Claims (12)
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine bestehend aus jeweils einem an jeder Seite der Maschine angeordneten oberen und unteren Transportriemen, wobei der untere Transportriemen in einer Rollenwange und der obere Transportriemen in einer Rollschiene geführt ist, einer in der Mitte der Maschine angeordneten oberen und unteren zustellbaren, jeweils einen Transportriemen (9, 16) führenden Rollenwange (4) und Rollschiene (3) und einer Einrichtung (7) zum Einführen überlappender und/oder ineinander greifender Seitenteile eines Faltschachtelzuschnittes, die an der oberen mittleren Rollschiene (3) befestigt ist und die über einen keilförmigen Riemen (6) mittels des mittleren oberen Transportriemens (9) antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (7) zum Einführen an einem Halterahmen (8) in einem separat zustellbaren Tragrahmen (5) aufgenommen ist und dass an dem Halterahmen (8) zusätzlich die obere mittlere Rollschiene (3) befestigt ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (5) über eine Linearführung (14) an dem Halterahmen (8) befestigt ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der keilförmige Riemen (6) in der Weise geführt ist, dass der keilförmige Riemen (6) auch während des Zustellens unter Spannung gehalten ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der mittleren oberen Rollschiene (3) Mittel (15) zum Arretieren des Tragrahmens (5) angeordnet sind. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine bestehend aus jeweils einem an jeder Seite der Maschine angeordneten oberen und unteren Transportriemen, wobei der untere Transportriemen in einer Rollenwange und der obere Transportriemen in einer Rollschiene geführt ist, einem in der Mitte der Maschine angeordneten oberen und unteren zustellbaren jeweils einen Transportriemen (9, 16) führenden Rollenwange (4) und Rollschiene (3), einer Einrichtung (7) zum Einführen überlappender und/oder ineinander greifender Seitenteile eines Faltschachtelzuschnittes, die an der oberen mittleren Rollschiene (3) befestigt ist und die über einen keilförmigen Riemen (6) mittels des mittleren oberen Transportriemens (9) antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportriemen (16) der mittleren unteren Rollenwange (4) in der Weise über eine Antriebsrolle (18) geführt ist, dass die Rollenwange (18) in Richtung der Rollschiene (3) von der Antriebsrolle (18) lösbar ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportriemen (16) der mittleren unteren Rollenwange (4) mittels mindestens einer Umlenkrolle (19) um die Antriebsrolle (18) geführt ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der mittleren Rollenwange (4) Mittel (22, 23) angebracht sind, mittels derer die Rollenwange (4) mit der mittleren Rollschiene (3) und/oder des Tragrahmens (5) verbindbar ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel (22, 23) ein schwenkbarer mit einer schlitzförmigen Öffnung versehener Halter (22, 23) ist, und dass die schlitzförmige Öffnung mit einem an der Rollschiene (3) befestigten Zylinderstift zusammenwirkt. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere untere Rollenwange (4) in der Weise verlängerbar ist, dass der Transportriemen (16) in Richtung auf ein angrenzendes Modul der Faltschachtelklebemaschine hinaus verschiebbar ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Rollschiene (3) von einer vorderen (27) und einer hinteren (26), sich quer über die Breite der Faltschachtelklebemaschine erstreckenden Traverse (26, 27) getragen ist und dass jede Traverse (26, 27) an jedem Ende in einer seitlich an der Faltschachtelklebemaschine befestigten Pinole (28) aufgenommen ist. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Pinole (28) in Richtung aus der Transportebene (10) heraus ausfahrbar ausgeführt ist. - Verfahren zum Entfernen einer einen Mitteltransport (2) einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine bildenden Rollenwange (4) und Rollschiene (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein an der Rollenwange (4) angeordneter Halter (23) an der Rollschiene (3) und/oder ein weiterer Halter (22) am Tragrahmen (5) befestigt wird und dass anschließend die Rollschiene (3) und/oder der Tragrahmen (5) mit der daran befestigten Rollenwange (4) aus der Transportebene (10) eines Faltschachtelzuschnittes herausgefahren wird.
