Claims (16)
- System (1) zur Herstellung von Säcken, welches die folgenden Merkmale umfasst:zumindest eine Schlauchbildungseinrichtung (2), die einen Schlauch bildet und ihn anschließend zu Schlauchstücken (8) vereinzelt,zumindest eine Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4), die die Schlauchstücke (8) mit Böden versieht und auf diese Weise Säcke bildet undeine Lagervorrichtung (3) zum Lagern von Schlauchstücken (8), in welcher Schlauchstücke (8) auf zumindest zwei Etagen (16) gelagert werdenzumindest zwei Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtungen (14, 22), mit welchen (14, 22) die Schlauchstücke (8) den Etagen (16) der Lagervorrichtung (3) an zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Stellen derselben entnehm- und/oder zuführbar sind.
- System (1) nach Anspruch 1
gekennzeichnet durch
Mittel zum Transport (9, 11, 12, 17, 18) der Schlauchstücke (8) von der Schlauchmaschine (2) zur Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4). - System (1) nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mittel zum Transport (9, 11, 12, 17, 18) der Schlauchstücke (8) unendliche umlaufende Transportelemente (18) umfassen. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine erste Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung (14) über Mittel zum Transport (9, 10, 11, 12) von Schlauchstücken (8) mit der zumindest einen Schlauchmaschine (2) verbunden ist unddass eine zweite Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung (22) über Mittel zum Transport (9, 10, 11, 12) von Schlauchstücken (8) mit der zumindest einen Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) verbunden ist. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine erste Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung (14) auf der der zumindest einen Schlauchmaschine (2) zugewandten Seite angebracht ist unddass eine zweite Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung (22) auf der der zumindest einen Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) zugewandten Seite angebracht ist. - System (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mittel zum Transport (9, 11, 12, 17, 18) der Schlauchstücke (8) von der Schlauchmaschine (2) zur Bodenbildungsvorrichtung Transportelemente (17, 18) zum Transport der Schlauchstücke (8) zwischen der ersten (14) und der zweiten (22) Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung umfassen. - System (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transportelemente (17, 18) zum Transport der Schlauchstücke (8) zwischen der ersten (14) und der zweiten (22) Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung zumindest zum Teil als unendliche umlaufende Transportelemente (18) - vorzugsweise als Transportbänder - ausgeprägt sind. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste und die zweite Beschickungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung (14, 22) auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Etagen (16) angeordnet sind. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Schlauchmaschine (2) und zumindest eine Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) hintereinander angeordnet sind und
dass die Transportrichtungen (z) der Schlauchstücke (8) in dieser Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) und dieser Schlauchmaschine (2) im wesentlichen parallel verlaufen. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
gekennzeichnet durchzumindest eine Umlenkvorrichtung (13), welche die Orientierung der Schlauchstücke (8) zur Transportrichtung (x, -x, z, -z) ändert undwelche zwischen Schlauchmaschine (2) und Lagervorrichtung (3) und/oderzwischen Lagervorrichtung (3) und Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) angeordnet ist. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transportrichtung (A) in der Lagervorrichtung (3) ebenfalls im wesentlichen parallel zu den Transportrichtungen (x, -x, z, -z) in der Schlauchmaschine (2) und in der Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) ist. - System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszumindest eine Schlauchmaschine (2) und zumindest eine Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Transportrichtungen (x, -x, z, -z) der Schlauchstücke in diesem Bodenleger und dieser Schlauchmaschine im wesentlichen parallel verlaufen,die Transportrichtung (z) der Schlauchstücke (8) in der Schlauchmaschine (2) jedoch umgekehrt verläuft wie die Transportrichtung (-z) der Schlauchstücke (8) in der Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4). - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Säcken mit einem System (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schlauchstücke (8) in den Etagen (16) mit unendlichen umlaufenden Transportmitteln (17, 18) intermittierend bewegt werden. - Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schlauchstücke (8) vor dem Erreichen der Etagen (16) und/oder nach ihrer Entnahme gedreht werden, wobei der Drehwinkel bevorzugt 90 ° beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der drei vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest eine Schlauchmaschine (2) des Systems (1) zu einem Zeitpunkt Schlauchstücke (8) anderen Formats herstellt als zumindest eine Bodenbildungsvorrichtung (4) des Systems (1) verarbeitet.
