Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour la commande d'un dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) dans un métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) englobant le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) et un dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) du type à enroulement de fil de trame possédant une broche de retenue rétractable (8), le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) étant disposé entre le dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) et une buse principale (10) pour l'insertion du fil de trame et exerçant une force de freinage sur un fil de trame (4) tiré hors du dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5), dans lequel, dans un processus d'insertion de fil de trame, la broche de retenue (8) se rétracte pour libérer le fil de trame (4) stocké dans le dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) à l'état enroulé, le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) exerce sa force de freinage sur le fil de trame (4) à un moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) tandis que le fil de trame libéré (5) est inséré dans une foule (17) entre des fils de chaîne (16) via un jet émis par la buse principale (10), et la broche de retenue (8) fait saillie pour arrêter le fil de trame (4) et mettre ainsi fin au processus d'insertion de fil de trame, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que :
    une longueur restante (L1) d'insertion de film de trame, jusqu'à une position finale d'arrivée du fil de trame au moment où démarre le freinage, est entrée à l'avance dans le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) sous la forme d'une valeur d'entrée, et le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) sur base de la longueur restante d'insertion de fil de trame entrée (L1) et exerce sa force de freinage sur le fil de trame (4) au moment choisi déterminé pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3), tandis que le métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) est en état de marche.
  2. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) à utiliser dans un métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) englobant le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) et un dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) du type à enroulement de fil de trame possédant une broche de retenue rétractable (8), le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) étant disposé entre le dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) et une buse principale (10) pour l'insertion du fil de trame et exerçant une force de freinage sur un fil de trame (4) tiré hors du dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5), dans lequel, dans le processus d'insertion de fil de trame, la broche de retenue (8) se rétracte pour libérer le fil de trame (4) stocké dans le dispositif de mesure et de stockage de fil de trame (5) à l'état enroulé, le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) exerce sa force de freinage sur le fil de trame (4) à un moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) tandis que le fil de trame libéré (5) est inséré dans une foule (17) entre des fils de chaîne (16) via un jet émis par la buse principale (10), et la broche de retenue (8) fait saillie pour arrêter le fil de trame (4) et mettre ainsi fin au processus d'insertion de fil de trame, le dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :
    un dispositif de réglage (31) pour entrer une longueur restante d'insertion de fil de trame (L1) à une position finale d'arrivée du fil de trame au moment auquel commence le freinage, sous la forme d'une valeur d'entrée ;
    un dispositif (50) qui détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage pour déterminer le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) sur base de la longueur restante d'insertion du fil de trame (L1) entrée par le dispositif de réglage (31) ; et
    un moyen de commande (49, 56, 57) pour exercer la force de freinage sur le fil de trame (4) au moment déterminé choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) tandis que le métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) est en état de marche.
  3. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la position finale d'arrivée du fil de trame est réglée à une position située entre une position de lisière du côté aval dans une direction d'insertion du fil de trame et une position terminale finale d'arrivée du fil de trame, et dans lequel la longueur restante d'insertion du fil de trame (L1) entrée par le dispositif de réglage (31) est réglée à une distance entre l'extrémité frontale du fil de trame (4) et la position finale d'arrivée du fil de trame au moment où le freinage démarre.
  4. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la position finale d'arrivée du fil de trame est réglée à une position terminale finale d'arrivée du fil de trame, et dans lequel la longueur restante d'insertion du fil de trame (L1) entrée par le dispositif de réglage (31) est réglée à une longueur de libération restante du dispositif de mesure et de stockage du fil de trame (5) au moment où le freinage démarre.
  5. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel la longueur restante d'insertion du fil de trame (L1) entrée par le dispositif de réglage (31) est réglée soit à une longueur réelle, soit à un pourcentage d'une longueur de libération de fil de trame pour chaque duite d'insertion de fil de trame.
  6. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, dans lequel le dispositif (50) qui détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) par calcul en se basant sur une formule englobant une vitesse d'insertion du fil de trame (4) dans un laps de temps d'insertion de fil de trame, une valeur (L0) concernant une longueur d'insertion de fil de trame pour chaque duite et la longueur restante d'insertion du fil de trame (L1).
  7. Dispositif de freinage de fil de trame (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, dans lequel le dispositif (50) qui détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage englobe une unité de mémoire (60) dans laquelle est stockée une base de données englobant le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) par rapport à des conditions de réglage du métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) et par rapport à la longueur restante d'insertion de fil de trame (L1), et dans lequel le dispositif (50) qui détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage détermine le moment choisi pour le démarrage du freinage (t3, θ3) de manière correspondante aux conditions de réglage du métier à tisser du type à jet de fluide (1) et à la longueur restante d'insertion de fil de trame (L1) en effectuant une recherche dans l'unité de mémoire (60).
