Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Bearbeiten, insbesondere der Gravur, von plattenförmigen Druckvorlagen (11) für den Flexodruck, umfassend ein rotierend antreibbares Zylinderelement (12), auf das die Druckvorlage (11) zur Bearbeitung durch Unterdruck haltend aufgebracht wird, wobei wenigstens ein Bearbeitungsorgan (13) die Druckvorlage (11) während der Rotation des Zylinderelementes (12) entlang seines Umfanges (14) und längs seiner Achse (15) bearbeitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens annähernd der Bereich (16) des Zylinderelementes (12), der von der plattenförmigen Druckvorlage (11) bedeckt ist, durch Unterdruck beaufschlagt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylinderelement (12) eine Mehrzahl radial über das Zylinderelement (12) herumlaufender, in axialer Richtung des Zylinderelementes (12) voneinander beabstandeter nutartiger Vertiefungen (17) aufweist, die mit dem Unterdruck beaufschlagbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylinderelement (12) an seinen jeweiligen Stirnenden (18, 19) Abschlußelemente (20, 21) aufweist, über die der gewünschte Bereich (16) des Zylinderelementes (12) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußelemente (20, 21) als ringförmige Stellglieder, die gegenüber dem Zylinderelement (12) um dessen Achse (15) verdrehbar sind, ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor den beidseitigen Abschlußelementen (20, 21) mit dem Zylinderelement (12) verbundene Verteilerelemente (22) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verteilerelemente (22, 23) eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangslöchern (24) aufweisen, die über unterdruckleitende Verbindungsmittel (25) mit den nutartigen Vertiefungen (17) in Verbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterdruckleitenden Verbindungselemente (25) Schläuche und/oder Rohre sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmigen Stellglieder wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (26) aufweisen, die jeweils vor eine beliebige gewünschte Anzahl der Durchgangslöcher (25) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck bis in den Bereich des Hochvakuums geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Teil des Bereiches (16) des Zylinderelementes (12) über das eine ringförmige Stellglied (20) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt wird und en zweiter Teil des Bereiches (16) des Zylinderelementes (12) über das andere ringförmige Stellglied (21) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylinderelement (12) mit wenigstens einer axial teilweise am Umfang (14) des Zylinderelementes (12) verlaufenden Klemmeinrichtung (17) versehen ist, mit der die plattenförmige Druckvorlage (11) am Umfang (14) des Zylinderelementes (12) befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (27) eine im Inneren (28) des Zylinderelementes (12) angeordnete Spanneinheit (29) und ein am Umfang (14) des Zylinderelementes (12) nach Art eines Lineals ausgebildetes angeordnetes Klemmelement (30) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinheit (29) mit dem Klemmelement (30) derart zusammenwirkend ausgebildet ist, daß das Klemmelement (30) im wesentlichen radial zur Achse (15) des Zylinderelementes (12) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (27) durch das Abschlußelement (20) hindurch vom Zylinderäußeren (31) aus betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinheit (29) ein mit im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse (15) des Zylinderelementes (12) verlaufendes hin und her bewegbares Schiebeelement (32) aufweist, wobei infolge der Hin- und Herbewegung eine Mehrzahl von gegen die Kraft von jeweiligen Federn (296, 321) im wesentlichen radial im bezug auf die Achse (15) des Zylinderelementes hin und her bewegbare Hebeelemente (35), die mit dem äußeren Klemmelement (30) verbunden sind, das Klemmelement (30) vom Umfang (14) des Zylinderelementes (12) aus anheben und absenken.
