Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system having a cleaning liquid container according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a system with a cleaning liquid container is from the DE 199 18 287 C1 known.
  • the cleaning fluid container is provided at the outlet with a very fine mesh filter element.
  • the filter element Through the filter element, all particles, such as hair and skin particles, which do not deposit on a sedimentation path in the cleaning liquid container, intercepted so as not to enter a pumping system.
  • the filter element can become clogged. This requires that a relatively high pumping capacity be used if the liquid flow is not to be reduced by the clogged filter element.
  • a weakening of the pump jet means namely that a cleaning tub in which a shaving head is located can not be filled completely and too slowly. This leads to a significant deterioration of the cleaning behavior of the cleaning device.
  • the liquid jet is no longer so intense in the area behind the upper blade of the shaving head, ie in the shaving head inside.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, a system with a cleaning liquid container of the generic type such that the circulation of the cleaning liquid and optimal cleaning effect of the device is also ensured high particle volume, also an optimal utilization of the volume of cleaning liquid is to be achieved.
  • the invention is based on the finding that particularly small particles, in particular suspended particles, which essentially consist of skin particles, are responsible for the clogging of the filter element. These relatively small particles can pass through the filter element according to the invention.
  • the transmitted small particles have a size that it allows that can be dispensed with a fine filter fabric or the like in the region of the outlet opening. These relatively small particles can pass through the pump without damaging it.
  • the conversion of a cleaning device is particularly simple, since the previous filter element can be easily omitted and is achieved by the insertion of the cleaning liquid container according to the invention.
  • razors with a sharp lower blade can be used without significant impairment of cleaning performance. These razors can lead to a higher proportion of skin particles in the beard dust.
  • the filter element has such large pores that particles smaller than 0.1 mm, in particular skin particles, can penetrate the filter element. This ensures optimum filter behavior with regard to hair and skin particles. While large or long hair particles can not penetrate the pores, very small particles, ie smaller than 0.1 mm, in particular skin particles, can be flushed through during the cleaning process by the filter element as a result of the constant liquid flow. However, they are due to the pore arrangement, especially because of the three-dimensional pore arrangement, greatly slowed down and can be intercepted with a sedimentation, at the latest after several cleaning or pumping cycles, so that they ultimately remain in the cleaning liquid container as harmless deposit.
  • the pumping capacity can be significantly reduced compared to the use of known fabric filters because of the coarsely porous design of the filter element according to the invention.
  • Hair particles, such as shaved whiskers, are usually much larger or longer than 0.1 mm and therefore can not pass through the filter element.
  • the filter element has pores of such a nature that small particles which flow through the filter element with the cleaning fluid are merely decelerated in the filter element.
  • this measure has the effect that the liquid flow is not inhibited or hindered by this open-pored design and, on the other hand, that the velocity of the particles in the liquid flow is reduced, as a result of which a high degree of sedimentation can be achieved.
  • the filter element ensures a uniform distribution of these small particles, especially the skin particles.
  • the filter element is formed as a block-shaped part and integrated in the interior of the housing.
  • the filter element is formed as a block-shaped part and integrated in the interior of the housing. Due to the block or cuboidal shape, the pores of the filter element are spatially or three-dimensionally distributed.
  • the preferred use of foam as a filter material the desired filter properties can be achieved in a very cost effective manner.
  • the naturally open-pore foam molding has an optimal filter function for filtering out longer hair. A high filter life at low pump power is therefore possible.
  • Schaunistoff can be easily edited or cropped. It is elastic and can thus be clamped between existing walls, webs or the like of the housing and thereby held force - and / or positively. Constructive changes of the housing form or tool changes for the production of a new housing are therefore not required.
  • a sedimentation path for depositing the particles from the cleaning liquid is at least partially formed in the interior of the cleaning liquid container.
  • a large part of the solids or of the particles is separated off from the cleaning liquid and is deposited in the course of the route.
  • Some of the solids do not even get to the filter element.
  • Another part of the solids, namely small particles, may even sediment immediately after passing the filter element if the filter element is e.g. is arranged in the middle of the sedimentation route.
  • the filter element is preferably on the sedimentation path leading from the inlet opening to the outlet opening set, in particular at about half sedimentation distance, wherein in particular the filter element is set in the region of a two-wall forming wall element.
  • the wall element ends at a predetermined distance from a transverse wall of the housing, wherein the filter element is arranged in an opening formed by the wall element and the transverse wall.
  • rib or honeycomb structures or both are present in a side area and / or in a bottom area of the housing on the sedimentation section.
  • honeycomb-like structures are formed only in the bottom region.
  • Fig. 1 shows a cleaning device RV for cleaning a shaving head SK of a shaver R, in particular a dry shaver.
  • the cleaning device is expediently designed as a station in which the razor R can also be stored and electrically charged at all times.
  • the cleaning device RV comprises a station housing 1, a holding device 2, a high-life cleaning liquid container 3 according to the invention, a conveying device 6 for pumping a substantially consisting of an alcoholic solution cleaning liquid 11, a supply pipe 7, to a cleaning tub 8 with a drain 18 above a wall 12 leads, a liquid discharge 9 and a later described in detail inventive filter element F.
  • the conveyor 6 is provided with an electric motor 5. It is arranged in an inner space 10 of the cleaning liquid container 3 of the cleaning device RV according to the invention and can be pushed out of this inner space 10 (see arrow L), so that the cleaning liquid container 3 can be easily removed from one side of the cleaning device RV or exchanged for a new cleaning liquid container 3 can.
  • the cleaning liquid container 3 is preferably designed as a disposable cartridge K, wherein the filter element 4 is integrated in the cartridge K. This has the advantage that when replacing the cartridge K always a new filter element F is available, which does not adversely affect the pumping capacity of the conveyor 6 and cleaning effect of the cleaning device.
  • the cleaning tub 8 has an inner curvature, which is adapted approximately to the outer contour of the shaving head SK.
  • the cleaning tub 8 receives as much cleaning liquid as is required for the respective cleaning process.
  • the level of the cleaning liquid must always include a large part of the shaving head SK, so that a good cleaning effect is given. Therefore, it is important that the pumping circuit is not adversely affected, as could be the case with a filter element clogged by particles such as skin and hair particles or a so-called filter cake, or by a pump or feeder that is too weak.
  • the cleaning device RV comprises support elements 16 for the shaving head SK and an overflow device 17.
  • the filter element F has such large pores that a portion of the particles penetrate the filter element F depending on their size. Otherwise, the small particles could clog a filter element, which is designed as a fine filter fabric, after only about 15 cleaning cycles, such that the level in the cleaning tub 8 would drop. That that the inflow of the cleaning liquid through the supply pipe 7 could not compensate for the outflow into the liquid discharge 9.
  • the inventive measure, the cleaning quality of the cleaning device RV is independent of skin and hair type and shaving habits.
  • FIGS. 2 to 4 show the cleaning liquid container 3 in a preferred embodiment.
  • Fig. 2 shows a view of an upper housing wall 23 of a housing 20 of the cleaning liquid container 3.
  • an inlet opening 15 and an outlet opening 14 are preferably provided adjacent to each other.
  • a filling opening 25 for filling the cleaning liquid container 3 with the cleaning liquid 11 is provided with a closure closed inlet opening 15 and closed outlet opening 14 in the cartridge production.
  • the filling opening 25 is formed closable with a plug.
  • a circumferentially closed, cylindrical wall 40 connects.
  • the wall 40 extends almost to a, in particular structured, bottom, as in Fig. 4 can be seen. Close to the floor closes to the wall 40 an open, preferably not provided with a filter area. However, this area can also be provided with a fastening structure for a fabric filter (eg a filter housing). The fabric filter is not used. Thus, manufacturing tools can be used from previous housings for cleaning liquid container with fabric-like filter elements on. By the filter arrangement described below, the area below the cylindrical wall 40 and the conveyor 6 is kept free of solid deposits.
  • a foam part ST which represents the filter element F.
  • the cleaning liquid 11 flows from the inlet opening 15 on a wall element 30 (FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 ) past, through the foam part ST or the filter element F (see arrow SR) and again past the wall element 30 and back to the outlet opening 14. This extended route favors the sedimentation.
  • the foam part ST has such pores that small particles, in particular skin particles, which are to be found in the so-called beard dust, flow through the foam part ST with the cleaning liquid 11.
  • small particles in particular skin particles, which are to be found in the so-called beard dust
  • the spatial filter structure in which the three-dimensional pores spread like sponges in several directions, these small particles are greatly slowed down, which is very beneficial in combination with a sedimentation path described later.
  • the foam part ST has such dimensioned pores that particles smaller than 0.1 mm, in particular the skin particles, can penetrate it. So it can not be clogged by this.
  • foam part ST is preferably formed as a block-shaped, in particular cuboidal part and is integrated in the interior 10 of the housing 20.
  • the foam part ST has a greater length than its height and width determining the flow cross-section.
  • the filter path is increased, which on the one hand reduces the particle velocity and simplifies its fixing within the housing 20. It can be fixed flat in the floor area.
  • the foam part ST is about one-third as long as an adjacent transverse side or a transverse wall 26 of the housing 20.
  • Its width is for example about half as large as its length and its height, for example, half as large as its width.
  • the pore size is about 1 to 3 mm, in particular 1.65 to 2.15 mm.
  • the pore shape is irregular.
  • the pores are for example such as those of a common household sponge.
  • the filter element preferably has a gross weight of about 20-30, in particular 23-27 kg / m 3 and is alcohol resistant.
  • the number of cells is advantageously about 20-35 ppi.
  • the foam part ST can easily be cut to length from a foam strip of a roll or be cut out of a foam mat and thus manufactured inexpensively.
  • a sedimentation section for depositing the particles from the cleaning fluid 11 is formed in the interior of the cleaning fluid container 3.
  • the foam part ST is preferably located on or within this sedimentation section and divides these into two parts.
  • the deposit within the two track parts is different. In particular, most of the solids settle in the first stretch while the suspended particles continue to flow.
  • the sedimentation path is approximately U-shaped and preferably runs around the wall element 30, which divides the cleaning liquid container 3 into two chambers 50, 51.
  • the foam part ST is fixed in particular in the transition region between the first chamber 50 assigned to the inlet opening 15 and the second chamber 51 assigned to the outlet opening 14.
  • the first chamber 50 serves as an inflow space, while the second chamber 51 serves as a suction space.
  • In about the foam part ST is arranged at half sedimentation.
  • the wall element 30 terminates at a predetermined distance from the filter-side transverse wall 26 of the housing, the foam part ST being arranged in an opening 39 formed by the wall element 30 and the transverse wall 26, preferably being clamped there.
  • the wall element 30 may be part of a housing pot 22 of the housing 20.
  • the foam part ST closes the opening 39 preferably completely to all sides.
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate on longitudinal walls 27, 28 of the housing 20 inwardly directed ribs 31 and / or on a housing bottom wall 21 of the housing 20 rib and / or honeycomb structures 32, 33, 36 integrally formed.
  • the particles are separated almost completely by sedimentation. Only a very small part of the solids, especially the larger particles, settle on the foam part ST.
  • the cleaning liquid container 3 may further be equipped with a level indicator.
  • the invention is not limited to the described embodiment, but can also be used for other cleaning liquid containers.
  • the wall element 30 may be formed as an overflow.
  • additional filters may readily be present which have a different pore property from this description. The additional filters may act in combination with the filter element of the invention.
  • the invention also includes a filter element F which does not completely close the opening 39 in height, so that the filter element F is e.g. forms an overflow. Large, heavy particles will be caught at the latest on the filter element F and light, floating particles can be carried away via the filter element through the partially flowing over the filter element F flow. This variant further reduces the flow resistance.
