Definitions

  • the invention relates to a thread guide for the separation of jointly supplied individual threads prior to the twisting out of a multiple thread according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a so-called Mouliné yarn guide which separates the twisted individual filaments arranged in parallel prior to entry into the spindle hollow axis during the twisting out of the multiple threads.
  • the thread guide of the individual threads through the Mouliné yarn guide is angular symmetry with respect to the spindle hollow axis arranged such that there is a same thread length during thread passage. After passing through the eyes of the Mouline yarn guide, the individual threads come together again in a symmetrical arrangement.
  • the twisting is usually done by the double-wire principle, that is, by the rotation of the spindle, the thread rotation comes in the thread. This twisting is formed in the so-called Kordiertician.
  • Mouliné yarn guides are used in the production of so-called Mouliné yarns.
  • Mouliné yarns are yarns that have been twisted together from several, preferably three, for example, dyed in different colors single yarns. With Mouline yarns even smallest deviations in the regularity of the structure can Cause differences in the color effect of the finished yarn, which can be so strong that the yarn becomes unusable. Such irregularities occur, for example, when the thread tension in the individual colors is different when meeting at Kordierddling.
  • the DE-OS 1 760 511 describes the production of muline carpet yarns.
  • the feeding of the threads to the twisting spindle takes place in the DE-OS 1 760 511 over a so-called Kordiervieleck.
  • Kordiervieleck This is made up of a collection thread guide and thread guide eyelets.
  • the yarn guide eyelets correspond in number to the number of threads supplied and form the base of the Kordiervielecks.
  • a collecting yarn guide is arranged exactly perpendicular to the center of the base formed by the yarn guide eyelets, while the Kordiervieleck is aligned over a balloon yarn guide that this is exactly vertical below the center of the formed by the yarn guide eyelets base of Kordiervielecks.
  • the running through the merge threads form the edges of an equilateral pyramid.
  • the DE-OS 1 760 511 describes Mouliné yarns made up of two, three or four monofilaments. If, for example, a Mouliné yarn of three individual threads is to be used to form a Mouliné yarn of two or four individual threads on the same machine, the number of thread guide eyelets must be adapted. This can be done by replacing the yarn guide element previously used against another yarn guide element, which is the number of individual filaments carries corresponding number of axially symmetrical yarn guide eyelets. In addition to the cost of replacement with disassembly and reassembly again a time-consuming Einjustieren the position of the thread guide element must be made. The manual effort is in each case carried out on a twisting machines usual variety of twisting.
  • the DE 25 44 644 A1 describes a yarn guide for the production of cord twisting, using a Moulinefadencomposings, consisting of a substantially horizontally disposed plate with two or more symmetrically arranged guide eyelets for the separate guidance of the twisting threads that converge below the plate at an acute angle at a junction, wherein on the underside of the plate between the guide eyes and symmetrically to them a separating body is arranged, whose surface (s) converging towards the junction are spaced apart from the converging threads during twisting.
  • a replacement and a readjustment of the thread guide all the cases is not required in a conversion of the number of monofilaments, in which the thread guide includes a matching in the number further group. Only the individual threads have to be assigned to the respective group of thread guide eyelets, the feeding of the individual threads to the correct group being supported. The insertion of the threads can be carried out faster through the slotted yarn guide eyelets.
  • the danger of slotted, so-called open Fadenolitary notion is to slip when occupying the Fadenleague Kunststoff easily past a slot and occupy a Faden technicallymaschine that belongs to another group, is due to the inventive design of the thread guide and the distinguishing features between At least greatly reduced the groups.
  • a thread remains after both thread guide eyes of the first group are already covered with a thread.
  • the opposite case remains after inserting the first number of individual threads, for example, two individual threads, in the thread guide eyelets of the example according to the example of three eyelets second group after the receipt of two thread guide eyelets, the third thread guide eyelet empty. Wrong assignment of yarn guide eyelets is not only prevented by the different Zu110art, but the security against confusion is increased by the conspicuous remaining or absence of a thread when placed in a wrong group.
  • Open eyelets make it possible to quickly and easily insert the threads without having to use an additional threading aid, such as a threading wire.
  • the threads can be inserted by a lateral slot of the thread guide eye by hand.
  • Open yarn guide eyelets with labyrinth-shaped slots according to claim 5 preclude unwanted unthreading of the threads running through the yarn guide eyelets during production.
  • Mouliné yarn is preferably produced from three monofilaments, often also from two monofilaments. If the first group comprises two and the second group three eyelet eyelets, the time and costs involved can be saved in the case of the corresponding changes that are usually the most common. However, if Mouliné yarn is often formed from four yarns in addition to the preferred embodiment of three yarns, the first group may also comprise three yarns and the second group suitably four yarn guide eyelets.
  • Fig. 1 the production of a Mouliné yarn 1 is shown by twisting two twisted monofilaments 2, 3, which are fed as a plied yarn 4 in the direction of the arrow 5.
  • the folded yarn 4 passes through a pair of rollers 6 and is subjected by means of the deflection roller 7 a change in direction down.
  • the folded yarn 4 is divided into its two until then parallel individual threads 2, 3 and the monofilament 2 through the thread guide eyelet 8 and the monofilament 3 through the thread guide eyelet 9.
  • the point at which the individual threads 2, 3 separate from each other, is exactly in the extension of the spindle hollow shaft 10 arranged below, in the Fig.
  • the yarn guide eyelets 8, 9 are arranged diametrically at the same distance and thus axially symmetrical to the spindle hollow shaft 10 on the yarn guide 11 and form a first group. Seen in the yarn path behind the yarn guide 11, the two meet Individual threads 2, 3 together again. They are twisted together in Kordierddling 12 and deducted to the spindle in the direction of arrow 13. The twisting takes place according to the known double-wire principle.
  • Fig. 2 also represents the production of a Mouliné yarn 14, but unlike the Fig. 1 by twisting three twisted monofilaments 15, 16, 17.
  • the monofilaments 15, 16, 17 are also used as a plied yarn 18 of the same device as described in US Pat Fig. 1 is shown supplied. Accordingly, the folded yarn 18 passes through the pair of rollers 6 and is then deflected by means of the deflection roller 7 downwards. After the deflection roller 7, the individual threads 15, 16, 17 continue to run apart from each other.
  • the monofilament 15 is guided by the yarn guide eye 19, the monofilament 16 through the yarn guide eye 20 and the monofilament 17 through the yarn guide eye 21.
  • the yarn guide eyelets 19, 20, 21 are arranged axially symmetrical to the spindle hollow shaft 10 and form a second group on the yarn guide 11.
  • the three filaments 15, 16, 17 together again are twisted together in the cord point 22 and in the direction deducted from the arrow 13.
  • the thread rotation is introduced by the rotation of the spindle in the thread. This twisting is formed in Kordiertician 22nd
  • Fig. 3 the thread guide 11 is shown in plan view.
  • the base plate 23 of the yarn guide 11 are five yarn guide eyelets 8, 9; 19, 20, 21 are arranged, which all have the same distance from the spindle hollow shaft 10.
  • a first group is formed by the thread guide eyelets 8, 9.
  • the yarn guide eyes 8, 9 are in the embodiment of Fig. 3 occupied by the monofilaments 2, 3.
  • the yarn guide eyes 19, 20, 21 form a second group, which in the Fig. 3 not occupied by threads.
  • the base plate 23 has a Zuriosweg 24 to Einfädelkontur 25.
  • the yarn guide eyelet 8 is accessible via the feed path 26 and the yarn guide eyelet 9 via the Zugarweg 27.
  • the individual threads 2, 3 are guided by hand through the common feed path 24 to the threading contour 25 and separated there from each other.
  • the monofilament 2 is then passed through the Zuglassweg 26 and the slot 28 and placed in the yarn guide eyelet 8.
  • the monofilament 3 is guided by the Zu216weg 27 and the slot 29 and placed in the yarn guide eyelet 9.
  • the slots 28, 29 of the yarn guide eyelets 8, 9 are formed as well as the yarn guide eyes 19, 20, 21 labyrinth-shaped.
  • FIG. 4 shows the Fig. 4 the thread guide eyelet 8 in the removed state.
  • the slot 28 extends at an angle to the axis of rotation 30 of the thread guide eyelet 8 that a running in the direction of the axis of rotation 30 thread is prevented even at unthreading when it rests in the region of the slot 28 on the inside of the thread guide eye 8.
  • the embodiment of the Fig. 4 a particularly simple and inexpensive design, which is also easy to assemble, is the in Fig. 5 illustrated Faden researchingmaschine 31 designed more expensive in relation to the labyrinth shape. With the more elaborate design increased security against unthreading is to be achieved.
  • Fig. 6 are the thread guide eyelets 19, 20, 21 of the thread guide 11 through the monofilaments 15, 16, 17 busy.
  • the yarn guide eyelets 19, 20, 21 are arranged concentrically uniformly distributed around the spindle hollow axis 10.
  • Fig. 6 indicates the angle ⁇ , the position of the yarn guide eyes 19, 20, 21 to each other.
  • the angle ⁇ is 120 °.
  • the insertion of the individual threads 15, 16 and 17 takes place in each case from the outer edge 32 of the base plate 23 directly into the lateral slot of an empty thread guide eye 19, 20, 21.
  • the yarn guide eyelets 8, 9 of the first group have a different color than the yarn guide eyes 19, 20, 21 of the second group.
