Claims (15)
- Verpackungsmaschine zum Herstellen von Packungen aus einer Folienbahn (1) mit
einer Transporteinrichtung (2) zum taktweisen Transportieren der Folienbahn (1) von einer Eingangsseite zu einer Ausgangsseite,
einer ersten Schneideinrichtung (9) zum Erzeugen eines ersten Schnitts in einer ersten Richtung auf der Folienbahn,
einer in Transportrichtung (12) hinter der ersten Schneideinrichtung angeordneten zweiten Schneideinrichtung (10) zum Erzeugen eines zweiten Schnitts in einer zweiten Richtung auf der Folienbahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schneiderichtung (9) und die zweite Schneideeinrichtung (10) jeweils taktweise intermittierend schneiden, wenn die Transporteinrichtung (z) zwischen zwei Vorschüben stillsteht. - Verpackungsmaschine zum Herstellen von Packungen aus einer Folienbahn (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite Schneideinrichtung (10) als Stanze ausgebildet ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die zweite Schneideinrichtung (10) eine Längsschneideinrichtung ist, die die Folienbahn (1) in Transportrichtung (12) schneidet.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die erste Schneideinrichtung (9) eine Querschneideinrichtung ist, die die Folienbahn (1) quer zur Transportrichtung (12) schneidet.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei wenigstens eine der Schneideinrichtungen (9, 10) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie Rundungen an den Packungsecken (4c) erzeugt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei wenigstens eine der Schneideinrichtungen (9, 10) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie Streifen (17, 19) aus der Folienbahn (1) schneidet.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei eine der Schneideinrichtungen (9, 10) eine Längsschneideinrichtung ist, die die Längskanten der Folienbahn abfallfrei schneidet.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Verpackungsmaschine eine Tiefziehmaschine ist.
- Verfahren zum Schneiden von Packungen in einer Verpackungsmaschine in der die Packungen aus einer Folienbahn (1) hergestellt werden, die taktweise von einer Eingangsseite zu einer Ausgangsseite der Verpackungsmaschine transportiert wird,
mit den Schritten
Erzeugen eines ersten Schnitts in einer ersten Richtung auf der Folienbahn,
nachfolgend Erzeugen eines zweiten Schnitts in einer zweiten Richtung auf der Folienbahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erzeugen des ersten und des zweiten Schnitts taktweise intermittierend erfolgt, wenn die Folienbahn zwischen zwei Vorschüben stillsteht. - Verfahren zum Schneiden von Packungen in einer Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9, wobei der zweite Schnitt mittels einer Stanze (10) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei der zweite Schnitt in Längsrichtung (12) der Folienbahn erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei der erste Schnitt in einer Richtung quer zur Folienbahn erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei bei wenigstens einem der Schnitte Rundungen an den Packungsecken (4c) erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, wobei bei wenigstens einem der Schnitte Streifen (17, 19; 18, 20)) ausgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, wobei die Schneidung der Längskanten abfallfrei erfolgt.
