- escalator is also to include moving walks and the expression level also pavement pallets.
- the steps of a conventional escalator are attached to two transport chains and together with these form an endless, revolving step band, which runs over a pair of transport sprockets at both ends of the escalator, one transport sprocket pair belonging to the drive station and driving and deflecting the step belt and the other Sprocket pair is part of a step-band diverter station.
- the individual stages of the step belt are equipped with two front and two rear guide rollers, on which the steps are guided by guide rails and curves or deflection arches, which are fastened predominantly to the supporting structure of the escalator, in a position-dependent defined position.
- a main shaft is installed at the top of the staircase.
- the main shaft is stored left and right in the truss. This storage is to be carried out as simply as possible, since a bearing damage disassembly of the main shaft must be done.
- the main shaft drives the steps or pallets, which are guided on track rails.
- the main shaft designed as a hollow shaft construction.
- the main shaft consists of a fixed axis, which is stored in the truss of the escalator. Around this axis, a rotating hollow shaft is mounted, which is connected by rolling bearings with the axis. This hollow shaft rotates and carries the step band or the pallet band.
- the axle which carries the hollow shaft is typically bolted firmly to the truss.
- the embodiment described has the disadvantage that e.g. in the case of a rolling bearing defect extensive disassembly and assembly work is required because the bearings can only be removed by longitudinal displacement to the axle end and reapply.
- the fixed axle must be removed from the truss, which is time-consuming and time-consuming, especially considering the weight of such an axle (500 kg).
- the requirement for short interruption times to remedy any type of possible defects can not be met with the previous design.
- the shaft is mounted during the installation of the escalator. Disassembly of the shaft takes place during maintenance of the escalator. Installation and maintenance are two different stages of the value chain.
- the present invention has for its object to avoid at an escalator or a moving walkway said disadvantage, ie, the replacement of a defective rolling bearing or any component in a much reduced time enable.
- the present invention is also based on the object to allow for an escalator or a moving walk a simpler and faster assembly and disassembly of the shaft, with as few components are used, resulting in a reduction of assembly costs.
- the escalator or moving walk consists of a framework, a shaft and at least one shaft bearing for supporting the shaft in the framework, wherein the shaft bearing consists of an armature disc and a cup wheel, the armature disc is firmly connected to the framework, and the cup wheel holds the shaft on the anchor plate.
- the shaft can be disassembled quickly and easily by removing the cup wheel, i. is pushed along the shaft. A quick and easy assembly operation is effected by the opposite operation.
- the cup wheel is attached terminally to the shaft. This positioning of the cup wheel allows optimum transfer of the load of the shaft to the truss of the escalator.
- a cup wheel is attached to each end of the shaft.
- the load of the shaft is thus constantly transmitted to the left and right sides of the truss in a balanced mass.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention results when the shaft is designed as a hollow shaft construction.
- the hollow shaft can be dismantled very quickly and easily under these conditions and be deducted from the fixed axis.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the armature disk is connected to the truss in a form-fitting or non-positive or cohesive manner.
- the maximum strength of the mechanical connection armature pulley truss is achieved.
- the cup wheel is configured so that it can be placed over the armature disk or placed or coated. This makes it possible to achieve an optimized mechanical adaptation between armature disk and cup wheel.
- the escalator can be mounted as claimed in the method according to claim 8.
- a shaft of an escalator or moving walk is mounted on a shaft bearing in a truss, with an anchor disc of the shaft bearing firmly the truss is connected, a cup wheel of the shaft bearing is placed on the shaft, the shaft is positioned in a defined position, the cup wheel is pushed along the shaft on the armature disk and connected to the armature disk.

Description
Fig. 1 zeigt eine generelle Anordnung einer Fahrtreppe. -
Fig. 3 zeigt den Bereich vonFig. 2 in Schnitt. -
- In
- In
- In
- In
- In
