Claims (10)
- Industrieofen mit einer umlaufend gekrümmten, mehrschichtigen Innenwand (4), wobei zumindest ihre konvex gekrümmte Auskleidungsschicht (13) miteinander verzahnte, feuerfeste Formsteine (11) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch Formsteine (11) gebildete konvexe Auskleidungsschicht (13) in Umfangsrichtung durch mindestens einen aus feuerfesten Betonelementen (20,21; 30,31) gebildeten, eine Dehnfuge (19; 28,29) aufweisenden Ausgleichsbereich (15) unterbrochen ist, wobei die feuerfesten Betonelemente (20,21; 30,31) an die angrenzenden Formsteine (11) angegossen sind, so dass sie in deren Verzahnungsprofil eingreifen und durch Betonanker (22,23) an einer Innenschicht (5) der Innenwand (4) verankert sind.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dehnfuge (28,29) labyrinthförmig verläuft.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dehnfuge (19; 28,29) bei kaltem Ofen eine Breite hat, die derart dimensioniert ist, dass sie bei Betriebstemperatur des Ofens geschlossen ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dehnfuge (19; 28,29) derart dimensioniert ist, dass sie bei Betriebstemperatur des Ofens geschlossen ist und die Formsteine (9) der konvexen Aussenschicht (11) unter einer Druckspannung stehen, die in Umfangsrichtung dieser Aussenschicht verläuft.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Dehnfuge (19; 28,29) ein kompressibles Isoliermaterial angeordnet ist.

- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonelemente (32,33) einen nach innen gerichteten, mindestens einen Betonanker (22,23) umschliessenden Steg (34,35) aufweisen, mit dem sie bis an die metallische Trägerschicht (5) heranreichen.
- Ofen nach einem der 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonanker zumindest an einem an die metallische Trägerschicht (5) angrenzenden Bereich in Umfangsrichtung der Innenwand (4) biegsam oder gelenkig ausgeführt sind während sie in vertikaler Richtung starr sind.
