Claims (16)
- Schutzrohrleuchte mit mehrteiligen Deckeln (60, 70, 80), bestehend aus einem transparenten Leuchtenrohr (10), einer in diesem angeordneten Lampe (13), einen die Lampe (13) mit ihren Fassungen (12) tragenden Lampenträger (11), wobei die mehrteiligen Deckel (60, 70, 80) das Leuchtenrohr (10) beidendig dicht verschließen und aus einem in das Leuchtenrohr (10) eingesetzten Deckelaußenteil (60), einem in das Deckelaußenteil (60) eingreifenden Deckelinnenteil (80) mit einem Gewindeteil (81) und einem auf das Gewindeteil (81) aufgesetzten Stellring (70) mit in das Gewindeteil (81) eingreifenden Nocken (71) bestehen, wobei durch eine Axialverschiebung des Deckelinnenteils (80) gegenüber dem Deckelaußenteil (60) ein Dichtring (62) mittels eines Spannkonus (83) eine Aufweitung und einen Andruck gegen die Innenwand des Leuchtenrohres (10) erfährt, und wobei ein elektrisches Anschlusskabel einen der beiden Deckel (60, 70, 80) durchsetzt und innerhalb des Leuchtenrohres (10) mit einem Kupplungsteil (40) elektrisch verbunden ist, welchem ein mit der Fassung (12) der Lampe (13) elektrisch verbundenes Steckerteil (30) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Kupplungsteil (40) mit dem Deckelinnenteil (80) und das Steckerteil (30) mit dem Lampenträger (11) fest verbunden sind und die einander zugeordneten Kontakte von Kupplungsteil (40) und Steckerteil (30) sich in Axialrichtung des Leuchtenrohres (10) erstrecken und kollinear derart angeordnet sind, dass die Verbindung von Steckerteil (30) und Kupplungsteil (40) durch Verdrehen des Stellringes (70) herstellbar und lösbar ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungsteil (40) mit dem Deckelinnenteil (80) mittels eines Kupplungsteilhalters (50) und das Steckerteil (30) mittels eines Steckerteilhalters (20) mit dem Lampenträger (11) drehfest, aber lösbar verrastet sind. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Kupplungsteilhalter (50) mit einem Rastkragen (51) in das Deckelinnenteil (80) ragt und mit radial federnden Rastzungen (52) in diesen entsprechende Rastöffnungen (82) des Deckelinnenteils (80) eingreift. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Kupplungsteilhalter (50) eine das Kupplungsteil (40) aufnehmende Ausnehmung (54) und diametral zueinander angeordnete Federzungen (53) aufweist, welche das Kupplungsteil (40) beidseitig umfassen. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckerteil (30) in der Steckeraufnahme (21) gelegen und mit dieser über Rastelemente fest, aber lösbar verbunden ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckelaußenteil (60) an seiner in das Leuchtenrohr (10) ragenden Seite einen aus gummielastischem Material bestehenden Dichtring (62) mit einem Innenkonus (65) aufweist, in welchen ein am Deckelinnenteil (80) ausgebildeter Spannkonus (83) eingreift. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (62) an das aus Kunststoff bestehende Deckelaußenteil (60) angespritzt ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des Deckelaußenteils (60) axial verlaufende Führungsnuten (63) ausgebildet sind, in welche diesen entsprechende Nocken (84) des Deckelinnenteils (80) eingreifen. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Stellring (70) mit dem Deckelaußenteil (60) axial fest, aber gegenüber diesem verdrehbar verbunden ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellring (70) einen Innenring (74) aufweist, der verdrehbar innerhalb des Deckelaußenteils (60) gelagert ist, und dass das Deckelaußenteil (60) mit radial nach innen ragenden Nasen (64) in eine Ringnut des Stellrings eingreift. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Innenring (74) des Stellrings (70) den Nasen (64) des Deckelaußenteiles (60) entsprechende federnde, das Zusammenfügen ermöglichende Montagezungen (75) ausgebildet sind. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewindeteil (81) des Deckelinnenteils (80) ein Gewinde (85) mit wenigstens einer am außen gelegenen Ende ausgebildeten Rast (86, 87) aufweist, in welche der Nocken (71) des Stellringes (70) in der geschlossenen Position des Deckels (60, 70, 80) eingreift. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rast von einem am Boden des Gewindes (85) des Gewindeteils (81) angeordneten radial vorspringenden Rastnocken (86) und einer in Drehrichtung des Stellrings (70) folgenden, radial auslenkbaren Federzungen (87) gebildet ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach Anspruch 1, 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (88) des Deckelinnenteils (80) des Nocken (71) des Stellringes (70) entsprechende Durchbrüche (89) aufweist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Deckelinnenteil (80) eine Kabeldurchführung mit einem Gewinderohr (93), einer auf dieses aufgeschraubten Überwurfmutter (91) und einer Feststellmutter (92) verbunden ist. - Schutzrohrleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellring (70) über seinen Umfang verteilte, von außen zugängliche Sacklöcher (73) zum Einsetzen eines Stiftschlüssels aufweist.
