Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Anschluss eines Endteiles (5) eines Bandes (1) an einen starren Teil (2), insbesondere eines Armbandes, wie eines Uhrarmbandes, an ein Gehäuse, wie ein Uhrgehäuse, wobei ein an dem Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) angeordneter und sich mit seiner Längsachse quer zur Längsrichtung des Bandes (1) erstreckender Stift (3) mit mindestens einer Ausnehmung (7) des starren Teiles (2) in Eingriff bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (3) gegenüber dem Band (1) in einer Richtung quer zu seiner Längsachse in unterschiedliche Lagen bringbar und in diesen von ihm gegenüber dem Band (1) einnehmbaren Lagen am Band (1) fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (3) in Längsrichtung des Bandes (1) verbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (3) in Dickenrichtung des Bandes (1) verbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (3) in einem sich mit seiner Längserstreckung parallel zum Stift (3) erstreckenden Stiftlager (12) einsetzbar ist, das seinerseits am Band (1) quer zur Längsachse des Stiftes (3) verstellbar und in den von ihm einnehmbaren Lagen fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) eine oder mehrere Ausnehmungen (4, 4') aufweist, in die der Stift (3) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (3) in einem sich mit seiner Längsachse parallel zum Stift (3) erstreckenden Stiftlager (12) einsetzbar ist, das seinerseits in einer Ausnehmung (13) des Endteiles (5) des Bandes (1) in gegenüber der Längsachse des Stiftlagers (12) unterschiedlichen Drehlagen einsetzbar ist und dass das Stiftlager (12) mindestens eine exzentrisch zu seiner Längsachse aufweisende Ausnehmung (4, 4') zur Aufnahme des Stiftes (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) über seine Längserstreckung einen Querschnitt eines regelmäßigen Vielecks aufweist und der Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (13) zur Aufnahme des Stiftlagers aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) über seine Längserstreckung einen Querschnitt eines Kreises, Rechtecks oder Sterns aufweist und der Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (13) zur Aufnahme des Stiftlagers (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (1) an seinem den Stift (3) aufnehmenden Endteil (5) mit einem den Stift (3) entweder direkt aufnehmenden oder den Stift (3) über das Stiftlager (12) aufnehmenden Verstärkungsteil (14) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) in zwei Lagen, und zwar gewendet um die Längsrichtung des Bandes (1), in das Band (1) bzw. in einen am Band vorgesehenen Verstärkungsteil (14) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) am Band (1) bzw. am Verstärkungsteil (14) des Bandes (1) gegen seitliches Verschieben mittels einer Sicherungseinrichtung, wie einer Nase (19), einer Klemmschraube, einer Querschnittsänderung etc., fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verstellen des Stiftes (3) bzw. des Stiftlagers (12) mindestens eine Stellschraube (24) vorgesehen ist, mit der der Stift (3) bzw. das Stiftlager (12) gegenüber dem Band (1) in einem am Stiftlager (12), am Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) bzw. an einem Verstärkungsteil (14) des Bandes (1) vorgesehenen Langloch (13') verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) am Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) bzw. am Verstärkungsteil (14) mittels eines Presssitzes eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstärkungsteil (14) gegenüber dem Band (1) formschlüssig fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) bzw. ein gegebenenfalls vorhandener Verstärkungsteil (14) an die Form des starren Teiles (2) angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) bzw. ein gegebenenfalls vorgesehener Verstärkungsteil (14) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff, wie Gummi, Kunststoff, insbesondere thermoplastischem Kunststoff oder thermoplastischen Elastomeren gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stiftlager (12) aus einem Werkstoff höherer Härte und Festigkeit gebildet ist als der Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) oder ein gegebenenfalls vorgesehener Verstärkungsteil (14).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band als Anpassband (1') an seinem Endteil (5) eine von seiner Oberseite bis zum Stiftlager (12) reichende Öffnung (26) aufweist und das Stiftlager (12) mit in der Öffnung (26) zu liegen kommenden und seine Positionen kennzeichnenden Markierungen (27) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (9') des Anpassbandes (1') geringer bemessen ist als der Abstand der Hörner (8) eines Uhrgehäuses (2).
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Armbandes nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Ausbildung des Endteiles (5) des Bandes (1) bzw. das Herstellen eines am Endteil (5) des Bandes (1) vorgesehenen Verstärkungsteiles (14) durch Spritzgießen erfolgt.
