于控制车辆的许多功能。它的特点在于该芯子的表面的至少一部分包覆有一由一层至少一低压模制的热固性聚合物泡沫材料制成的护套。
该从外面模制的(overmolded)护套对手柄提供了由材料自身所赋予的和通过该表面的纹理结构(如果有)所产生的柔软手感。这是因为包括至少一膨胀的热塑性树脂的、从外面模制的合成材料通过一发泡方法被从外面模制以及它具有柔软一致性的缘故。
由于在例如大约4至5巴的低压下进行该从外面模制,因此所使用的模子能够用铝或树脂制造,所以所使用的模子的价格是适度的。从而对于较有限的生产过程可以制造带有特定形状的手柄。
另外,该护套通过消除在传统方法中在两个半壳体之间所形成的配合线提供一完全的密封。
这样,在从外面模制之后,该组件成为一单个的零件,组装螺钉完全看不到,从外面模制配合线比合成材料的两件的组装所产生的模制配合线细得多。
所使用的合成材料是的热塑性树脂,有利地是聚氨酯。护套以一单件形式被从外面模制在芯子上,并能够完整地覆盖该芯子。
为了赋予该手柄充分的机械强度,芯子由增强的热塑性材料制成。
为了使形成包覆充分的包覆厚度,泡沫材料护套的理想厚度接近4毫米,但可以较大地改变这尺寸。
如在本发明的一特征中所要求保护的那样,出于人类工程学的原因、关系到定制手柄的美学原因或为了安装至少一控制件或一机电的或电的元件,该从外面模制的护套包括至少一整体的凸出部分。
如在本发明的另一特征中所要求保护的那样,在从外面模制护套之后,借助于通过护套上形成的诸孔将例如按钮和/或滑动钮的控制件夹在芯子上,从而安装了这些控制件。使用这方法,手柄不能够被拆除,操纵者不能够接触诸组件。
有利地,在由从外面模制的护套覆盖芯子之前一加热的电缆线被放置在芯子周围。

具体实施方式
本发明要求专利权的该手柄包括一形成一内腔3的、由两个半壳体4组成的芯子2,该半壳体由例如称为PA6-6的增强的热塑性材料制成。以一已知方式通过螺纹连接或焊接将两个半壳体固定在一起。芯子2的下端具有用于将该该手柄固定于一支持件的一六角形凹座5。该凹座的上方具有一主孔6和一辅助侧孔7。
在图1和2所示的实施例中,在芯子2的外表面上卷绕一加热电缆线8。该芯子2包覆有一护套9,该护套由最小厚度为4毫米的聚氨酯泡沫材料制成。通过在一模子内部用—低压模制工艺设置该泡沫材料,在聚合期间在经历发泡加工之前在低压下将聚氨酯注入该模子。可以注意到:在手柄的基部,不需要一插入件而仅由聚氨酯产生一凸缘10。在该例子中不使用的后孔7由聚氨酯覆盖。在前孔内安装至少一电气元件12,该元件与被夹住在芯子2上的一支持件13相连。该安装是不可逆转的,并提供了对于芯子外部的极佳的密封。
应该注意:聚氨酯护套完全覆盖了芯子,尤其遮蔽了芯子的两个半部壳体4的配合线,对于手柄的外部提供了极好的密封。这样,尤其完全保护了所连接的诸机电元件12和电缆线14。除了这保护方面之外,聚氨酯护套为操纵者提供了手柄的可接受的手感,能够使用聚氨酯护套产生不完全顺应芯子外形的整体形状。
图3示出了如何能够由聚氨酯制造整体的凸出部分。图3示出了手柄的一上端,其中相同的部分用如前面使用的相同标号表示。在这例子中,由聚氨酯泡沫材料制造的整体凸出部分15超出芯子延伸,并用于内装一遥控的机电元件16,该机电元件与保持其它机电元件18的一板17相连,换句话说,这些其它机电元件与手柄的主要部分相连并被安装在芯子内部。
如以上所述,本发明通过提供一手柄显著地改进了现有技术,该手柄具有简单的结构、极好的机械特性、较低的生产成本、对手柄的内部提供了极好的密封、能够定制手柄的外形以达到美学的、功能性的或人类工程学的目的,或者达到安装某些元件的目的,同时对操纵者提供具有令人愉快的手感的表面。
显然,本发明不局限于以上以举例方式叙述的该手柄的实施例,但包括这些内容的所有变化。这样,尤其是,合成材料的连续区域的数量可以是不同的,所使用的材料可以不是聚氨酯,而是具有适合于与泡沫材料结合模制的性质的其它材料,而不脱离本发明的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于市政工程车辆的控制手柄,该手柄包括形成一内部空腔(3)的一芯子(2),在该芯子上安装由操纵者操作的、用于控制车辆的不同功能的诸控制元件(12),所述控制元件(12)包括诸按钮和/或滑动钮,其特征在于,该芯子(2)的表面的至少一部分由一护套(9)包覆,该护套包括一层至少一低压模制的热固性聚合物泡沫材料。
2.如权利要求1所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,从外面模制的合成材料层(9)由聚氨酯制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,护套(9)以一单件形式被从外面模制在芯子(2)上。
4.如权利要求1至3的任一项所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,芯子(2)由一增强的热塑性材料制成。
5.如权利要求1至4的任一项所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,护套(9)的厚度为至少4毫米。
6.如权利要求1至5的任一项所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,从外面模制的护套(9)包括至少一整体的凸出部分(10)。
7.如权利要求6所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,该至少一整体的凸出部分(15)包括至少一个用于安装一控制元件或一机电元件(16)或电气元件的空腔。
8.如权利要求1至7的任一项所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,在从外面模制护套(9)之后用对诸控制元件的夹持手段将控制元件(12)安装在芯子(2)上。
9.如权利要求1至8的任一项所要求的控制手柄,其特征在于,在用从外面模制的护套(9)包覆芯子(2)之前,在芯子的周围放置一加热电缆线(8)。
