Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une palette de transport empilable avec un dessus formant une surface porteuse (1) essentiellement plane et avec plusieurs pieds d'appui (2) disposés sur le dessous de la palette de transport, les pieds d'appui étant réalisés creux et ouverts vers le dessus, ainsi qu'avec des nervures de renforcement (4, 8, 9, 12) disposées sur le dessous, la palette de transport étant fabriquée à partir d'un mélange de matière plastique qui comprend des matières plastiques recyclées avec addition de fibres de chanvre et/ou de cellulose, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de matière plastique est divisé en portions dans une extrudeuse, liquéfié à l'état crémeux par échauffement et, au moyen de la vis transporteuse de l'extrudeuse, moulé par compression directement dans un moule fermé, où il est durci.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de matière plastique est moulé par compression dans un moule fermé réalisé sous forme de moule en aluminium, et le moule est ensuite détaché de l'extrudeuse et refroidi à l'eau aux fins de durcissement.
  3. Palette de transport empilable en matière plastique, avec un dessus formant une surface porteuse (1) essentiellement plane et avec plusieurs pieds d'appui (2) disposés sur le dessous de la palette de transport, les pieds d'appui étant réalisés creux et ouverts vers le dessus, ainsi qu'avec des nervures de renforcement (4, 8, 9, 12) disposées sur le dessous, la palette de transport étant constituée d'un mélange de matière plastique qui comprend des matières plastiques recyclées avec addition de fibres organiques, et la palette de transport étant fabriquée par le fait que le mélange de matière plastique est divisé en portions dans une extrudeuse, liquéfié à l'état crémeux par échauffement et, au moyen d'une vis transporteuse de l'extrudeuse, moulé par compression directement dans un moule fermé, où il est durci.
  4. Palette de transport selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les fibres organiques comprennent des fibres de chanvre.
  5. Palette de transport selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que les fibres organiques comprennent des fibres de cellulose.
  6. Palette de transport selon au moins une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les matières plastiques recyclées comprennent du polyéthylène et/ou du polypropylène et/ou des polycarbonates.
  7. Palette de transport selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les matières plastiques recyclées présentent en outre des corps étrangers dans une part volumique qui n'est pas supérieure à 10%.
