Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von ungezwirnten Garnen aus mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Fibrillenbündeln, in welchem die Fibrillen der Fibrillenbündel nach dem Spinnen in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt derart zusammengeführt werden, dass die Fibrillen der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel weniger die Tendenz haben, sich mit den Fibrillen eines benachbarten Fibrillenbündels zu vermischen und in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt verstreckt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Fibrillenbündel in einem weiteren, dem genannten Zusammenführen der Fibrillen vorangehenden Verfahrensschritt beölt werden,und dass nach dem Strecken in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt die Fibrillenbündel texturiert werdenund dass die Fibrillenbündel durch entsprechendes Führen zwischen den Stufen des herkömmlichen Herstellungsverfahrens, Spinnen, Strecken und Texturieren so geführt werden, dass sie ihre durch die gegenseitige Lage der Spinndüsen gegebene gegenseitige Lage der Fibrillenbündel beibehalten, - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fibrillenbündel im genannten Verfahrensschritt, in welchem die Fibrillen zusammengeführt werden, eine Vorverwirbelung erfahren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fibrillenbündel im genannten Verfahrensschritt, in welchem die Fibrillen zusammengeführt werden, in einer Drallstufe einen Falsch-Drall erfahren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dabei die Fibrillenbündel einzeln durch Ösen laufen, in denen durch entsprechende Luftführung ein Luftwirbel erzeugt wird, durch welchen die Fibrillenbündel den Falsch-Drall erfahren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftwirbel für benachbarte Fibrillenbündel eine entgegengesetzte Richtung hat.
- Verfahren einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte reproduzierbare Weise der Vermischung der Fibrillen in den Grenzzonen über die Stärke und Menge des Luftstroms gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drall vor dem Strecken der Fibrillenbündel gestoppt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite Beölung (14.2) mit einer Beölungsfläche vorgesehen ist, welche zur Beölungsfläche für die erste Beölung (14.1) senkrecht steht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Beölung die Fibrillenbündel separiert nebeneinander über eine Beölungsfläche laufen, auf welcher die Fibrillenbündel zu Bändchen verbreitert und die einzelnen Bändchen separat darübergeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines ungezwirnten Garns aus mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Fibrillenbündeln (a,b,c),
welche aus Spinndüsen austreten die in einer Linie angeordnet sind und wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes umfasst:Mittel, um die Fibrillen der Fibrillenbündel nach dem Spinnen so zusammenzuführen, dass die Fibrillen der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel weniger die Tendenz haben, sich mit den Fibrillen eines benachbarten Fibrillenbündels zu vermischensowie Mittel (12) zum Strecken der Fibrillenbündel,dass zwischen den Spinndüsen und den vorgenannten Mitteln (26), welche die Fibrillen zusammenführen, ein Beölungsmittel (21,25) vorgesehen ist,auf dem die Fibrillenbündel als einzelne Bündel separiert darüber geführt werden,dass nach den Mitteln zum Strecken (12) noch Mittel zum Texturieren (13) der Fibrillenbündelsowie Führungsmittel (22,23,24,27,31) vorgesehen sind, die die Fibrillenbündel in dieser Form als nebeneinanderliegende, sich in keinem Falle überkreuzende Fibrillenbündel, deren Fibrillen in den Grenzzonen nicht oder in einer reproduzierbaren Weise vermischt sind, dem Strecken und Texturieren zugeführt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die genannten Mittel (26) um die Fibrillen in der vorgenannten Art zusammenzuführen, Ösen (35 a,b,c) sind, durch welche die Fibrillenbündel (a,b,c) durchlaufen,wobei jede Öse einen in die Öse mündenden Luftkanal (37 a,b,c) aufweist,und zwar derart, dass durch entsprechende Luftführung die einzelnen Fibrillen in der genannten Art zusammengeführt werden,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftkanal (37 a,b,c) tangential in die Öse (35 a,b,c) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Öse einen in die Öse mündenden Fadeneinführungsschlitz (38 a,b,c) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadeneinführungsschlitz (38 a,b,c) tangential in die Ösen (35 a,b,c) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftkanal (37 a,b,c) und der Fadeneinführschlitz (38 a,b,c) auf der ihnen entgegengesetzten Richtung in die Öse (35 a,b,c) münden, so dass der Luftwirbel möglichst wenig gestört wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftkanäle (37 a,b,c) und die Fadeneinführschlitze (38 a,b,c) in benachbarten Ösen (35 a,b,c) so angeordnet sind, dass die Richtung der Luftwirbel von benachbarten Ösen entgegengesetzt ist.
