Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Effektverpackung für ein Kosmetikum, insbesondere eine Mascara-Einheit, umfassend einen Behälter für das Kosmetikum und eine den Behälter umgebende, transparente Hülle, wobei Behälter und Hülle wenigstens teilweise voneinander beabstandet sind.
  • Solche Verpackungen werden insbesondere aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Durch die transparente äußere Hülle in Verbindung mit dem inneren Behälter wird der optische Eindruck eines besonders dickwandigen Glasbehälters erweckt, der entsprechend einem gegebenenfalls unterschiedlichen Abstand zwischen innerem Behälter und äußerer Hülle unterschiedliche Wandstärken aufzuweisen scheint, wodurch ein hochwertiger optischer Eindruck entsteht.
  • Herkömmlicherweise ist die Herstellung solcher Verpackungen aufwändig und teuer, z.B. eine Herstellung durch Spritzgießen, ein sogenanntes Einlegeverfahren, wo der Behälter geblasen wird, in eine Form eingelegt und umspritzt wird, oder die Herstellung einer durch Ultraschallschweißen geschaffenen Verbindung.
  • Die DE 74 33 846 U betrifft eine doppelwandige Kosmetikeinheit mit einer Innenhülse für das Kosmetikum und einer die Innenhülse umgebenden Außenhülse, wobei beide Hülsen wenigstens teilweise voneinander beabstandet sind und wobei am Boden der Außenhülse eine mit dem Boden der Innenhülse zusammenwirkende Zentriereinrichtung vorgesehen ist. Letztere ist so ausgestaltet, dass ein am Boden der Innenhülse angeformter Zapfen durch eine Durchgangsbohrung im Boden der Außenhülse hindurchgesteckt wird und im durchgesteckten Zustand einrastet.
  • Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackungseinheit der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die schnell und kostengünstig herstellbar ist und im fertigen Zustand ein attraktives Erscheinungsbild bietet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass am Boden der äußeren Hülle eine mit dem Boden des Behälters zusammenwirkende Zentriereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, und dass Behälter und äußere Hülle durch das Zusammenwirken einer Rastnut und eines Rastwulstes durch eine axiale Relativ-Bewegung ineinander verrastbar sind. Durch die axiale Bewegung wird auch die Zentriereinrichtung in Eingriff gebracht.
  • Mit Vorteil ist weiterhin vorgesehen, dass wenigstens eine axiale Nut und ein in die Nut eingreifender Vorsprung am Behälter bzw. an der Hülle vorgesehen sind, die eine drehfeste Verbindung gewährleisten.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung können Behälter und Hülle jeweils gesondert kostengünstig hergestellt werden und zur Schaffung der Verpackung durch eine einfache axiale Bewegung manuell oder maschinell miteinander verbunden werden. Aufgrund der selbsttätig erfolgenden Zentrierung wird ein genau definierter Abstand zwischen Hülle und Behälter eingestellt und dauerhaft eingehalten, so dass auch dort, wo ein nur sehr geringer Abstand vorgesehen ist, die Innenwand der Hülle nicht an der Außenwand des Behälters anliegt und dementsprechend der angestrebte optische Effekt nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Zentriereinrichtung durch einen Zapfen an der Innenseite des Bodens der Hülle gebildet wird, der in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung am Boden des Behälters eingreift.
  • Günstigerweise ist der Zapfen hohl ausgebildet und mit längs verlaufenden Schlitzen versehen, um eine haltbarere, definierte Verbindung herzustellen.
  • Zur Erleichterung des Eingriffs des Zapfens in der Ausnehmung kann der Zapfen an der Oberseite konisch bzw. abgerundet verjüngt ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Hülle ist vorzugsweise einstückig. Sie kann auch aus Glas hergestellt sein. Der Luftspalt zwischen Hülle und Behälter beträgt vorzugsweise minimal 0,1 mm. Die Hülle kann eine Wanddicke zwischen 0,3 und 10 mm aufweisen. Der Behälter kann transparent oder eingefärbt sein. Er kann bedruckt, geprägt oder metallisiert sein. Die Hülle kann ebenfalls, zumindest teilweise, metallisiert sein. Das Füllvolumen des Behälters kann zwischen 1 und 30 ml liegen.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

    einen Längsschnitt durch eine vollständige erfindungsgemäße Kosmetikverpackung in Form einer Mascara-Einheit,
    Fig. 2
    einen Längsschnitt durch Behälter und Hülle mit vergrößert dargestellten Verbindungsbereichen und
    Fig. 3
    einen Fig. 2 entsprechenden Längsschnitt, um 90° gedreht, mit einem ebenfalls vergrößert dargestellten Verbindungsbereich.
  • Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel wird die erfindungsgemäße Kosmetikverpackung anhand einer Mascara-Einheit 1 erläutert. Das erfindungsgemäße Konzept kann aber in gleicher Weise z.B. für Lippen- oder Nagelkosmetika oder andere Produkte verwendet werden, bei welchen es auf eine hochwertige Anmutung der Verpackung ankommt.
  • Die Mascara-Einheit 1 umfasst einen inneren Behälter 2 für Mascaraflüssigkeit und eine äußere Hülle 3, welche beide aus Kunststoff bestehen. Die äußere Hülle 3 ist transparent. Der Behälter 2 kann transparent sein, was aber nicht zwingend erforderlich ist.
  • An der Oberseite des Behälters 2 ist ein Hals 3' mit verjüngtem Durch-schnitt und einem Außengewinde 4 ausgebildet, auf welches das Innengewinde 5 einer Verschlusskappe 6 aufschraubbar ist.
  • In den Hals 3' ist eine Abstreifeinrichtung 7 eingesetzt, die die Stirnseite 8 des Halses 3' mit einem als Dichtung dienenden Kragen 9 übergreift.
  • In die Schraubkappe 6 ist über eine Ringwulst 10 an der Innenseite der Schraubkappe 6 und eine korrespondierende Nut 11 eines Applikatorträgers 12 ein Stiel 12' eingesetzt, an dessen freiem unteren Ende ein Applikator 13 angeordnet ist, der beim Abschrauben der Verschlusskappe 6 und Herausziehen mittels der Abstreifeinrichtung 7 abgestreift wird.
  • Aus Fig. 2 ist erkennbar, dass am Boden 14 des Behälters 3 einstückig mit diesem ein Zapfen 15 angeordnet ist, der einen nach oben offenen Hohlraum 16 aufweist, der in Verbindung mit nicht dargestellten Schlitzen ein elastisches Nachgeben ermöglicht. Das obere Ende 17 des Zapfens 15 ist konisch ausgebildet.
  • Am Boden 18 des Behälters 2 ist einstückig mit diesem eine Ausnehmung 19 ausgebildet, deren Innendurchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Zapfens 15 entspricht bzw. ein geringfügiges Untermaß diesem gegenüber aufweist.
  • An der Oberseite des Behälters 2 unterhalb des Halses 3' sind zwei einander gegenüberliegende, sich axial erstreckende, seitlich vorspringende Ansätze 20 vorgesehen, die in korrespondierende, schlitzartige Ausnehmungen 21 an der Innenseite der Hülle 3 eingreifen und auf diese Weise eine Drehsicherung zwischen Hülle 3 und Behälter 2 gewährleisten.
  • Aus Fig. 3 ist erkennbar, dass ebenfalls im Bereich unterhalb des Halses 3' der Behälter eine Nut bzw. Vertiefung 22 aufweist, in die ein Vorsprung 23 des Behälters eingreift und so eine axiale Verbindung und Festlegung ermöglicht.
  • Bei der Herstellung werden Behälter 2 und Hülle 3 unabhängig voneinander produziert. Es wird dann der Behälter 2 in axialer Richtung von oben in die Hülle 3 eingeführt, bis die Zentriereinrichtung in Form des Zapfens 15 in die Ausnehmung 19 eingreift, so dass eine Zentrierung des Behälters 2 relativ zur Hülle 3 gegeben ist, wobei gleichzeitig seitliche Vorsprünge 20 in die schlitzartigen Ausnehmungen 21 eingreifen und die Verbindung drehfest machen, und wobei weiterhin die Vorsprünge 23 in die Ausnehmungen 22 einrasten und hierdurch eine axiale Festlegung ermöglichen.

Claims (10)

  1. Effektverpackung für ein Kosmetikum, insbesondere Mascara-Einheit, umfassend einen Behälter (2) für das Kosmetikum und eine den Behälter (2) umgebende Hülle (3), wobei Behälter (2) und Hülle (3) wenigstens teilweise voneinander beabstandet sind und am Boden (14) der äußeren Hülle (3) eine mit dem Boden (18) des Behälters (2) zusammenwirkende Zentriereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Hülle (3) transparent ist, dass zwischen Behälter (2) und Hülle (3) ein genau definierter Abstand mit einem Luftspalt von minimal 0,1 mm eingestellt ist und dass Behälter (2) und äußere Hülle (3) durch das Zusammenwirken einer Rastnut (22) und eines Rastwulstes (23) an der Oberseite des Behälters (2) durch eine axiale Relativbewegung ineinander verrastbar sind.
  2. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentriereinrichtung durch einen Zapfen (15) an der Innenseite des Bodens (14) der Hülle (3) gebildet wird, der in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (19) am Boden (18) des Behälters (2) eingreift.
  3. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (15) hohl ausgebildet und mit längs verlaufenden Schlitzen versehen ist.
  4. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (15) an der Oberseite konisch bzw. abgerundet verjüngt ausgebildet ist.
  5. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (3) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  6. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (3) aus Glas besteht.
  7. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (3) eine Wandstärke zwischen 0,3 und 10 mm aufweist.
  8. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) transparent oder eingefärbt ist.
  9. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) bedruckt, geprägt oder metallisiert ist.
  10. Effektverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (3) wenigstens teilweise metallisiert ist.
