- Procédé de production d'un emballage qui comporte une étiquette (10) encollée qui a une surface encollée et une surface d'impression, qui est en contact avec un support (12) d'étiquette par sa surface encollée et dans laquelle est découpée à l'avance une fenêtre, ainsi qu'un blister (30) ayant un godet (32) et un bord (34) comprenant les stades dans lesquels- on retire le support (12) d'étiquette de l'étiquette (10) encollée,- on ménage la fenêtre découpée à l'avance dans l'étiquette (10) encollée,- on insère le blister (30) à partir de la surface encollée avec le godet (32) dans la fenêtre de l'étiquette (10) encollée de manière à ce que le bord (34) du blister (30) vienne sur la surface encollée,- on met une marchandise à emballer dans le godet (32), et- on plie l'étiquette (10) encollée en direction de la surface encollée le long d'une ligne (18) de pliage subdivisant l'étiquette en un recto (24) et en un verso (36) de manière à ce que la surface encollée du recto (24) et la surface encollée du verso (26) viennent l'une sur l'autre au moins par endroit,caractérisé en ce qu'une excroissance (16) de l'étiquette (10) encollée correspondant à la fenêtre est immobilisée par sa surface encollée sur la surface encollée de la face opposée à l'état plié de l'étiquette (10) encollée de manière à ce que l'excroissance (16) vienne à recouvrement avec la fenêtre de l'étiquette (10) encollée pliée.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins pour la réalisation des stades d'insertion du blister (30), d'immobilisation de l'excroissance (16) et de pliage de l'étiquette (10) encollée, on introduit l'étiquette (10) encollée dans un dispositif de montage.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 16 ou 17, caractérisé par les stades de procédé effectués au préalable- on imprime la surface d'impression de l'étiquette (10) encollée en contact par sa surface encollée avec un support (12) d'étiquette,- on découpe à l'avance une fenêtre dans l'étiquette (10) encollée, et- on ménage un point destiné à se rompre.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 18,
caractérisé en ce que l'on découpe à l'avance une fenêtre à la fois sur le recto (24) et sur le verso (26) de l'étiquette (10) encollée. - Procédé suivant la revendication 19,
caractérisé en ce l'on insère respectivement un blister (30) correspondant à la fois dans la fenêtre sur le recto (24) et dans la fenêtre sur le verso (28) de l'étiquette (10).
