Claims (4)
- Procédé pour garantir l'espacement des trains dans le cadre de la régulation de la circulation des trains, une communication téléphonique ayant lieu entre un régulateur de la circulation des trains dans un central de régulation de la circulation des trains et un conducteur de véhicule moteur,
caractérisé par le fait que
le conducteur de véhicule moteur transmet au régulateur de la circulation des trains un message de marche du train nécessaire à la libération d'un tronçon de voie et un code de contrôle spécifique au message de marche du train et déterminé par un appareil embarqué dans le véhicule et le régulateur de la circulation des trains entre le message de marche du train et le code de contrôle dans un ordinateur de régulation de la circulation des trains qui calcule le code de contrôle selon le même algorithme que l'appareil embarqué dans le véhicule et qui compare le code de contrôle calculé au code de contrôle entré, le tronçon de voie n'étant libéré qu'en cas d'égalité, et le régulateur de la circulation des trains transmet au conducteur du véhicule moteur une autorisation de rouler et un code de contrôle spécifique à l'autorisation de rouler et déterminé par l'ordinateur de régulation de la circulation des trains et le conducteur du véhicule moteur entre l'autorisation de rouler et le code de contrôle dans l'appareil embarqué dans le véhicule qui calcule le code de contrôle selon le même algorithme que l'ordinateur de régulation de la circulation des trains et qui compare le code de contrôle calculé au code de contrôle entré, l'autorisation de rouler n'étant confirmée qu'en cas d'égalité et un refus de l'autorisation de rouler étant signalé en cas d'inégalité. - Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé par- un ordinateur de régulation de la circulation des trains qui est installé dans le central de régulation de la circulation des trains et qui comporte un dispositif de contrôle pour contrôler l'admissibilité d'une autorisation de rouler pouvant être entrée manuellement pour une voie de régulation de la circulation des trains sur la base de la situation de circulation actuelle sur cette voie de régulation de la circulation des trains, un dispositif de calcul pour calculer un code de contrôle spécifique à l'autorisation de rouler n'étant activable qu'en cas d'admissibilité de l'autorisation de rouler,- un dispositif de communication pour la transmission téléphonique de l'autorisation de rouler et du code de contrôle au conducteur du véhicule moteur, et- un appareil embarqué dans le véhicule qui est installé dans le véhicule moteur et qui comporte un dispositif de localisation, le dispositif de calcul pour calculer le code de contrôle spécifique à l'autorisation de rouler et un dispositif de comparaison pour comparer le code de contrôle calculé au code de contrôle transmis téléphoniquement et pouvant être entré manuellement conjointement avec l'autorisation de rouler, un écran étant prévu pour la visualisation des résultats de comparaison. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé par le fait que l'ordinateur de régulation de la circulation des trains est conçu comme un ordinateur dont la technique de signalisation est sécurisée et comporte une fonction gérant un historique. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
