Definitions

  • the invention is in the field of textile technology and relates to a method and a device according to the preamble of the two independent Claims.
  • the inventive method and The device can be made up of bundles of endless synthetic fibrils untwisted yarns are made so that the mutual arrangement of the individual bundles of fibrils is constant.
  • Two or more bundles of endless, synthetic fibrils are made continuously processed into untwisted yarns by moving between the process steps spinning and stretching or between the Stretching and texturing (for example gas dynamic compression crimping process) merged and possibly active, for example by they pass through an air jet, get mixed up. If when merging and no special precautions are taken when mixing, is the relative arrangement of the untwisted yarn produced original individual fibril bundle randomly and it changes with a random frequency, which also depends on its mean the environmental conditions during manufacture and manufacturing parameters such as thread tension when merging or mixing. For yarns made from identical bundles of fibrils the relative arrangement of these bundles is irrelevant, such a method is absolutely suitable for their production is. This is not the case for yarns that are made of different colors or there are different colorable bundles.
  • Stretching and texturing for example gas dynamic compression crimping process
  • a method is known from US Pat. No. 4,025,595 with which at least two different fibril bundles are brought together to form a yarn, which, for example, has a low or a high color contrast or has other different properties.
  • the characteristics of the Yarns arise from the different properties of the fibril bundle, which can have different cross-sections, for example, or can consist of different polymer materials or which with the same material have different gloss reducers or different ones Dyeability, color or shade can have.
  • the individual fibril bundles are swirled after spinning, i.e. at intervals the fibrils of the bundles of fibrils are brought together to narrow points, to bring together the individual fibrils of each bundle of fibrils to obtain.
  • the bundles of fibrils are then stretched to a specified area with a number of compaction points per meter Obtain yarn length.
  • the fibril bundles again swirled together to connect or cross in places to reach the bundle of fibrils with each other and thereby create a yarn with a contrast that corresponds to the number of connections the fibril bundle with each other from a strong to one weak contrast can suffice.
  • the object of the invention is to specify a method and to create a device for the production of yarns from which Products with such special, new color effects are made can.
  • At least two bundles of endless synthetic fibrils should be to be put together into an untwisted yarn so that the mutual The arrangement of the individual fibril bundles is always the same. Of the Degree of mutual mixing in the border zones between the individual bundles of fibrils should be controllable and reproducible.
  • the procedure is said to be using conventional continuous process to manufacture synthetic Yarns can be combined so that the individual bundles of fibrils do not have to be wound up on spools.
  • the device is said to modular in existing devices for the continuous production of untwisted yarns can be installed.
  • FIG 1 shows the schematic sequence of the manufacturing process for untwisted yarns.
  • the main process steps are spiders 11, lines 12 and texturing 13, which are shown in the figure as solid, large boxes.
  • the intermediate process steps are shown as small boxes (broken lines), above the main process steps for the standard process according to the prior art and below the main process steps for four process variants according to the invention.
  • the from the Fibril bundles emerging from spinnerets in a process step 14.1 broadened to a fibril band in which the fibrils more or less next to each other, and oiled in this form.
  • the fibril band is removed from the oiling led a single-groove convergence thread guide (method step 17), the original bundles of fibrils brought together into a thread become and lose their identity.
  • Another oiling follows 14.2. The bundles of fibrils, which are oiled twice and merged fed into the route in this form. It is obvious that with one such procedures not only the mutual arrangement of the individual Bundle, but even the individual fibrils when entering the Stretch is purely random and that it happens at purely random intervals can change.
  • Variant I of the method according to the invention sees between spinning and stretching more intermediate steps, all on top of it are aligned, the mutual position of the fibril bundle and the mutual Mixing of the fibrils of the individual fibril bundles constant hold so that the combined bundle fed to the route is not a mixture of the original individual bundles, but absolutely bundled individual bundles, their fibrils in the border zones are not mixed or are mixed in a reproducible manner.
  • the first intermediate step 14.1 of this method variant according to the invention is a reshaping of the fibril bundle as with the standard procedure in fibril bands and an oiling.
  • By an appropriate Ribbon guidance and a wide oiling area ensures that the individual ribbons run separately next to each other.
  • On the oiling 14.1 is followed by a separation step 15.1, in which the tapes are individually so are guided over separating pins so that they are widened again into ribbons be compared to the tapes in oiling step 14.1 are rotated by 90 °.
  • a second oiling 14.2 with an oiling surface, which is perpendicular to the oiling surface for the oiling 14.1 follows the Separation 15.1.
  • the separate fibril bundles prepared in this way are now passed through a false twist stage 16.
  • the false twist step 16 follows a merging step 17 in which the hitherto separately fibril bundles converge in a groove of a thread guide.
  • the thread guide which brings together the individual tapes is arranged and its groove created so that the ribbon in a constant manner and Way to lie next to each other.
  • the material is the process step 12, fed to the stretch.
  • Variant I of the method according to the invention produces a yarn this is due to minimal mixing of the fibrils of the individual Bundles in their contact zones. This will make it more likely produces clear color effects, and finished products made from such yarns with high color contrast between the individual bundles perceived as effectively multicolored. Should be for softer color effects a mixing of the fibrils in the marginal zones of the individual. bundles can be admitted by lesser ones Airflow for the positive-locking false twist device be effected, or, as the process variant II shows, by complete Omit this facility. The effect of sharp color separation can can also be increased by the individual after the merge Bundles are separated again in further separation steps 15.2 before stretching step 12 and / or 15.3 between stretching 12 and texturing 13. Such process variants are shown as variants III and IV in FIG. 1 shown.
  • FIG. 2 shows a comparison of an embodiment variant of the device according to the invention for carrying out method variant I (FIGS. 2a and 2b) and the standard device for carrying out the standard method (FIGS. 2c and 2d).
  • a variant for three bundles of fibrils is shown. This can be modified analogously for only two or for more than three fibril bundles. It is also possible to repeat the two arrangements shown with respect to the dash-dotted line. With such arrangements, two yarns can then be produced from two or more bundles of fibrils.
  • 2a and 2c are seen from a viewing direction perpendicular to the line in which the spinnerets are arranged, hereinafter referred to as nozzle line, FIGS. 2b and 2d from a viewing direction parallel to the nozzle line.
  • the fibril bundles a, b and c emerge from corresponding spinnerets that are arranged in a line.
  • the nozzle line is for the figures 2a and c in the paper plane, for Figures 2b and d perpendicular to the paper plane.
  • the fibril bundles first run over an oiling head 21 and a thread guide 22 which follows shortly thereafter and consists of a Ceramic pen. By running the bundle over the oiling head 21 and the thread guide 22, the bundles are widened into ribbons, in where the fibrils run more or less side by side.
  • the oiling head 21 and the thread guide 22 parallel to the nozzle line and the oiling width is so large (e.g.
  • the oiler 25 is followed by the False twist device, in more detail in connection with FIG. 3 to be received.
  • the bundles of fibrils pass separately through eyelets the false twist device. You get through the air vortex in the eyelets a rotation against the spinnerets from the separating rollers 24 or is stopped by the separating pins 23.
  • the twisted positively Bundles run side by side between a pair of centering pins 27 and via a further separating pin 28 which is in the direction against the Stretch zone acts as a swirl stop.
  • a thread cutter with suction follows 29.
  • the effective merging follows the individual bundles in a groove of a thread guide 31.
  • the exact shape of the thread guide 31 is related with Fig 4 in more detail. From the thread guide 31 is the originally three fibril bundles combined thread over corresponding Roll arrangements led to the stretching zone.
  • the other elements of the device in the thread direction are the same as for the device for the process variant I, except that the false twist device 26 is missing and thus also the separator pin 28 that stops the false twist.
  • FIG. 3a shows a section perpendicular to the thread direction and FIG. 3b shows a corresponding section parallel to the thread direction through the false twist device 26.
  • the three fibril bundles a, b and c run from top to bottom through the three eyelets 35a / b / c.
  • the eyelets are slightly funnel-shaped at the thread inlet and thread outlet so that no sharp edge could injure the thread running through. Air is blown into each eyelet from a central air supply bore 36 through an air duct 37a / b / c running tangentially against the eyelet (FIG. 3c).
  • the thread insertion slots 38a / b / c through which the bundles of fibrils are introduced into the eyelets, also open tangentially into the eyelets, they open into the eyelets on the opposite side, so that they disturb the air vortex as little as possible.
  • the thread insertion slots 38a / b / c are widened toward the outside of the pre-entangling device so that the bundles of fibrils can be easily inserted into them.
  • the direction of the air vortex (indicated by arrows) is opposite thanks to the corresponding arrangement of the air channels 37a / b / c and the thread insertion slots 38a / b / c in adjacent eyelets.
  • the thread guide has two grooves, so that it can guide 2 yarns, combined from 3 bundles of fibrils each.
  • the grooves 31.1 and 31.2 of the thread guide 31 are relatively wide and the contact surface G to prevent the thread from diverging slightly concave (recessed), so that the individual fibril bundles come close to one another but do not lie on top of one another.
