Claims (40)
- Verfahren zum Abstreifen eines Fluids (F) von einer Walze mit einer Vorrichtung (01), wobei die Vorrichtung (01) wahlweise in eine Waschlage (II) zum Waschen der Walze (02) gebracht wird, in welcher ein Abstreifmesser (08) auf der gesamten, im wesentlichen durchgehenden wirksamen Mantelfläche der Walze (02) in Kontakt mit dieser gebracht ist, und in eine Abnahmelage (III) zur Farbabnahme in einem Randbereich der Walze (02), in welcher das durchgehende Abstreifmesser (08) außer Kontakt, jedoch mindestens ein lediglich teilbreites Abstreifmesser (09) mit der Mantelfläche der Walze (02) gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wahlweise Verbringen in die Lagen (I; II; III) mittels eines ein Antriebsmittel (14) aufweisenden gemeinsamen Stellantriebes (11) erfolgt, indem der Stellantrieb (11) durch das Antriebsmittel (14) wahlweise in eine Abstellposition oder eine von zwei verschiedenen definierten Anstellpositionen verbracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum wahlweisen Waschen oder Abstreifen ein Rakelelement (03) der Vorrichtung (01) gestellt wird, welches je nach gewünschter Lage (I; II; III) keinen Kontakt zur Mantelfläche der Walze (02), einen Kontakt auf einer gesamten wirksamen Länge (L02) der Mantelfläche der Walze (02) oder einen Kontakt zu mindestens einem Teilabschnitt (a1; a2) der Mantelfläche der Walze (02), welcher kleiner als die halbe wirksame Länge (L02) ist, aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anstellen des teilbreiten Abnahmemessers (09) in der Abstreiflage (III) zeitlich getaktet erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen gegen einen ortsveränderbaren Anschlag (17) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen gegen einen Anschlag (17) erfolgt, dessen räumliche Lage seiner Anschlagfläche (22) abhängig ist von einer Größe einer Kraftbeaufschlagung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen durch gemeinsames Verschwenken mindestens zweier Rakelkanten (06; 07) erfolgt, welche in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (02) betrachtet versetzt zueinander an der Vorrichtung (01) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen mittels eines druckmittelbetriebenen Antriebsmittel (14) erfolgt, indem das Antriebsmittel (14) für die Abstreiflage (III) mit einem ersten Druck (P1) und für die Waschlage (II) mit einem vom ersten Druck (P1) verschiednen zweiten Druck (P2) beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Waschlage (II) eine Beaufschlagung mit einem höheren Druck (P1) als für die Abstreiflage (III) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen der Vorrichtung (01) gegen einen bewegbaren Anschlag (17) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Abstreifen eines Fluids (F) von einer Walze (02) mit mindestens einer teilbreiten Abstreifkante (07), welche in einer Abnahmelage (III) auf einem Teilabschnitt (a1; a2) der Walze (02) mit deren Mantelfläche in Kontakt bringbar ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (01) in eine zweite, von der erstgenannten Abnahmelage (III) verschiedene Waschlage (II) bringbar ist, in welcher zusätzlich oder anstelle der erstgenannten Abstreifkante (07) eine von dieser verschiedene Abstreifkante (06) auf einer gesamten wirksamen Länge (L02) der Mantelfläche der Walze (02) mit dieser in Kontakt bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Positionierung im Hinblick auf die beiden Anstell-Lagen (II, III) ein gemeinsamer Stellantrieb (11) mit einem Antriebsmittel (14) vorgesehen ist, und dass der das Antriebsmittel (14) aufweisende Stellantrieb (11) eine Positionierung zweier verschiedener definierter Anstellpositionen und einer Abstellposition vorsieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (02) betrachtet versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Abstreifen eines Fluids (F) von einer Walze (02) mit mindestens einer teilbreiten Abstreifkante (07), wobei die Vorrichtung (01) zusätzlich eine von erstgenannter Abstreifkante (07) verschiedene zweite Abstreifkante (06) aufweist, welche in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (02) betrachtet versetzt zu erstgenannter angeordnet ist, dass zur Positionierung im Hinblick auf die beiden Anstell-Lagen (II, III) ein gemeinsamer Stellantrieb (11) mit einem Antriebsmittel (14) vorgesehen ist, und dass der das Antriebsmittel (14) aufweisende Stellantrieb (11) eine Positionierung zweier verschiedener definierter Anstellpositionen und einer Abstellposition vorsieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) jeweils Bestandteile von Abstreifmessern (08; 09) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) an einer selben Halterung (13) verdrehfest gegenüber derselben gelagert und durch ein gemeinsames Antriebsmittel (14) stellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) an verschiedenen Halterungen (13) gelagert, jedoch durch ein gemeinsames Antriebsmittel (14) stellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) an verschiedenen Halterungen (13) gelagert, und jeweils durch ein eigenes Antriebsmittel (14) stellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zumindest auf einem Längsabschnitt in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (02) hintereinander sowohl eine über die gesamte wirksame Länge (L02) der Mantelfläche der Walze (02) reichende Rakelkante (06) als auch eine teilbreite Rakelkante (07) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (01) mindestens zwei teilbreite Rakelkanten (07) und eine in axialer Richtung der Walze (02) betrachtet sich lückenlos dazwischen anschließende Rakelkante (06) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rakelkante (06) und die Rakelkante (07) axial versetzt nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Waschlage (II) sowohl die mindestens eine teilbreite Abstreifkante (07) als auch die über die gesamte wirksame Länge (L02) reichende Abstreifkante (06) an die Walze (02) angestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Waschlage (II) die mindestens eine teilbreite Abstreifkante (07) abgestellt, und die über die gesamte wirksame Länge (L02) reichende Abstreifkante (06) an die Walze (02) angestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Waschlage (II) die mindestens zwei teilbreiten Abstreifkanten (07) als auch die dazwischen liegende Abstreifkante (06) an die Walze (02) angestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifkanten (06; 07) als Bestandteile von Rakeln (08; 09) an einer um eine gestellfeste Schwenkachse (S) verschwenkbaren Halterung (13) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Hinblick auf die beiden Anstell-Lagen (I; II; III) ein Anschlag (17) mit einer ortsveränderbaren Anschlagfläche (22) vorgesehen ist, die einer rakelfesten Anschlagfläche (23) als Widerlager dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine räumliche Lage der Anschlagfläche (22) abhängig ist von einer Größe einer Kraftbeaufschlagung durch das Antriebsmittels (14).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagfläche (22) an einer gestellfesten Halterung (19) mittels eines Federelementes (21) entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der zugeordneten Anschlagfläche (23) federnd gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (21) in Ruhelage entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der Anschlagfläche (23) vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ortsveränderbare Anschlagfläche (22) mindestens eine erste, zur Abnahmelage (III) der Vorrichtung (01) korrespondierende Position sowie eine zweite, zur Waschlage (II) der Vorrichtung (01) korrespondierende Position aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27 und 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Federelement in der zur Abnahmelage (III) der Vorrichtung (01) korrespondierenden Position in der vorgespannten Ruhelage und in zur Waschlage (II) der Vorrichtung (01) korrespondierenden Position in einer eingefederten Position befindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellen der Vorrichtung (01) in die Wasch- bzw. Abnahmelage (II; II) gegen eine in axialer Richtung changierbare Walze (02) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Stellantrieb (11) ein Anschlag (17) mit einer ortsveränderbaren Anschlagfläche (22) vorgesehen ist, die einer rakelfesten Anschlagfläche (23) als Widerlager dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) als druckmittelbetriebenes Antriebsmittel (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) als fernbetätigbarer Positionierantrieb ausgebildet ist, an dessen Ausgang zumindest drei voneinander verschiedene definierte Positionen einstellbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) als druckmittelbetriebener Positionierzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) als Linearantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) als Elektromotor, insbesondere als Schrittmotor, ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) mit einem Leitstand und/oder einer Maschinensteuerung in Signalverbindung steht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (14) fernbetätigbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu den Abstreifkanten (06; 07) ein Spritzschutz (33) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzschutz (33) in Drehrichtung der Walze (02) betrachtet hinter den Abstreifkanten (06; 07) angeordnet ist.
